Job summary
We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic pharmacist/pharmacy technician to join our team at St Richard's Hospital as accountable pharmacist (or accountable pharmacy technician when legislation changes come into effect). This is ideal for a pharmacist/pharmacy technician looking to gain leadership experience in Aseptics Services. This post offers opportunities to gain new skills and take on increased responsibilities.
The successful candidate will be supported by a dedicated education and training team, ensuring continuous professional development and growth.
This is a really exciting opportunity to shape the development of the service at St Richards Hospital in Chichester. With early discussions about a centralised Aseptic Unit within Sussex this is a perfect opportunity to be part of this project and shape the service to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of clinical, technical and administrative tasks, ensuring the safe and effective preparation of SACT medicines. We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance for all our staff.
Daily responsibilities:
- To support and maintain the work of the Aseptic Services Section of the Pharmacy
- Accountable (pending legislation changes for pharmacy technician)
- Support/ensure that aseptic facilities meet the standards assessed by external audits
- Help develop and deliver a safe, efficient and effective pharmaceutical aseptic service
Quality Control:
- Assist other Lead Pharmacists/Pharmacy Technician in responding appropriately to internal and external inspections
Education and Training:
- Ensure the training of all staff within aseptic services to be competent in the preparation of all aseptic preparations.
- Identify own learning needs
Patient Safety:
- Monitor chemotherapy regimens and clinically check prescriptions prior to their production
- Ensure chemotherapy agents are manufactured to available standards.

Job Title:

Work Environment:

We are seeking a Telephony/Receptionist to undertake a wide range of duties including call handling and reception duties for a Secure Forensic Unit and corporate Trust HQ, along with administrative support.
As the first point of contact for the Trust, you will be responsible for providing a positive customer service experience; directing callers, visitors, colleagues to the most appropriate service for ongoing care, support and advice, of which some calls can be highly distressing.
You will be part of the Out of Hours District Nurses call handling service, acting as the first point of contact for all messages; this will include urgent calls, queries and referrals for the community District Nursing service in North and South Staffordshire. The post holder will be required to identify and forward urgent calls and enquiries, some of which may be complex and sensitive, direct to the triage nursing team in line with established processes - this includes RAG rating the calls as they come through and assigning to the wait lists.
This is role is working routine shifts, however you must be prepared to cover other receptionists when they are on annual leave/ sick leave, by taking on their complete duty at short notice including night duty.

Main duties of the job
All Telephonists/Receptionists will be required to have a general understanding and ability to carry out all tasks below however, some tasks may not be required at all locations:
- Receive and deal with general reception enquiries; this may include listening and responding to information requests or queries and enquiries and directing staff, service users, visitors, contractors, self-presenters etc as appropriate.
- First point of contact in the event of a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency and Fire; responsible for sending out bleeps via the Multitone system, monitoring and co-ordinating timely responses and follow on actions (i.e. Fire).
- Responsible for initiated set processes in relation to staff safety and lone working i.e. District Nursing personal alarms and OOH Doctors On Call.
- Responsible for the centralised taxi booking service, working collaboratively with taxi and courier companies.

Main duties of the job

What you will be doing
- Working on an identified adult mental health ward, with the flexibility of working across wards, dependent on skill and service need.
- Delivering high quality clinical service-to-service users and their families.
- Be responsible for the management and care delivery of patients referred to the Ward, by liaising with statutory and non-statutory agencies where appropriate and developing a network of support to patients and their carers to ensure a high standard of therapeutic care is delivered.
- To be responsible for managerial and clinical supervision of other team members where identified.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be providing a medicines management service to patients within the prison with the professional support of a prison service pharmacist. You will dispense prescriptions and stock items, whilst supervising assistants when in the dispensary. There will also be elements of stock control involved in your role, such as undertaking stock top-up services and reviewing expiry dates and storage facilities for all medicines, reporting any deficiencies to the prison service pharmacist.

School Health Staff Nurse - Band 5.
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic staff nurse to join our friendly, caring, well established School Nursing Targeted Intervention team. The post is for 30 hours per week whole year round. Our team cover the Stoke on Trent area and are responsible for supporting children/young people (CYP) with complex, physical or emotional health needs. Our aim is to provide support to CYP, their families and the Schools in order that they can attend School safely and achieve to the very best of their ability.
This position will entail predominantly supporting our Mainstream Schools and CYP with; care planning, teacher training, enuresis clinics, continence support and review health assessments for our children in care.

Main duties of the job
The School Nursing Targeted Intervention Service prides itself in providing health advice and support to children, young people and their families within Stoke on Trent.
The key responsibilities of the role include: working closely with our special and mainstream schools in the Stoke on Trent area, supporting teacher training and care planning for children with specific health needs, delivering nocturnal enuresis clinics, toileting/continence issues, advice and support to parents regarding physical and emotional health needs of their child and completing review health assessments with looked after children. The post holder will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident in the roles of safeguarding children.
The post is a permanent post for 30 hours per week, the service is delivered between Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00 pm. There will be flexibility for the hours to be delivered within these days and times.

