Job summary
The NHS Transforming People Services (TPS) programme sits at the heart of delivering the NHS 10 Year Health Plan -- creating a workforce that is empowered, flexible and digitally enabled to meet the evolving needs of patients and communities.
This is more than a transformation role, it is an opportunity to redefine how people services are delivered across the NHS and directly influence the experience of one of the largest workforces in the world.
The Senior Engagement Manager will work closely with national leaders, regional teams, People professionals, service designers, professional networks and Trade Union representatives, the National Engagement Lead across England to create meaningful opportunities for collaboration and co-design, helping to ensure transformation is informed by the needs and experiences of those who deliver and use People Services.
Building trusted relationships, driving stakeholder confidence and supporting the successful adoption of new services, operating models and ways of working.
Lead regional engagement activities for TPS, ensuring stakeholders are informed, involved and prepared for change.
Coordinate engagement events, workshops and feedback activities, ensuring regional views shape programme decisions and support successful transformation delivery.
We are looking for ambitious, collaborative and delivery-focused individual who thrive in complexity and are passionate about improving public services.
Main duties of the job
The role plays a pivotal role in the National Engagement team. Keys skills:
Significant experience leading stakeholder engagement, communications or change programmes within complex NHS, healthcare or public sector environments.
Proven ability to develop and deliver large-scale engagement strategies that build understanding, commitment and adoption of transformational change.
Strong leadership experience, with a track record of building, developing and motivating high-performing teams to deliver against ambitious objectives.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, regional teams, professional networks, system partners and Trade Union representatives.
You'll be at the forefront of one of the NHS's most ambitious transformation programmes, redesigning people services for the future of the health system. This is a unique opportunity to shape nationally significant change to create modern, user-centred and digitally enabled HR services that will improve the experience of NHS staff across the country.
Most importantly, you will be part of a team delivering change that improves the experience of the NHS workforce and supporting better outcomes for patients and communities nationwide.
About us
NHS England has a wide range of statutory functions, responsibilities and regulatory powers. These are focused on supporting the wider NHS to deliver high quality care, as well as doing those things that are best done once for the whole NHS.
Our staff bring expertise across clinical, operational, commissioning, technology, data science, cyber security, software engineering, education, and commercial specialisms -- enabling us to design and deliver high-quality NHS services.
In March 2025, the Government announced that NHS England and the Department of Health and Social Care will increasingly merge functions, ultimately leading to NHS England being fully integrated into the department.
If you currently work within the NHS and if successful at interview, we will initiate an Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) via the Electronic Staff Record (ESR).This retrieves key data from your current or previous NHS employer to support onboarding, including competency status, Continuous Service Dates (CSD), and annual leave entitlement. You may opt out at any stage of the process.
Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
We cannot offer visa sponsorship for any vacancies.

About us
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust provide hospital and community services from a number of community and specialist clinics throughout Croydon. The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust. Around 4,100 staff provide services for a population of over 360,000 people who are relatively young with a high level of ethnic diversity.

But with the right people on board, we are rising to this challenge, putting our people in the driving seat, encouraging innovation and transforming our services to give local people the quality of care they deserve. Croydon Health Services puts a great deal of importance on education and training. Croydon University Hospital plays an active role in training the clinicians of the future and works in partnership with major London universities
If you want the opportunity to have a real impact, challenge yourself and be part of an NHS Trust then a career at Croydon Health Services could be just what you're looking for.

Job summary
6 sessions per week |- New post
Job summaryWe cannot promise quiet days in general practice. We can promise that you will not face the busy ones alone.
If you would like to work in a friendly rural practice where colleagues know one another, share the workload and step in when someone needs a hand, we would like to hear from you.
The Cornerstone Practice is looking for a salaried GP to work 6 sessions per week. This is a new post funded through the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS). Applicants must meet the ARRS eligibility requirements in place when they start.
The salary is to be confirmed.
We are open to discussing how the 6 sessions are arranged. An immediate start is available, but we are happy to agree a later start date for the right person.
We look after approximately 9,500 patients and use SystmOne. Our clinical team includes GP partners, salaried GPs, advanced practitioners, treatment room nurses, healthcare assistants and a mental health practitioner. We also work with pharmacy, physiotherapy and social prescribing colleagues, supported by an experienced reception and administration team.
We are based in March, a Fenland market town with direct rail services to Ely, Cambridge and Peterborough.
You are welcome to visit us, meet the team and see how the practice works before deciding whether to apply. For an informal conversation or to arrange a visit, please contact Dr Laura Richardson email address [email protected]
Main duties of the job
You will provide general medical services to registered and temporary patients as part of the practice clinical team.
Your working week will include a mixture of:
Face-to-face and telephone consultations
Assessing new, ongoing and undiagnosed health problems
Reviewing test results and clinical correspondence
Prescribing and medication reviews
Referring patients to other services when needed
Home visits where clinically appropriate
Maintaining clear and timely patient records
Taking part in clinical meetings and practice learning
Sharing duty and clinical cover fairly with GP colleagues
Contributing to audit, service improvement and patient safety work
There may be scope to develop a particular clinical interest, depending on the needs of the practice and your experience.
