Staffordshire and Shropshire Health Informatics Service (S&SHIS) is a shared service hosted by Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, providing digital and IT services to NHS organisations across Staffordshire and Shropshire.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team based at Lawton House, Trentham. As a Service Delivery Specialised Services Administrator, you will support healthcare services through the administration of IT procurement and NHS Registration Authority (RA) services.
You will coordinate the procurement of IT hardware, software, telecoms services and related equipment, working with suppliers, customers and internal teams to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational processes. You will also administer NHS Smartcard services, supporting user access to systems whilst ensuring compliance with national RA policies and information governance requirements.
Acting as a key point of contact for customers and colleagues, you will provide advice, guidance and administrative support, maintain accurate records and support service improvements.
By ensuring staff have timely access to equipment, systems and services, you will help support the delivery of safe and effective patient care across the local health economy.
Main duties of the job
- Manage the end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, telecoms services and related equipment for customer organisations and internal teams.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, track deliveries and ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records relating to orders, budgets, billing, assets and configuration information.
- Administer NHS Registration Authority (RA) services, including the issue, maintenance and support of NHS Smartcards.
- Process access requests for new starters, leavers and staff role changes, ensuring compliance with national and local policies.
- Provide advice and support to users on Smartcard services, access management and self-service tools.
- Support the deployment and lifecycle management of IT equipment, ensuring assets are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and stakeholders, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.
- Assist with service improvement activities, testing, documentation and the implementation of new processes and systems.
- Help ensure NHS staff have access to the technology and systems they need to deliver safe and effective patient care.

We are seeking Domestic Assistants to work at Warrington Hospital, who will maintain high standards of cleanliness in-line with Trust cleaning protocols. You will communicate with colleagues in connection with your own job role and ensure a close working relationship with Ward/Housekeeper.
Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm
Main duties of the job
You will carry out cleaning tasks, operating machinery, e.g., buffing machine, vacuum cleaner, moving of buckets of water and cleaning equipment to meet the needs of the area. You will be responsible for the correct use, security and storage of own equipment and cleaning materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained and used appropriately.

Our community nursing teams deliver holistic, complex care to housebound patients within their own home environments. We are recruiting for a Research Informatics Manager on a 12 month secondment / fixed term
You will lead in managing the research informatic reviews of data flows, research databases, research monitoring systems, participant apps across the research portfolio at Oxford Health Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job
Sulis is highly regarded at local, regional (Southwest) and national levels not only for the level of care for our patients and staff, but ingenuity in service-line development, efficiency and outcomes We are looking for Consultant Anaesthetists to join our team. The post will compliment an existing team of consultants. The job plan will involve 8 programmed activities (PAs). As a patient-centred, clinically led organisation we expect our clinical partners to participate in care-pathway development, research, audit, and teaching. There could be the opportunity to develop your own clinical leadership and take on additional responsibilities for medical leadership of our theatres, Day Surgery Unit, Inpatient Unit, Pre-Op Assessment services and other areas. The postholder will be line-managed by the Medical Director. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience and training in the specialty. Short-stay, high-volume cases are expected and experience in the delivery of anaesthesia commensurate with same-day cases is required, e.g. arthroplasties. Experience in upper-limb regional anaesthesia is desirable. The successful appointee will be expected to comply with all relevant Sulis policies relating to administration of patient care. This includes working to set timescales for the treatment of patients, completion of appropriate documentation including management of postoperative analgesia.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a consultant forensic child and adolescent psychiatrist to join the existing team at Bluebird House. This is a full-time post with a potential to take up a leadership role as Clinical Lead for the unit. The unit has undergone recent change in bed configuration and there will be the opportunity to be involved in service redesign and development. There will also be the expectation of close working with the other inpatient units and cross cover with other consultants as required. This also includes cross cover for the psychiatrist who works at Swanwick Lodge.
Main duties of the job
