We are looking forBand 5 Nurses to join our Lambeth & SouthwarkImmunisation Team, part of theSouth London Children and Young People's Community Immunisation Service.
This is a rewarding and fast-paced role where you will help deliver school-aged and catch-up immunisations across schools and community clinics -- protecting children and young people from preventable diseases.

Main duties of the job
Your day starts by packing vaccine equipment and preparing for school or clinic visits. In the morning, you'll be out in the community delivering vaccinations. You may visit two schools per day during the busy flu season. After a break, you'll return to base to restock and prepare for the next day.
Key responsibilities
Deliver the School Age Immunisation Programme, including inhaled influenza vaccines
Assist with planning and delivery of immunisation sessions in schools, community venues, and homes
Promote uptake by providing evidence-based information to parents and carers
Follow all relevant safety protocols and procedures for safe immunisation delivery
Help run satellite immunisation clinics across the borough

We are seeking an exceptional Site HR Director to join Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on a 12-month fixed term contract or secondment. As a key member of the Trust leadership team, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all workforce, organisational development, employee relations and people matters, supporting the delivery of safe, inclusive and effective services.
Reporting to the Group Chief People Officer and working closely with the Trust Managing Director, you will lead the local delivery of the BSW Hospitals Group People Strategy while also holding a Group portfolio for HR Operations, with responsibility for key services including Resourcing and Employee Relations across the Group.
Main duties of the job
You will also lead the HR Business Partner team at Great Western Hospitals, ensuring high-quality people support to services across the Trust.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape workforce transformation, drive organisational performance, strengthen staff engagement and wellbeing, and lead significant people initiatives across a complex NHS environment. Withybush General Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to undertake the role of an Administration & Clerical Receptionist within the Same Day Emergency Care Unit (SDEC) .
The post holder staffs the Reception Desk and facilitates the smooth running of SDEC in conjunction with the SDEC multidisciplinary Team.

At Guiseley and Yeadon Medical Practice, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Nurse to join our busy medical practice due to some restructuring within the practice over the last year. Our friendly growing team is situated in purpose build premises in the pleasant residential area of Yeadon and Guiseley of Leeds.
We are a training practice and participate in a range of enhanced services and currently work very closely with Aire Valley Surgery. Guiseley and Yeadon Medical Practice have a dedicated large team which consists of 10 Salaried GPs, a Band 5 Nurse, Band 6 Nurse and 4 Health Care Assistants and this role is to lead the Nursing Team at Guiseley and Yeadon Medical Practice. There are 2 Registrars and a Physicians Associate who works closely with the Nursing Team to oversee Long Term Conditions and a dedicated Practice Pharmacist and many others.

JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will demonstrate a high level of expertise providing advice, education and support to staff, patients, their families and carers.
The post holder will be practising autonomously as a Practice Nurse, Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner within the designated speciality area of primary care to provide patient-centred clinical care.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team at Broadgreen Hospital. You will manage a caseload across the reablement hub and stroke transitional unit. There is opportunity to work with a broad range of complex conditions alongside a range of other specialities. You will be supported to develop skills in dysphagia and communication as well as caseload management, prioritisation, and leadership.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and friendly multidisciplinary team who are passionate about patient care and service delivery. The role embraces driving rehab and reablement with older people, and you will have the opportunity to work with elderly care and stroke patients in the sub-acute environment.
We are a progressive department who are well-respected by our medical, nursing and AHP colleagues. We are the drivers of a number of local policies and projects, and to ensure best practice, we work collaboratively as a department, attending CENs, SIGs and working parties regionally and beyond.
Main duties of the job
You will provide evidence-based Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention for patients with eating, drinking or communication difficulties as part of a seven day service.
There is opportunity for MDT work in a welcoming team. You will work within the MDT as a valued team member. There is opportunity to contribute to daily ward-based board-round and weekly MDT meetings. There will be opportunities for developing the SALT service provision within this setting including dysphagia / communication training.
There is access to expert practitioner Speech and Language Therapists in advanced dysphagia, Stroke, critical care, respiratory and voice. Videofluoroscopy clinics run weekly. We have a well-established FEES training programme for senior clinicians. All Band 6 staff have the opportunity to become Videofluoroscopy practitioners.
We have regular team meetings and are committed to continuing professional development. We have a clear supervision structure and advice is available from our highly skilled Clinical Specialists within the department.
Band 6 therapists are required to supervise Band 5 / assistant staff and deputise for clinical team leads. You will be encouraged to support service development through inclusion in internal and external projects.

