You will deliver safe, compassionate care, administer medications within your competence, and contribute to pregnancy-related and new born care within your scope, with support from specialists when needed.

Main duties of the job
The successful candidates will be part of the clinical team who ensure that clinical care of patients, and others using the services, receive an efficient and quality service.
The role responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare the clinical areas (theatres) to receive patients for surgical procedures
- Provide assistance in clinical areas for immediate post-operative care when the need arises
- Assist in the positioning and preparation of the patient as directed by the surgical team
- Ensurethat any specimens are correctly labelled and dispatched to the lab
- Ensure all care is documented on the IT system, including all disposables, and everything is logged accurately on the correct system in accordance with Trust and departmental policy and procedures
- Help control cross infection by observing departmental policy regarding
- Uniform code
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Decontamination/sterilisation procedures

We are looking for motivated clinician to work 5 days (37.5 hours per week) in South Gloucestershire CAMHS locality team, based in Kingswood and Patchway Hubs. This role has become available as the current post holder has secured internal promotion.

Main duties of the job

Transcend is a newly commissioned service established to explore how Gender Incongruence can be best supported and treated within a Primary Care setting. We are seeking a Specialist Nurse to help deliver this care. The postholder will work closely with our MDT, local GPs, relevant partner agencies, and of course directly with service users.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of not only a new service, but a new model of care for a disadvantaged and underserved service user group. To provide direct clinical nursing care to the service users of Transcend. This will include both direct and indirect interventions to support individuals accessing the service. The ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a wider multidisciplinary team, is essential. An excitingopportunityhas arisen for a Specialty Doctor post in the Urology Department at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary, working with a supportive and friendly team in the newly built Urology Unit.

Successful applicants will be invited to an interview assessment centre held on either 3rd, 9th or 15th September 2026
The assessment centre will consist of an interview with set questions for the candidates around activities such as cleaning, ward food service, task prioritisation and infection prevention. Details of this can be found the attached job description.
There will also be a short interactive test where the candidate is asked to take part in a mock patient interaction relating to something likely to be within the role expectation such as asking for directions, or completing the meal food order.
A full enhanced DBS check will be required for all roles.

We are a well-organised, forward-thinking practice led by two GP Partners and an experienced Practice Manager. Main duties of the job
The role is to provide excellent patient care via a mix of:

About us
Stratton Medical Centre is a busy town practice on the outskirts of Bude. We have over 10,700 patients who are looked after by an integrated team of 9 GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, a Paramedic, 2 Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist.
As part of a wider Primary Care Network (PCN), our GP team also benefit from a clinical pharmacist, a home visiting paramedic, a social prescriber and health and wellbeing coach. We also have a team of staff who work with more vulnerable adults including diabetics, learning disabled and the frail elderly. All these staff contribute to managing our patient group.
We are a well organised team that is led by a Practice Manager and 2 GP Partners. We benefit from being able to respond quickly to situations and to listening to our staff to ensure that we remain a happy, well functioning team.
We all meet every morning to ensure we are aware of the issues for the day and pick up any concerns that may be present.

We are a small, dedicated team which consists of a senior partner, 2 salaried GP's, an ANP, a senior Practice Nurse, pharmacists, a physiotherapist and an admin team. Our list size is roughly 5400 at the moment.
The Practice Nurse will work as part of our clinical team at Grovehill Medical Centre. The role will be for 14 hours over 2 days.
Main duties of the job

This is a new role within Hywel Dda's growing patient facing, single point of contact service; The Communication Hub.

- The sucessful candidate will be able to:
- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the NHS Health Checks Programme across Harrow, helping to prevent cardiovascular disease and other long-term conditions.
- Support and develop primary care and adult social care staff to confidently deliver lifestyle advice and Making Every Contact Count (MECC) interventions.
- Act as a specialist public health nurse, providing expert advice and guidance on disease prevention, health improvement and best practice.
- Design, organise and deliver high-quality training, education and coaching sessions for healthcare professionals and partner organisations.
- Work collaboratively with GP surgeries, adult social care teams and community organisations to improve health outcomes for residents.
- Use data, evidence and insight to drive service improvements, measure impact and support informed decision-making.
