We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated and confident person who has experience of providing a high level standard of customer care. The post holder will provide a comprehensive patient focused reception and Adminservice working in our Maternity and Ante natal department.
If you enjoy working in a very busy and demanding environment this could be your opportunity to make a real difference to the service that we provide to our local community, always keeping the patient at the centre of everything that we do.
The successful candidate must have previous reception experience and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Hours are on rotation, 8am-8pm Monday -Sunday(including weekends and bank holidays)Please note: We may close the advert early if we receive a sufficient number of applications. Please submit your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment

Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare to patients by supporting and welcoming patients into services in a way that meets their individual needs. The Assistant Patient Administrator will also provide administrative support to a team liaising between patients, doctors, practitioners and other healthcare professionals. The staff member will work consistently to provide high quality customer service and will be professional at all times. The post holder will be required to work in one of the following areas, providing cross cover wherenecessary:
- Maternity Reception areas
- Maternity and Ante Natal back offices

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Facilitator to join the NIHR Clinical Research Facility: Oxford Health (CRF) on a secondment basis. This role provides specialist recruitment expertise to support the delivery of complex commercial clinical research studies, including early-phase research.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work closely with the Head of Clinical Coding to develop, deliver and continuously improve the Trust's clinical coding training service. You will ensure that all clinical coders are confident, competent and supported in their roles, while promoting adherence to national quality standards and information governance requirements.
This includes designing and delivering a structured internal induction programme, creating and facilitating specialist workshops, delivering approved National Clinical Coding Standards training, and providing mentorship to both senior qualified coders and those undertaking the National Clinical Coding Qualification (ACC).
Working collaboratively with the audit team and wider leadership group, you will identify learning needs, develop targeted action plans and implement SMART recommendations to drive improvements in coding quality, accuracy and consistency across all specialties.
You will act as a subject-matter expert, offering authoritative advice on complex coding queries and applying national standards in ICD-10, OPCS-4 and associated guidance. You will also support the implementation of new standards and classification updates.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Pathway Co-ordinator to join our Cellular Pathology team. The post provides a vital link between Cellular Pathology, Cancer Services, clinical teams and external providers, supporting the timely progression of patients through the cancer diagnostic pathway.
You will monitor and track pathology specimens, investigations, results and reports against national cancer waiting time standards and locally agreed milestones, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays and escalating concerns where necessary. The role also includes attending Cancer PTL meetings, maintaining and validating accurate pathway information, monitoring performance and supporting service improvement.
We are looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised individual who can use their initiative, exercise judgement and manage competing priorities in a busy and pressured environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong IT skills and the ability to analyse and interpret information are essential.
Main duties of the job
- Co-ordinating and monitoring the pathology component of cancer patient pathways, tracking specimens, investigations, results and reports against agreed turnaround times and cancer pathway milestones.
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential delays, expediting outstanding investigations and reports and escalating pathway risks or concerns appropriately.
- Attending Cancer PTL and relevant pathway meetings, providing pathology updates and progressing actions for patients requiring close monitoring.
- Working closely with Cellular Pathology, Cancer Services, tumour-site PPCs, clinical teams, external pathology providers and tertiary centres to support timely clinical decision-making.

- Monitoring and analysing turnaround times and pathway performance, identifying trends, exceptions and breaches and supporting the production of performance information.

The Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB) is a new organisation formed through the consolidation of three ICB areas in response to the NHSs ambition to deliver a more streamlined, strategic and cost-effective model of health commissioning. The ICB will oversee the commissioning of care for the approximately 2 million people who live in Essex. Operating within a reduced running cost envelope and aligned to the new requirements of ICBs in England, the ICB will focus on improving population health outcomes, health equity and smarter resource allocation.
The Health Care Assistant (HCA) Academy is a collaborative Integrated Care System (ICS) initiative involving Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust (MSEFT), and wider Essex system partners. The Academy adopts a "one workforce" approach to the recruitment, education, development, and experience of Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) across the health and care system. The HCA Academy Senior Recruitment & Retention Officer will lead recruitment and retention initiatives on behalf of the Integrated Care System (ICS). Main duties of the job

- To work as a Emergency Department Assistant within a high pressured, fast moving environment

Integrated medicine and Emergency Care is an exciting, diverse and large acute division which encompass many specialities - every day is different!
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us in our busy and transforming Emergency Department as an Emergency Department Assistant. Our department covers and provides a service to a population of approximately 450,000 residents, increasing during our busy holiday seasons. We consider the department to be an innovative, creative and friendly environment for those healthcare professionals who wish to provide high quality patient centred care. You will have a can do attitude and be working with people of a similar mind who are as motivated as you are to deliver high standards of care in a supportive, responsive and cheery environment.
The applicant should be aware the post is extremely busy and candidates should be organised, I.T literate and able to prioritise a multitude of demands. Previous experience in care and experience in an Emergency Department is desirable but not essential.
Applicants must have a flexible approach to work as shift patterns are Monday-Sunday, Days & Nights, 365 days a year. It is recommended that those considering applying for the position visit the department for more insight.

Job summary
NELFT is the largest provider of Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) in England. The MHST deliver evidence-based individual and group interventions in educational settings for children experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties aged 4 to 18 years old. The teams also have a strong focus on whole school approaches to improve mental health outcomes for children and young people. The MHSTs build on the support already in place from school counsellors, school nurses, educational psychologists and the voluntary sector to support those with mild to moderate mental health issues in school and will help children and young people with more severe needs to access the right support and provide a link to the CAMHS services. The post-holder will be a graduate Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP)/Children Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) qualification and will be fully registered with the appropriate professional or regulatory body (BPS, BABCP).
Main duties of the job
They will have extensive clinical experience working with Children and Young People (CYP) with emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties. We are a friendly team of professionals who come from multidisciplinary backgrounds.