Main duties of the job
We are looking to appoint a dynamic Locum Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with an interest in gynae-oncology to complement our existing team. We have a busy outpatient gynaecology service offering the full range of diagnostic and therapeutic outpatient gynaecological services. This is a maternity cover post to support our gynae-oncology team. The gynae-oncology team includes two consultants, two clinical nurse specialists in gynae-oncology, and a dedicated administrative co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be expected to support the local MDT, alongside our substantive gynae-oncologist, gynaecology radiologist, histopathologist and MDT co-ordinator and be involved in the regional MDT. The role is 5.75 PAs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to apply for the post of part-time Mental Health Act Administrator within the Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and flexible individual prepared to acquire a working knowledge of the operation and application of the Mental Health Act 1983 (MHA) and related legislation to work as part of a small, close knit team in this extremely busy department, dealing with a complex specialised area of work.
You will report to the Head of MHA and MCA and be a member of the Mental Health Legislation Team. You will be based in The Redwoods Centre, Shrewsbury, however may on occasion be required to work and provide cover at St George's Hospital, Stafford.
On a day to day basis you will deliver, maintain and promote operational compliance with statutory legislation in respect of the administration of the MHA, safeguarding and promoting the rights of some of our most vulnerable patients.
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a methodical and flexible approach, the ability to work under pressure and a keen eye for detail. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team based at Lawton House, Trentham. As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide high-quality IT support to staff across our customer organisations, helping to maintain the digital services that support frontline healthcare.
You will investigate, diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT incidents and service requests across desktop, laptop, application and peripheral technologies, delivering support remotely and on-site. Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused IT support to staff across S&SHIS customer organisations, ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve a wide range of IT incidents and service requests relating to desktop devices, laptops, software applications, peripherals and user access.
- Deliver support through a combination of telephone, remote and on-site assistance, taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.
- Install, configure, maintain and deploy end-user devices and associated software in line with agreed standards and procedures.

Job summary
We are seeking a highly experienced pharmacist with excellent leadership skills to join our senior pharmacy management team as Deputy Chief Pharmacist. You will lead on the provision of pharmacy and medicines optimisation services to mental health services, and work closely and collaboratively with the lead pharmacists within community health services.
Ideally you will have a track record in a similarly complex position at a senior level managing the delivery of operational services, and have a background in mental health services.
Main duties of the job
As Deputy Chief Pharmacist you will represent the service at the highest levels within the Trust, deputising for the Director of Pharmacy at Trustwide and external meetings.
You should be able to work on your own initiative as well as within a larger team, and will be supported by the wider Trust pharmacy team. Central to the role is modelling good clinical practice to our ward pharmacists and technicians and inspiring them to perform to their best.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who demonstrates the values of the Trust and who through their previous experience is in a position to support the Director of Pharmacy in overseeing day-to-day operations and shaping our team for the future.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Delivery Team based at Lawton House, Trentham. As a Service Delivery Specialised Services Administrator, you will support healthcare services through the administration of IT procurement and NHS Registration Authority (RA) services.

Job summary
Are you an experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist who is looking to work in a dedicated team? An opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Psychology Service within Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. The job is based with Bournemouth East CMHT, Kings Park Hospital.
As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist you will be solely accountable and responsible for the direct delivery of psychological services to adults with significant mental illness/disorder. You will be skilled in assessment, formulation, and in the delivery of appropriate highly specialised psychological therapies, where highly complex facts must be considered, and where expert opinion may differ. You will provide highly specialised advice to clients, their families, and carers where appropriate, and to the wider multidisciplinary team.
The role is diverse and allows opportunities to develop your own individual therapy skills, work on service development, continue with your professional development, and work with a range of skilled professionals who are all passionate about working with adults. The Adult Psychology Service is committed to supporting its staffs development by providing high quality training and supervision opportunities as well as regular opportunities for staff to connect, support and learn from each other.
This is a part-time post, 30 hours per week and flexible working is available.
Main duties of the job
You will be skilled in assessment, formulation, and in the delivery of appropriate highly specialisedpsychological therapies, where highly complex facts must be considered, and where expert opinion may differ.
You will undertake clinically relevant research and audit evaluation, as well as supervise the research & development activities of Assistants and Trainee Clinical Psychologists.
You will be responsible for developing highly specialised programmes of care.Judgements need to be made involving highly complex facts or situations, which require the analysis, interpretation and comparison of a range of options.
You will need to be able to share sensitive information with clients, their carers and other professionals, whose opinion may differ.
You will receive regular highly specialised supervision in common with good practice guidelines.
