Job summary
We are looking for a Rheumatology Specialist Pharmacist to join our team. This role provides clinical pharmacy services to rheumatology patients, supports senior clinicians and provides pharmacy input into the multidisciplinary team.
You will provide specialist pharmacist support for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions. This involves clinical assessment, non-medical prescribing, requesting investigations, using specialist clinical knowledge and skills to plan, monitor and manage complex clinical care for rheumatology patients and facilitating shared decision making.
You are expected to critically appraise complex information, effectively engage with various stakeholders, participate in multidisciplinary team case reviews, develop, promote and implement guidelines and manage supply shortages.
You will support the introduction of new medicines, including biosimilars, support the Trust Homecare service and deal with medicines related enquiries.
This role supports organisational priorities, national NHS strategy, and compliance with regulatory and professional standards including GPhC, CQC, and NHS England requirements
Main duties of the job
- Apply an evidence-based approach to optimise the use of medicines and non-pharmacological interventions for patients with rheumatological conditions.
- Undertake comprehensive, person-centred consultations and clinical assessments, including joint examinations, for patients with complex medical, psychological, and social needs.
- Practise as an independent non-medical prescriber, prescribing safely and effectively within Trust policies and professional standards.
- Autonomously request, monitor, interpret, and act upon relevant investigations to support clinical decision-making.
- Develop and communicate clear management plans, ensuring accurate and timely documentation within electronic patient records and clinical correspondence.
- Provide patients with balanced information on the risks and benefits of treatment options, enabling informed choices and supporting self-management.
- Work in partnership with patients, carers, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, holistic care.
- Critically evaluate complex clinical information from a variety of sources and communicate findings confidently and effectively to patients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidates will work closely with Consultants and clinical teams to provide a safe and effective management of referrals, clinical correspondence, outpatient clinics and all associated medical secretarial duties and acting as a first point of contact for consultants and colleagues alike.
Ideally the candidate should have strong secretarial skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,Diary Management with good organisational skills and have excellent typing skills.

Main duties of the job
- To provide a specialised, comprehensive and confidential patient centred clinical administration and secretarial service to Consultants and their teams in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies and procedures.
- To implement and maintain an efficient office management system/procedures to enable the consultant and his/her team to optimise their patient care services. This will require: effective management of the consultant's time, managing schedules and leave arrangements ensuring appropriate and timely communications with all relevant personnel; arranging meetings/events; composing and transcribing minutes proactively ensuring action points are raised and completed, preparation of correspondence and reports; effective management of the consultant's office by establishing and maintaining efficient manual and electronic correspondence and documentation management systems; ensuring office equipment and stationery levels are maintained, processing orders as required.
- To continually contribute to patient and business improvement Agendas. This will require: undertaking any project work as directed, including obtaining information from the Internet, collation and reporting of data in order to produce reports and spreadsheets, utilising relevant Trust IT systems, as determined by the role, ensuring all relevant patient data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust guidelines.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated senior nurse to join our specialist Pelvic Floor and Functional Bowel Disorders Service. Working within the boundaries of your expertise, you will manage a specialist caseload and provide evidence-based, patient-centred care that supports improved outcomes and quality of life.
- You will work closely with an experienced Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and as an integral member of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, delivering coordinated care across the pelvic floor pathway. Job summary
To provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill and children and young people from across Coventry & Warwickshire.
The post holder will work as an experienced clinical practitioner and provide effective leadership and supervision to the nursing team, ensuring safe, effective and child- and family-centred care. They will act as a role model for junior staff and support the Band 7/ward leadership team in maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety and service delivery.
The post holder will demonstrate an ability to recognise and respond promptly to the deteriorating child, prioritise workload, coordinate the clinical area and escalate concerns appropriately.

Main duties of the job
A shift/team leader, providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the department. The post-holder will deputise for the department manager as required.
Ward 16 comprises of 24 beds caring for children and young people predominantly between the ages of 2-12 with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
Ward 16 is also provides shared care with BCH for local families with an Oncology diagnosis as such there will be a requirement to complete training to care for these young people.
The successful applicant will after training be expected to hold the Paediatric bleep supporting the unit, attending medical emergencies as well as supporting with Bed Management responsibilities.

