Main duties of the job
Providing comprehensive clinical assessments and management for patients requiring urgent care outside of normal surgery hours across base working and home visitations
Managing a varied caseload including acute minor illnesses, injuries, and chronic condition exacerbations.
Utilizing the Adastra clinical system to accurately record consultations and clinical notes.
Working collaboratively with healthcare colleagues, including nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff, to ensure continuity and quality of patient care.
Making appropriate referrals, liaising with secondary care services, and ensuring patient safety through effective clinical decision-making.
Participating in clinical audits, governance activities, and continuous professional development.
About us
Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration and relevant UK licence to practice.
Previous experience working in an Out of Hours setting is essential.
Proven experience using the Adastra clinical system for patient record management.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage a diverse and often complex caseload.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centred care aligned with Practice Plus Groups values.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Main duties of the job
Mowbray Square PCN, together with Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, are working together to transform local community mental health services for people with mental health problems. New funding has enabled the PCN and local GP surgeries, to create a multi-disciplinary team that will work in close collaboration with a wide range of organisations.
The postholder joins the existing First Contact Mental Health Practitioner that has been extremely successful with good outcomes for patients and the PCN. They will work in partnership with practice colleagues to continue to build the service within Mowbray Square PCN. The PCN's ambition is to improve access to emotional and mental health support for everyone.
As a valued team member, you will develop close working relationships with all our friendly Clinical staff, including our existing Mental Health Practitioner. Your role will involve offering specialist mental health advice and providing clinical care forpeople with a range of mental health needs, ensuring that those with mental illness do not fall between gaps in services. You will improve access by being a 'first contact mental health worker', undertaking triage, assessments, brief interventions, and reviews, with clinical supervision provided by a B6/B7 Mental Health Practitioner. You will contribute networking and navigation expertise, enabling access to a range of appropriate mental health support across the community system.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, innovative and inspiring Psychologist to join our Bridgeways Older Adults Teams. The post holder will be the Psychology Clinical Lead (0.6 WTE) within the Bromley Memory Service, alongside the Consultant Clinical Psychologist, with dedicated time to offering neuropsychological assessments and expertise to the dementia assessment process. The role is varied and involves supporting and developing a range of meaningful post-diagnostic interventions and groups to patients, family and carers.
Working in the Bromley Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (0.2 WTE) there is flexibility to be involved in a range of psychological interventions and exciting initiatives. The post holder will join well-established, friendly and diverse multidisciplinary teams. The position would suit an experienced psychologist looking to develop their skills in senior roles, leadership tasks, supervision, operational and strategic development.
Main duties of the job
This is a varied role, which includes providing specialist individual, family and group interventions, neuropsychological assessment, as well as contributing to the therapeutic functions of the teams. You will support the teams with oversight and embedding of NHS transformation and exciting developments in more diverse and new psychological roles, and will contribute to service planning and development, including attendance at relevant management meetings. You will be professionally accountable to the Bromley OPMH Head of Psychological Therapies, and specialist clinical supervision will be provided within the OPMH service. You will also be supported by team managers.
As well as service development and clinical governance roles, we welcome and encourage research and audit interests, including co-producing research with our service users through our programme of service user involvement. Supervision and CPD are prioritised in the Trust, with a range of training and specialist supervision opportunities available. Some of the modalities used in the team are CAT, EMDR, Psychodynamic, CBT, ACT and Art Psychotherapy, with access to the relevant specialist supervision. Our service provides highly specialist mental health treatment to children and young people up to the age of 18 years old; experiencing moderate to severe mental health disorders.
We appreciate that as part of developing the skills and experience required to take the next steps to clinical training, our Assistant Psychologists value a range of experiences. Within our Suffolk Children, Young People and Families (CFYP) care group, we support our Assistant Psychologists to gain experience working within and across our core secondary Mental Health services. Positions will be based within Specialist CAMHS, with potential opportunities to become involved in clinical and project work within our Young Adult Mental Health Service (YAMHS) which serves the 18 - 25-year-old age range.
Main duties of the job

Support the overall psychological care and treatment of children, young people and families within the service.
Provide psychological assessment, formulation, and interventions under the supervision of a qualified Clinical Psychologist; including the use ofspecialist psychometric assessments.
Under supervision, to deliver brief psychological interventions.
Support the qualified Clinical Psychologist in the development and delivery of workshops and training packages.
Participate in audit, research, service evaluation, and project activities.
The successful candidate will need to have a BPS accredited BSc in Psychology.

