We are looking for a dynamic Technical Services Specialist Pharmacist to join our team to lead the development and management of our Pharmacy Technical Services
At LNWH Pharmacy Technical Services, we have four cleanroom suites, manufacturing sterile/aseptic, non-sterile and prepacks products under our Specials manufacturing licence. The Trust has successfully added two new cleanrooms with VHP technology to our Specials Manufacturing licence. As the Principal Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the operational delivery, training, recruitment and as well as maintaining regulatory compliance of the Specials manufacturing. Your will be leading a competent and experience team in the manufacturing of specials products.
We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of operational delivery and the ability to improve our current systems and services.
As we work closer with our local partners in the ICS you will support planning the future of Pharmacy Technical Services in North West London.
As a member of the Pharmacy Senior Leadership team, you will support the development of the Pharmacy vision and strategy for the Trust.
Main duties of the job
o Manages and develops all aspects of Technical Serviceso The post holder is required to manage a robust Pharmaceutical Quality System to assure compliance with all relevant legislation, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Clinical Practice.o The post holder is responsible for the manufacturing of Specials products under the "Specials" Manufacturers Licence. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Booking Administrator to join the Lung Cancer Screening Programme (LCSP) team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to support a developing screening programme aimed at improving the early diagnosis of lung cancer across West Kent. The post holder will play an important role in coordinating appointments, managing patient communications, maintaining accurate records and supporting patients through the screening pathway.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Programme Manager, Lung Health Check Nurses, GP practices and wider cancer services to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the programme. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills are essential, together with the ability to work sensitively with patients and manage competing priorities within a busy administrative environment.
This is a secondment position aligned to national programme funding.
Main duties of the job
o Invite eligible participants to attend Lung Health Check appointments in line with programme protocols and national guidance.
o Book, amend and cancel appointments, ensuring patient pathways are managed efficiently and accurately.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records on Trust systems and screening databases, including recording outcomes, attendance and follow-up actions.
o Manage the programme helpline, responding to patient and public enquiries in a professional, sensitive and timely manner.
o Provide administrative support to the Lung Cancer Screening Programme team, including preparation of correspondence, reports, data summaries and meeting documentation.
o Work closely with Lung Health Check Nurses, GP practices, respiratory teams and wider cancer services to support effective pathway coordination.
o Monitor shared inboxes and ensure correspondence and queries are actioned appropriately within agreed timescales.
o Support patient engagement and uptake by proactively contacting patients regarding appointments and non-attendance.

Job summary
An exciting oppunrtunity has arisen to work within the Breast Screening Team based at Liverpool University Hospitals Foundation Trust. This role aims to support improved uptake rates to breast screening and reduce unwarranted variation in uptake by different population groups - to reduce health inequalities. The role will also be the first point of contact for GP practices and community groups, provide comprehensiveadvice and support for health care professionals and wider organisations to improve the uptake of breast screening.As an Improving Uptake Officer in breast screening, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service and supporting programme managers and screening staff across the breast screening programme.
Main duties of the job
- Liaise directly with healthcare colleagues in Primary Care (GP practices and PCN's), community groups and Place colleagues (ICB and local authority) to improve the uptake of breast screening particularly by population groups vulnerable to low participation in screening.
- Promote uptake of breast screening directly to the eligible population at health promotion events/webinars held across the programme geography.
- Support eligible individuals to navigate the screening pathway - particularly those who may require reasonable adjustments to address any barriers to access.
- Use screening programme data to identify GP practices with low uptake rates and work directly with colleagues in these practices, e.g. Care Coordinators and Care Navigators, to support more individuals to take up the offer of screening.
- Identify reasons for non-attendance across the screening programme and discuss with the programme team any changes that may help address these in order to support improved uptake rates.
- Maintain an up to date and accurate record of work undertaken to improve uptake.
- Be a member of the Improving Uptake in Screening Workers network to share learning/ideas and best practice across programmes.

