Job Summary
It takes all types of people to deliver the kind of service that saves and improves lives. At NHS Blood and Transplant, youll join a team of more than 6,000 people who are making a genuine difference to communities, families, friends, relatives and more across the UK.
The role involves working a variety of hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays but no night shifts!
You will be working on a shift basis but, the normal hours for this role are 3 days per week/ 6 days per fortnight.
Are you a people person who loves making others feel comfortable and supported? If youre someone who naturally puts others at ease, enjoys chatting with people, and can handle questions and concerns with confidence, this could be the perfect role for you!
Main duties of the job
You dont need a healthcare background experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or even volunteering is just as valuable. If youve worked in a team and know what it means to go the extra mile for someone, wed love to hear from you. Bring your positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering a great experience, and well provide all the training you need.
In this role, youll learn practical healthcare skills and take a step into the NHS. Youll be the friendly face that greets our donors, supports them through the donation process, and makes sure they leave feeling good about their experience.
From checking them in on our systems to ensuring theyre comfortable during and after their donation, your focus will be on delivering excellent care every step of the way.
Youll also keep accurate records, handle blood products safely, and ensure everything is set up for a smooth session. Plus, youll get the opportunity to drive our equipment lorry (dont worry, well give you full training for that!).
Its a hands-on, active role with some lifting and moving, so youll need to be comfortable working on your feet and as part of a supportive, close-knit team. If youre ready to build a meaningful career, gain valuable skills, and make a real difference, we cant wait to welcome you on board!

Main duties of the job
The Apprentice will be undertaking a training programme within the Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Training will be delivered through education sessions and time spent completing administration duties under supervision to complete the required qualification. The Apprentice will commit to undertake the training and educations required for the role, and successfully complete all components of the training programme within the contract period. Clinical Support Workers provide the highest quality of care to our patients whilst they are in hospital. At Cheshire and Wirral Partnership (CWP), The bank covers staffing shortfalls within the trusts inpatient units. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of specialities within the Specialist Mental Health (SMH), Children and Young People (CAMHS) and Learning Disability (LD) Care Groups.

Main duties of the job
Applicants should have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work across a variety of wards.
Clinical Support Worker shifts cover 24 hours 7 days a week. This includes weekends, nights and Bank Holidays. Most shifts are normally 12 hours and are usually 07.30-20.00 and 19.30-08.00.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, creative, positive and motivated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community Mental Health Service on the Isle of Wight.
This is an exciting time to join CMHS as we have started working in a locality model, working more closely with physical health services to best support our communities in an integrated and multidisciplinary way.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team managing a caseload of people with complex mental health needs and offering evidence based interventions.

As a Reablement Specialist Practitioner, you'll be working across all disciplines within the Reablement service including occupational therapy and the community response team (CRT). Our Service runs 07:00-21:00 every day of the year, therefore you'll be required to work evenings and/or public holidays and/or weekends as part of your Normal Working Hours for which enhancements are paid and days off in lieu can be accommodated.
The current working hours for this position are a mix of day shifts 08:30 - 17:00 and evening shifts 13:00 - 21:00 on a 7-week rolling rota. Main duties of the job
- Alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Health and Social Care professionals, you'll triage referrals, complete holistic assessments of need and plan supportive interventions.

An excellent opportunity has arisen within Synchronicity Care Limited (SCL) for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and committed individual to influence and contribute as part of the Domestic Services Team at Darlington Memorial Hospital.
Domestic Assistants are important members of the team who assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment over a 24/7 period for patients, staff and visitors within a busy acute hospital. The successful applicant should preferably have previous cleaning experience in a healthcare environment however full training will be provided and all successful post holders will be expected to work towards gaining a NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Cleaning and Support Services .
All post holders will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
The rota for the position is a 2 week working pattern as follows:
Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 10am until 8pm
Week 2 - Wed, Sat, Sun 10am until 8pm
Main duties of the job
Successful post holders will be required to carry out specific cleaning and other related duties following set procedures and standards to maintain the levels of cleanliness throughout the hospital environment.
They will be required to work as part of a team and have the ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise the daily duties, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times regardless of the situation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic O&G Doctor to become part of the team in Stockport.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Dietitian with an interest in children and young people's mental health to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team. This is a full-time post (part time would be considered), based in our Tier 4 unit. We are looking for an experienced Dietitian who is ready to take their next step in their career and keen to make a difference to our children and young people.
The post holder will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of key policies, standard operating procedures and pathways to support our children and young people with eating disorders, disordered eating and those identified as being at high nutritional risk. Main duties of the job
To provide a clinical lead dietetic role within the Children and Young People's (CYP) inpatient unit, the Darwin Centre.