Job summary
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Simulation Centre team and support the delivery of high-quality simulation-based education across Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust.
In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide administrative support to the Simulation Faculty and wider Clinical Education Team, helping to ensure simulation training activities run smoothly and effectively.
Based primarily at Wexham Park Hospital, you will play an important part in supporting healthcare professionals to develop their skills in a safe learning environment. There may also be occasional opportunities to work across other Trust sites, so some travel will be required.
Main duties of the job
As a Simulation Centre Administrator, you will:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities within the Simulation Centre.
- Help coordinate simulation training sessions, ensuring they are organised efficiently and run smoothly.
- Support faculty members, learners, and visitors, helping to create a professional, welcoming, and positive learning experience.
- Assist with scheduling, record keeping, communications, and the preparation of simulation events.
- Work closely with colleagues across the Clinical Education Team to support the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes.

The Pharmacy QA Department is responsible for ensuring that medicinal products made and purchased are fit for their intended use. This is achieved through quality control checks of drug production and environmental and microbiological testing to ensure internal and external facilities meet the standards set by the licensing authority.
Key duties include (but are not limited to):
Microbiology: incubation, reading and reporting of media used to monitor clean rooms, perform environmental monitoring on site and at other external sites.
Chemistry: temperature monitoring and mapping, verification of thermometers, booking in of production batches, raw materials and consumables used within the Pharmacy Departments.

Job summary
The Shoreditch Park & City PCN in City and Hackney is seeking to recruit a PCN Clinical Pharmacist to develop and support medicines optimisation work within the Shoreditch Park & City PCN. You will be based at De Beauvoir Surgery.
We are looking only for candidates able to work in practice- no remote working applications will be accepted.
The candidate will be exposed to a breadth of different clinical experiences, working with very different patient demographics. No 2 days will be the same.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of a passionate multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role. The PCN Clinical Pharmacist will take responsibility for areas of chronic disease management and work proactively with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team across the PCN. The successful candidate will join a core Pharmacy Team and will be supported by a Senior Clinical Pharmacist supervisor, GP and other support staff. Regular development sessions, teaching, training and opportunities to upskill will be provided. You will work against a strong personalised development pathway. The PCN supports Pharmacists interested in becoming independent prescribers.
Clinical pharmacists have a key role in supporting delivery of the network contract Direct Enhanced Service (DES) specifications.
The PCN Clinical Pharmacist will need to be committed to improving health and putting patients first. Key qualities will be the ability to build effective relationships with patients, GPs, nurses, community pharmacists, hospital and practice staff, and to work effectively as part of a team. Demonstrable general pharmaceutical skills and knowledge in core areas, including long term conditions, together with a good understanding of general practice are essential.

Groups of GP Practices in City and Hackney have recently come together to form 8 Primary Care Networks (PCNS) each covering a total population of between 30,000-56,000. The purpose of these PCNs is to enable GP practices to work together in a collaborative way to develop and deliver network-based services that respond to the needs of the local population.

The PCN Clinical Pharmacist will:
work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient facing role to clinically assess and treat patients using their expert knowledge of medicines for specific disease areas;

Update practice teams at weekly meetings on current medicines related information and issues with a view to educating and improving prescribing within the practice.
Analyse, interpret and present medicines data to practice staff regularly to highlight prescribing issues.
Communicate recommended actions relating to medication and medical device safety alerts.
Medicines Reconciliation
Reconcile medicines following discharge from hospitals, intermediate care and into care homes, including identifying and rectifying unexplained changes and working with patients and community pharmacists to ensure patients receive the medicines they need post discharge.
Commissioned improvements for QIPP and medicines optimisation
Support the practice and the PCN in delivering the outcomes as required in the medicines section of the Clinical Commissioning Contract
Signposting
Ensure that patients are referred to the appropriate healthcare professional for specialist referral, monitoring and/or referred to the social prescriber for further support services where required.
Repeat Prescribing
Review, implement and support adherence to the practice repeat prescribing policy.
Manage the repeat prescribing reauthorisation process by reviewing patient requests for repeat prescriptions and reviewing medicines reaching review dates and flagging up those patients needing a review.
Ensure patients on repeat prescriptions have the required monitoring and assessments undertaken as appropriate to their condition(s) and medicines prescribed.
Clinical Governance
Communicate, action and support implementation of MHRA alerts, product withdrawals and other local and national guidelines and formulary recommendations.
Undertake clinical audits in priority areas identified by the CCG medicines management team or within the PCN and feedback results to practices and the PCN and support them in implementing recommendations.
Support practices and PCNs in identifying and reporting onto NRLS any incidents relating to medicines. Be involved in investigating medicines incidents and identifying and implementing any required system improvements.
Support implementation of shared care protocols in practice, including processes to improve monitoring of high- risk drugs.
Review the use of medicines most commonly associated with unplanned hospital admissions and readmissions through audit and individual patient reviews.

Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support the Oxford Centre of Enablement (OCE) Rehabilitation Medical team and associated MDT team.
The post holder will be required to assist in the provision of a professional, comprehensive, and efficient administrative service, which is effectively delivered to all patients and members of the medical department.You will be responsible for managing patient's pathways and referrals ensuring information is accurate and up to date. The post holder will work as a team ensuring they support other administrative staff.

Main duties of the job
- The post holder will work closely with medical team and administrative staff to support the delivery of service ensuring comprehensive efficient processes are in place to manage the workload.
- The post holder will be responsible for managing and tracking the 18-week pathway using activity and clinical data to validate the waiting times targets.
- To support training for other administrative staff in same department.

Main responsibilities and other operational tasks:
- To act as a first point of contact for matters relating to administration for the medical team based at the OCE.
- To manage and maintain appointments diaries for all consultants and registrars within the OCE medical team electronically, updating their annual leave and updating their diaries accordingly for all outpatient clinics. Also, to ensure that all these changes are reflected and updated in EPR
- To support all room bookings requests as required for the medical team for clinics and any other clinical meetings.
- To answer telephone calls using the Liberty website-based phone system from medical and non-medical staff, and deal with calls appropriately, communicating important messages to the appropriate people in a timely manner. To ensure that messages are clear and well documented as applicable in EPR or to the relevant individual.
- To ensure that there is enough stock of clinical supplies for the outpatient clinics such as clinical forms, wristbands, ink cartridges, needles, stationary stock for office etc and to request further supplies in a timely manner with the line manager. To escalate any complaints received via face or non-face to face relating to clinics with the support of your line manager.

- To monitor and reply to any emails in the departments nhs.net mailbox on a regular basis. This will also be applicable to messages received in EPR.

- To forward all referrals and relevant documents to the consultants in a timely manner.

- To generate & prepare clinics for each day with a clinic sheets, outcome form & wristbands if required.
- To login to the Attend Anywhere (AA) website for upcoming video consultations and check in patients when they become visible to you in the virtual waiting area. To message the patient on AA if the consultant/clinician is running behind in clinic.

The Department of Gastroenterology in East Kent Hospitals is looking for enthusiastic new colleagues to join us on our journey into expansion and increasing subspecialisation. We currently provide a 7-day Consultant-led gastroenterology inpatient service on two acute hospital sites at Ashford and Margate, a site based 24/7 GI Bleed rota for the two main acute sites as well as specialist Nutrition, IBD, Hepatology, HPB, UGI Cancer, complex polypectomy services, ERCP, Bowel Cancer Screening and capsule endoscopy. Endoscopy Services are provided from the three main hospital sites in Canterbury, Margate and Ashford. We are looking for two newly created postholders to be based at William Harvey Hospital and be part of a team of 8 full time consultants (including these posts) based there as we look to expand our department and the services we offer.
Main duties of the job
At the William Harvey Hospital the consultant team are supported by two IBD nurses, a hepatology nurse and UGI STT nurses who support the UGI cancer pathway.
The post holder will be required to support the site-based GI Bleeding rota (1 in 8).
During elective working weeks the post holder will be provide two OPD clinics per week (face to face and telephone) and two general endoscopy lists, plus a session dedicated to a specialist interest and/or leadership role. SPA will be allocated (1-2PA) to support revalidation, service development and supervision of trainees. Variation in this pattern may be negotiable depending on individual and departmental service requirements.
The post holder may be expected to fulfil some of their elective clinical commitments on other sites in the Trust.

Responsible to the Group Head of Financial Management, this post will act as the primary financial link to their CMG, advising on all relevant matters, supporting delivery of financial and non-financial targets. We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Mental Health Nurse to join our Mental Health team at Gatwick Immigration Removal Centre, located in Gatwick.
Parking on site, working within the Immigration estate, challenging and fast paced environment, with a good induction programme.Working in a team of 5 of Mental Health Nurses and Leads. Dealing with triage, managing and contributing to detention centre management of risks of suicide and self harm (ACDT).
Hours
Bank hours which will be ad-hoc. Days are 07:00 to 19:30hrs, Nights are 19:00 to 07:30hrs.

Main duties of the job
As a Mental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options
- Undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences and may be distressed
- Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework and be able to risk assess use sound clinical knowledge
- You will work with individuals providing advice, support and information and manage a case load of patients.
- Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference
- You will monitor therapeutic responses to medication and potential side effects liaising with prescribers as required.
- Inspire excellence by forging strong links with our partners and stakeholders
- Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care
- Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other to do a great job.

Qualifications required:
- Qualified Mental Health Nurse - NMC registration
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development
- Experience of working with patients, face to face, who have complex mental health conditions