We are recruiting for Housekeepers who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
This post will be a early shift housekeeper working from 07:00-15:00 (37.5 hrs/week) Monday-Friday.
You will be joining our Adult Emergency Department. The Emergency Department is a fast paced clinical environment and ensuring provision of food and patients is part of improvements being implemented to ensure patient safety.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the Emergency Department. You are expected to adhere to proper food handling.
This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas meet health and safety standards. You will work closely with medical staff to support patient care by providing a hygienic setting that promotes recovery and well-being.
You will be responsible for the provision of a high quality service by meeting and greeting visitors to the ward. Supported by the ward manager and the ward clinical team to ensure a customer friendly approach is used in interactions with patients and stakeholders. You will also support the general running of the ward by being involved in general organisational.

Main duties of the job
A Clinical Housekeeper in the Emergency Department plays a vital role in ensuring that the environment is clean, organized, and safe for both patients and staff.
Ensuring patient bays and common areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Adhering to infection control protocols, including proper cleaning of high-touch surfaces and equipment.
Ensuring that essential supplies, such as PPE, hand sanitizers, towels, and cleaning products, are stocked and available.
Reporting any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment, leaks, or other hazards, to the appropriate department.
Providing basic assistance to staff in preparing treatment areas for procedures, including setting up trolleys and restocking items.
Following hospital and department policies related to infection control, health and safety, and environmental cleanliness.
These duties help ensure that the ED runs smoothly, maintaining a high standard of hygiene and patient care.

Join our friendly team for this 2 year fixed term contract and train to become a Pharmacy Technician. On successful completion of the course and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) you could apply for roles in medicines optimisation, clinical trials, procurement, aseptic dispensing, medicines safety, education and training and more.
The successful candidate will enrol onto an Apprenticeship Pharmacy Technician Training Programme to develop the necessary knowledge and skills to become a pharmacy technician whilst working.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
With appropriate training and ongoing support, the main duties of the job include:
- Provide a service to the hyper acute and acute stroke wards at UHCW for patients who have communication and swallowing difficulties taking responsibility for a designated case load within agreed clinical parameters.
- There will also be a requirement to occasionally attend Rugby St Cross hospital to support with SLT provision.
- Participate in training to acquire the skills required for the post, which may include dysphagia training, to maintain and enhance clinical competencies.
- Plan and prioritise own caseload with support from senior clinicians.
- Manage a caseload of patients with varying diagnosis and complex needs, using evidence-based client centred principles.

We are looking for a compassionate psychologist (clinical/ forensic/ counselling) to join us at our Middlesbrough MHSOP community mental health team in TEWV NHS Trust (fixed term - 10 months)
The post would suit an enthusiastic Psychologist, valuing the opportunity to work collaboratively with members of a well-established multi-disciplinary team, where psychology is a core treatment offer. Main duties of the job
To be part of the leadership team with the Middlesbrough MHSOP team, to undertake neuro psych assessments, formulation, consultation and psychological interventions with older adults in a secondary care setting. To supervise trainees and other members of staff, as required, to be involved in audits, teaching and training and to work closely with other psychological professions staff in the specialty.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Main duties of the job
This is an important procurement role which requires robust stakeholder engagement skills, knowledge and expertise.

Digital Services at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are deployed to jointly support this Trust and London Northwest University Healthcare NHS Trust. This role supports the Digital Application Manager in providing service operations for the Application portfolio including the management of incidents, requests, developments, user access and problems.
The post holder delivers end-user support, training, and all processes relating to Application Management for one or more Digital Applications within the team's portfolio.
The post-holder will investigate, manage and resolve issues and problems raised against their portfolio, liaising with third-party system suppliers as necessary.
The post-holder will assist in the development of specifications for any change requests set against the team's application portfolio.
The post holder will support strategic planning relating the current and future configuration of the application portfolio and will engage in a variety of work streams within wider Digital Services projects or programmes.
The post holder will also deliver training programmes for the application portfolio to ensure that business processes are optimised.

Main duties of the job
