Job summary
Northwick Park Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education Centres support postgraduate training courses for doctors, dentists, medical and other clinical trainees. Facilities include lecture theatres, seminar and meeting rooms, dental simulation lab (15 phantom heads), medical resuscitation for accredited national courses and specialty training for medical /dental /clinical staff.
This role supports delivery of a high quality service for Trust and external users of the Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education Centres' training facilities.
The post holder will ensure accurate recording of demand, capacity, and user requirements to inform efficient allocation of lecture, seminar and simulation facilities in accordance with the Trust's educational priorities.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring facilities meet users' needs and for providing well-organised support, including room set ups and turnarounds, AV and IT equipment, resource security, troubleshooting and guidance for users. The role also involves facilities administration, including invoicing and the ordering of supplies.
Main duties of the job
- Support the department in the efficient day to day running of Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education training facilities.
- Work closely with managers, technical team colleagues and other department staff to ensure the continuity and delivery of a high quality PGMDE education and training service.
- Provide front of house reception and administrative support to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
- Manage facilities bookings and room booking administration as required; to include daily
- monitoring of generic inboxes and timely appropriate responses.
- Prepare rooms, technical and simulation equipment and furniture for range of training activities, conferences, courses, and meetings booked into the Centres' multiple facilities.
- Maintain facilities and equipment to meet customers' requirements for room and equipment layouts whilst ensuring security of department assets
- Conduct inventory and audit of supplies and equipment; ordering as required to maintain stock levels.
- Provide accurate information and documentation to all service users and visitors to the Education and Simulation Centres.
- Work on other Trust sites as and when required

This is a very exciting opportunity to become a pivotal member of the Specialist cancer CNS team at MKUH cancer Centre. We are looking for a motivated Developing EBME Technician to join our EBME/Clinical Engineering team.

Main duties of the job
The technician can independently maintain an agreed portfolio of low to moderate complexity medical equipment while continuing to receive supervision for more complex/high-risk equipment.

Main duties of the job
Role Purpose:
To support the Senior Facilities Manager in planning, managing and monitoring of a comprehensive Estates Service which effectively supports the delivery of its clinical services.
To manage the Estates maintenance team to provide a statutory compliant, effective and efficient Estates service. Core elements will include taking responsibility to ensure all compliance tasks (PPMs) are planned and completed by both the in-house team and contractors, planning and scheduling reactive works, Estates Health and Safety, communication at all levels, budgetary control, managing within HR Policies, safe and efficient use of resources, first line energy management etc.

To support clinical management in all aspects of operational estate management and represent the Estates function at local clinical operational meetings ie risk management, resident council, site management, health and safety, local service developments etc.
Responsible for the day to day management, monitoring, forecasting and reporting of budgets and expenditure for service contracts.
Management of Estates services and associated resources to ensure delivery of SSL's business and financial objectives.

Job summary
The Radiology Private Practice (Junior) Business Manager is responsible for supporting the effective operational delivery, coordination and performance of private patient activity within the Radiology Service.

The post holder will coordinate the administrative and business processes associated with private radiology activity, ensuring private patients progress efficiently through the radiology pathway.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on private radiology activity, capacity, income and key performance indicators; analysing data; identifying areas of underperformance; and supporting managers to improve utilisation, productivity, patient experience and income capture. The post holder will also ensure appropriate financial arrangements are confirmed in line with agreed processes and that accurate information is available to support timely and accurate invoicing.
The post holder will supervise administrative staff supporting private radiology activity and contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, service improvements and new ways of working.
The role requires a significant degree of initiative, working within established Trust and Radiology policies and procedures to resolve routine operational issues independently and escalate complex clinical, financial or significant performance issues as appropriate.
Main duties of the job
- Coordinate admin and business processes supporting private Radiology activity.

- Act as a key operational point of contact for private Radiology admin and business enquiries.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service, for a Band 5 Autism Practitioner.We are looking for a motivated clinician with enthusiasm and passion to join our innovative and highly regarded Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service. Experience of working with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities and mental health is not essential, however you will have knowledge of these conditions and their needs.
You will be joining an experienced MDT within the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service, consisting of highly skilled, motivated clinicians who are passionate about delivering the best service possible to adults seeking assessments of ASD as well as delivering follow up and consultancy to those already diagnosed. The team brings with it clinical expertise in neurodiversity including adult ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, dyspraxia and adult learning disability, as well as experience of community adult mental health, forensic and education services.
Main duties of the job
We will support the development of your ASD diagnostic assessment skills through access to robust internal & external training, continuing professional development, and clinical, managerial, and professional supervision. You will be trained in autism assessment tools including the ADOS-2. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills and you will need to be flexible in your therapeutic approach to work alongside individuals with different needs. We also link with regular CPD events, including fortnightly CPD sessions, team Away Days, attendance at relevant courses, national professional forums and conferences.
We work closely with universities supporting student placements, we also offer work experience to those in higher education.
Currently, there is an expectation that assessments will be delivered both virtually and face to face. A combination of home-based and office-based working is available; however, staff are required to undertake assessments across both settings as part of the role and work flexibly to meet service demand.

Job responsibilities
- You will deliver specialist autism diagnostic assessment of adults within the Leeds Autism Diagnostic Service.
- You will facilitate follow up appointments for those who have been assessed by the service.
- You will work as an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team within the service and will contribute to all aspects of the diagnostic assessment pathway.
- You will be supported to complete relevant training to allow you to conduct high quality clinical and risk assessments
- You will provide recommendations relating to the management and support needs of service users identified as having autism spectrum disorder, and those service users with an additional diagnosis of ADHD and/or additional health conditions.
- You will contribute to the delivery of autism training alongside the team to a wide range of stakeholders in statutory services within our own Trust, those working in education, local authority, voluntary and private sectors.
- You will actively contribute to future service development, audit and quality improvement projects.