The department serves a diverse patient demographic and participates in the NHS Antenatal Sickle Cell & Thalassaemia Screening programme, utilizing Bio-Rad Variant II analysers. Additionally, the department utilises Winpath LIMS and Sysmex equipment for Haematology and Coagulation across all ESEL sites
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible to the Operational Lead of the site and is required to carry out/ supervise technical and scientific work in the section. They will practice as a HCPC registered Senior Biomedical Scientist providing a patient focused, cost effective and efficient service.Duties will include the management of Biomedical Scientists (BMS), Associate Practitioners (AP) and Medical Laboratory Assistants (MLA) within the section involving the training and supervision of unqualified staff, whilst taking charge of the day-to-day operations of the section within the laboratory.Flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays will be required within the contracted 37.5 hours per week in accordance with Agenda for Change (AfC) Terms and Conditions handbook. Main duties of the job
As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, your responsibilities will vary. You will

SSD is responsible for the complete decontamination of surgical instrument sets and flexible endoscopes used by the Clinicians within the Trust, and external customers, making the service we provide a vital one.
Therefore, we are looking for a hard-working, confident and capable individual looking to work within a busy but friendly environment, where the staff have a real pride in what they do.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for people who are able to work equally well within a team, or independently and unsupervised. You must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, good communication skills, well organised and able to work under pressure.
You will be a valued member of our team, and whilst previous experience of Sterile Services and decontamination practices would be desirable, full training will be given on all aspects of the department, and ISO13485:2016 quality systems.
This role involves a lot of heavy lifting / manual handling, exposure to blood and bodily fluids, and working with chemicals and machinery. There is no involvement with patients.

Main duties of the job
Knowledge of the hospital booking systems: CareFlow, Sunquest Ice and CRIS would be an advantage but if not training will be provided.
The role will require training in booking specialities and in particular the job provides a booking and telephone enquiry service to the patients for a variety of Diagnostic Imaging procedures.
The role is office based at Stamford Hospital. You will be joining a dedicated team of individuals providing a vital service to the Diagnostic Imaging Booking Team. You may also be required to cover reception duties within Imaging on an occasional basis. You need to be flexible, approachable, have good communication skills, with a polite telephone manner, and attention to detail.
Contracted hours of work to be agreed between 8.00am to 8.00pm (at present time office hours are between 8am - 5pm) .

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior pharmacy assistant to join the Pharmacy Homecare Team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust.
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with the requisite skills, knowledge, experience and expertise to join our existing team.
You will mainly be based in the pharmacy offices, within the pharmacy department. The role involves working closely with Trust colleagues, 3rd party service providers, patients and others in the multi-disciplinary team. You will co-ordinate the ordering of prescriptions for delivery direct to patients, under homecare service agreements. In addition you will be expected to work closely with finance and pharmacy procurement teams ensuring timely processing of invoices; provide data for invoicing of high cost medicines and liaise with clinicians to ensure homecare prescriptions are provided on a timely basis.
The successful candidate must be proficient in the use of a computer, have proven organisational skills and demonstrate an attention to detail in their work. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the creation of official pharmacy homecare orders on the CMM pharmacy system and for placing the orders with the agreed 3rd party homecare providers.
To reconcile homecare delivery notes against purchase orders and approve for payment, invoices and credit notes, in line with departmental policy.
To be responsible for the booking in of homecare items upon receipt of a proof of delivery (POD).
To be responsible for the dispensing of homecare prescriptions under the supervision of the Chief Technician High Cost Drugs/Homecare Services, using the Pharmacy Computer System (CMM), checking proof of delivery andreconciling dispensing records as required, in accordance with departmental policy and procedures.
To assist in the efficient and economical running of the pharmacy homecare service and the management of requests for high cost drugs.
To support the Pharmacy Homecare team by contributing to the development of the Homecare services, including the launch of the CMM homecare module.
Assist in the management of the Homecare Diabetes Service, including patient funding, ordering, invoicing, clinic/patient queries and tracking orders.
To work in the dispensary at the weekend, as part of the 7-day Pharmacy service, as per the rota as well as the Bank holiday rota and lock-up rota.

Job summary
We care for patients with acute surgical conditions, who are admitted either to the Surgical Admissions Unit or the Same Day Emergency Clinic. We admit patients under the following specialities: Upper and Lower Gastrointestinal, Urology, Vascular, Renal, Plastics and occasionally Breast.
The post holder will be responsible for assessment, planning, provision, maintenance, and evaluation of patient care, rotating between both clinical areas.
