Main duties of the job
The role involves working within the community as an autonomous practitioner within a multi-disciplinary team. It also involves maintaining a good relationship with other members of the team ensuring the women receive safe care.
You will be need to be able to provide high quality women centred maternity care , effective leadership, optimise teaching opportunities and give support to all grades of staff; planning and directing activities to provide the optimal standard of care.
The role involves giving appropriate education to women and their families and giving necessary care, advice and supervision throughout the pregnancy continuum. You will be required to ensure appropriate referral for mother or child, as required to other agencies and specialist midwifery team and to give necessary care advice and supervision to women and their families, wherever possible/appropriate.

Job summary
Transcend is a newly commissioned service established to explore how Gender Incongruence can be best supported and treated within a Primary Care setting. We are seeking a Specialist Nurse to help deliver this care. The postholder will work closely with our MDT, local GPs, relevant partner agencies, and of course directly with service users.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of not only a new service, but a new model of care for a disadvantaged and underserved service user group. The role will involve travel across the locality, therefore being a car user is essential.
Main duties of the job
To provide direct clinical nursing care to the service users of Transcend. This will include both direct and indirect interventions to support individuals accessing the service. The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, is essential. The postholder will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients and supporting them throughout their journey with the service.

An excitingopportunityhas arisen for a Specialty Doctor post in the Urology Department at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, working with a supportive and friendly team in the newly built Urology Unit.
The post includes on call, assisting in theatre and supporting clinicians in clinic. Day to day work will cover outpatient, elective & emergency aspects of the service.
This post is not a training post but the team will provide support with training for diagnostic procedures such as local anaesthetic prostate biopsies.
As we operate from three main hospitals there is an expectation of cross bay travel so a driving license and a car is essential.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
The post, including on call commitment, would cover clinical duties across our sites.
The post holder will be expected to support the Urology services offered by the Trust and provide the highest quality of care to the local population.
The post holder will be supported by our Consultants and our urology specialist nurse practitioners with ward support provided by the Matron's.
The post holder will be supported to take part in medical audits and in continuing medical education, (including self-development and maintaining accreditation).
There is a requirement for regular appraisal to be undertaken by the lead responsible for these services.

Stratton Medical Centre is a busy town practice on the outskirts of Bude. We have over 10,700 patients who are looked after by an integrated team of 9 GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Paramedic, 2 Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist.
As part of a wider Primary Care Network (PCN), our GP team also benefit from a clinical pharmacist, a home visiting paramedic, a social prescriber and health and wellbeing coach. We also have a team of staff who work with more vulnerable adults including diabetics, learning disabled and the frail elderly. All these staff contribute to managing our patient group.

Job summary
The Capital and Connectivity Support Officer provides administrative and coordination support across the DDaT capital programme and medical device connectivity projects. The Rapid Response Co-ordinator provides operational co-ordination of Patient Transport and therapeutic support for individuals on a Section 136 of the Mental Health Act within designated places of safety and patients waiting within health care settings for mental health support. Main duties of the job
The Co-ordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the Urgent Care Rapid Response Service, working closely with clinical teams, emergency services and partner agencies to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care to people experiencing mental health crisis. The role will involve coordinating and prioritising requests, allocating staff, supporting patient flow and maintaining oversight of service demand and operational activity. They will promote a patient centred approach, ensure effective use of resources, and support the smooth and safe running of the service in line with established policies and procedures. This is a new role within Hywel Dda's growing patient facing, single point of contact service; The Communication Hub.
The team is seeking an expert in health service administration, patient communication and team leadership. Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire. Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated psychology assistant to join the Wellbeing Mental Health and Psychosocial Substance Misuse Team atHMP Eastwood Park.
This rewarding role is centred on delivering psychologically informed interventions to women residing on the prison's Incentivised Substance-Free Living (ISFL) Wing. The ISFL operates within a trauma-informed framework, recognising that many individuals in custody have experienced significant adversity, trauma, and complex life experiences.
Main duties of the job
As a Psychology Assistant, you will:
Deliver psychologically informed one-to-one and group interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
Support the delivery of trauma-informed and, where appropriate, trauma-focused interventions under the supervision of qualified clinicians