Examples of individuals who may need reasonable adjustments includes those who have: o a severe mental illnesso a learning disability o are transgendero require an Interpreter o had a bilateral mastectomyo a physical disability Working directly with PCNs/GP practices, the Improving Screening Uptake Officer will;
- Ensure the target for the return of the PNL from all GP practices is achieved (achievable target 90%; acceptable target 80%).
- Liaise with the ICB Place Leads and other colleagues to access support with achieving PNL targets.
- Supporting GP Practices to improve breast screening uptake targeting the practices with the lowest uptake rates:Reducing unwarranted variation in screening is key to reducing health inequalities. In advance of a mobile screening unit moving to a new location/a new screening round, the Improving Screening Uptake Officer will:
- Identify and contact at least the 10 lowest performing GP practices prior to a screening round.
- Liaise with colleagues at Place, Local Authority or practice level to identify ways to improve uptake e.g. by sharing resources and tools included in the Care Coordinator Screening toolkit (below) and providing support to GP practices/community champions to engage with specific target groups (e.g. nonresponders, first timers, specific population groups) by sharing relevant resources.
- Establish and agree a process to monitor and evaluate the impact of interventions.
- All individuals with a learning disability to receive a pre-appointment telephone call.
- All Individuals to be offered a reasonable adjustments plan and easy read materials.
- Monitor the number of individuals with a learning disability who take up the offer of screening.
- Develop an easy read patient satisfaction survey for individuals with a learning disability this can be done in collaboration with other C&M and L&SC ImprovingUptake Officers.

- Produce the Screening Uptake Quarterly report (outlined in Reporting Schedule) to include: o Number and type of direct contact/engagement/interventions with external partners including GP practices, local authorities, ICB Place and third sector community groups and evidence the impact interventions have delivered.o Rationale for interventions based on programme data/insight work e.g. specific GP practice, non-responders or particular population group.o Evaluation of intervention e.g. Number of non-responders that have attended a subsequent appointment change in percentage uptake by GP practice.o Lessons learned from work that impacts on wider screening service development and improvement.Enabling patient and public involvement

The Advanced Clinical Practitioner role is face to face assessment and management of primary care presentations. The role also encompasses NHS 111 telephone assessment and triage which can be undertaken within the clinical hub (Based at Denton/Oldham).
Our team is made up of Advanced Clinical Practitioners from a variety of backgrounds including Nurses, Paramedics and Pharmacists, where shared learning, continual improvement and delivering excellence is part of our embedded culture.

You will work alongside established Advanced Clinical Practitioners, GP's as well as a supportive Administrative Team.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner working within the Oldham locality you will holistically assess and clinically examine patients with both minor and complex needs. You will have access to pathways and a broad Directory of Services (DoS) along with :
- Direct access to a wide range of community-based services.
- Referral rights to SDEC and secondary care.
- Access to technology to support telephone and video consultations (full induction and training provided).
- Facilities to see patients face to face (with support if you are expanding your scope of practice).
The Oldham Primary Care Streaming Serviceincludes working closely with The Royal Oldham Hospital to identify patients who present to ED with primary care presentations who can be streamed away from ED.
You will possess leadership qualities and provide support to the wider team, act as a positive role model and proactively identify areas for quality improvement.
You will have full access to our gtdlearning academy and forums. This provides a great opportunity to grow and expand your clinician skills/knowledge and to excel as an ACP.
Using Adastra, you will consult with patients with undiagnosed/undifferentiated problems. You have access to the patients full clinical records and consult via telephone, video or face to face, according to patient needs.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality multi-professional learning environments within the Trust and will be required to work locally within services where inter-professional learning opportunities can be provided. An opportunity for a band 6 sister/Deputy Ward Manager nurse on ward 5A at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital, one site of the Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be part of the 5A family which prides itself on professionalism, teamwork and patient and colleague support. This ward, which includes an enhanced recovery unit, specialises in hepatic, pancreatic and biliary surgery and all general surgery.
This post is for a band 6 to work alongside the ward manager to help with nursing leadership on ward 5A. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available on the Respiratory Support Unit. This is a dual role and will incorporate the jobs of Housekeeper and Ward clerk (50% each) at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.
The Ward is a 10 bed Respiratory unit providing level 2 ventilatory support. This will require the successful candidate to be extremely organised, committed and hardworking. It is essential that candidates have excellent IT skills and to be able to speak confidently to patients when dealing with their enquiries, either face to face or over the phone. The successful candidate will also be responsible using trust patient IT systems including pens/dashboard and IPM and ensuring patient discharge letters are sent and filed they have follow-up appointments for their next treatment arranged if required. Ensuring specialist stock and equipment is maintained and ordered. reporting maintenance requests and other specific tasks to meet individual patient needs as determined by ward manager. Monitoring quality standards and work closely with contractors and support services.
Enhanced organisational skills are required to ensure confidentiality is maintained and case notes, letters and documentation are kept securely. The ideal candidate much be approachable, committed and kind and wish to actively participate in what is a friendly and hardworking team as well as directly with the public.

The main roles are answering the phone, good basic computer skills, ensuring patients appointments have been booked, filing and organising on the clinical area.
Ensuring stock is ordered and equipment maintained. Identifying any problems with cleanliness, ensuring all surfaces are cleaned appropriately.
