Job summary
Are you a qualified and experienced HR professional looking for hybrid work without a regular commitment? East Coast Community Health Care CIC (ECCH) are currently looking to recruit Bank People and HR Advisors who are available to undertake work on an ad hoc basis and sometimes at short notice. In return, we can offer you a competitive salary, holiday pay, access to the NHS Pension Scheme and the support of a great team.
Main duties of the job
Working alongside our existing People and HR Advisors and People and HR Business Partners, you will have extensive experience of handling a range of HR case work including formal investigations and have an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation. You will be solutions-focused, able to communicate at all levels and committed to supporting our managers to provide the best service to our service users.
As a Bank People and HR Advisor you will provide a comprehensive and professional advice and support service across services within ECCH. About us
ECCH has been successfully delivering NHS community health services in Norfolk and Suffolk since 2011. We are a social enterprise which means we don't exist to make a profit - all our surplus resources are reinvested in enhancing services and supporting local communities.
We are a staff-owned organisation where everyone has the option to hold a share and have a real say in how ECCH is run. Our Shareholder Council is made up of staff from across the company and is chaired by two Staff Directors who represent colleagues at Board level.
ECCH is aligned to NHS terms and conditions, and offers many employee benefits. You can find out more on our website www.ecchc.org
We strive to empower our teams to be the best they can be and have built our 'Proud to Care' culture around a set of values which underpin everything we do. We stand for innovation, quality and partnership - working with, and for, our communities to provide exceptional care and be an employer of choice.
