Job summary
The post holder will be a senior point of contact for the administrative function within the clinical services. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathways, ensuring that information systems are kept updated and accurate, liaising as appropriate with patients and other staff in the hospital, ensuring the administrative processes are safely managed and efficient.
The post holder will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
The post holder will line manage the junior administrative team.To provide a consistent approach across the Trust, using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) to ensure that functions of the role are carried out correctly within given timescales.

Main duties of the job
- To lead/supervise the administrative team, in delivering a high quality administrative pathway for patients and staff at the Trust.
- To maintain diaries as required and create rotas.
- Input and look up data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy.
- Analyse and extract complex data sets from a number of different sources.
- Co-operate in the introduction of new technology and new working practices to ensure the smooth running of the department.
- Provide effective communication and problem solving both face to face and via telephone.
- Be sympathetic and sensitive to the requirements of staff, service users when communicating by telephone or face to face, including dealing with a difficult situation, e.g. aggressive or demanding behaviour.
- Attend admin team / departmental meetings on a regular basis.
- Contribute to building effective teamwork in exchanging views, ideas and communicating effectively.

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician with expertise in respiratory disease management and diabetes care to play a key role in shaping and delivering services that make a genuine difference to the health and wellbeing of our patients.
Main duties of the job
Provide autonomous, high-quality clinical care to patients of all ages within a busy GP practice
Assess, diagnose, treat and manage patients presenting with acute, chronic and complex health conditions
Prescribe and review medications in line with national guidance, clinical protocols and scope of practice
Deliver evidence-based care using advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

The Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) is an autonomous senior clinician responsible for assessing, diagnosing, treating and managing patients presenting with acute, chronic, complex and undifferentiated conditions across all age groups. The role requires advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning and decision-making skills, enabling the practitioner to deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care within their scope of practice.
The post holder will independently manage patient consultations, undertake advanced clinical examinations, initiate and review treatment plans, prescribe medications where qualified, and manage urgent and emergency presentations. The ANP will support health promotion, disease prevention and self-management, whilst also contributing to vaccination and immunisation programmes, women's health services, long-term condition management and opportunistic care.
A key aspect of the role is the leadership and development of specialist services, particularly respiratory and diabetes care. Job summary
Aspen Medical Practice is seeking a Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking team. We believe excellent patient care depends on giving clinicians the time and support they need to work safely and sustainably. Our standard GP clinics include ten 15-minute face-to-face appointments, four protected follow-up telephone slots and 1 hour 10 minutes of protected administration time per session.
We care for approximately 32,000 patients and have invested in a large multidisciplinary team, dedicated administrative support and structured appointment templates to help reduce GP workload and support continuity of care. GPs work within a collaborative Duty Hub model, providing access to colleagues for advice and support throughout the day.
This is a permanent role for 4-8 sessions per week. Flexible working arrangements will be considered, although we are particularly interested in candidates who can work on Mondays and/or Wednesdays. The successful candidate will also participate in our Extended Access service through either an evening or Saturday session.

We are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic and highly motivated psychology graduates who are keen to gain experience in order to progress towards applied training in psychological practice. One post is on the Greenwich Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and the other in Bexley MHST.

The posts are focused upon supporting data collection processes for Children and Young Peoples IAPT (CYP-IAPT), including clinical outcome monitoring and service-user satisfaction. Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, patient-focused clinical pharmacy service within Neurosciences. This will include providing specialist pharmaceutical care to patients in areas such as Stroke, Epilepsy, Neurosurgery, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and Headache services.
- Provide clinical pharmacist input to daily consultant-led MDT ward rounds.

This is an exciting opportunity for staff to develop skills and gain experience in a role combining mental health in an acute hospital setting. The post holder will provide clinical mental health nursing assessment and engagement within the acute hospital setting. Main duties of the job
Clinical Patient Care
- Provide mental health assessment, formulation and therapeutic intervention for patients presenting with acute mental health needs within the acute hospital setting.
- Undertake ongoing mental health risk assessments, including risks relating to self-harm, suicide, aggression, absconding, vulnerability, delirium/dementia, cognitive impairment and emotional distress.
- Deliver direct therapeutic engagement to patients requiring enhanced support, one-to-one observation or behavioural intervention.
- Support patients experiencing psychological trauma, distress, confusion, agitation or challenging behaviour using trauma-informed approaches and de-escalation skills.
- Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans that address behavioural, physical and mental health needs.
- Promote recovery-focused care that preserves dignity, autonomy, cultural needs and least restrictive practice.
- Actively participate in discharge planning to ensure safe onward care and reduce delays.

Job summary
The post holder will support the provision of the Autism Team to autistic individuals and complex healthcare needs across Lancashire and South Cumbria. Your role will be to ensure that the person's communication needs are assessed and considered. You will be a registered Speech and Language Therapist who will undertake appropriately delegated work to support the care and treatment of autistic adults within the community and inpatient settings. You will be a key member of the multi-disciplinary team and will work with the team to develop and deliver person centred care plans with the emphasis on preventing unnecessary hospital admissions. Where hospital admission is deemed appropriate, you shall support the inpatient team by providing intervention support regarding communication.
You will 30 hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility is required to meet the needs of the team and the wider network. The specific hours are open to discussion however you will be require to work the same days at the team core meetings, currently these are a Tuesday and Thursday but may change.
The post holder shall support the delivery of the Specialist Autism Service team model through the provision of routine speech and language therapy assessment and interventions in order to maintain, restore or create a match beneficial to the individual between the abilities of the person, and the demands of the environment/ communication culture around them.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Speech and language therapist to join the Specialist Autism Team, a unique and continuously developing service which works closely with secondary mental health care services to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions for autistic individuals.
This role is to work within the team supporting the outreach and inpatient pathways with expert knowledge and neuroaffective practice. You will be required to support the team with the whole team tasks, such as duty and assessments as well as delivering your own specialist interventions. Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust for an experienced band 5 or existing band 6 physiotherapist to develop their skills and knowledge within the speciality of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy within a supportive team.
The pelvic health physiotherapy service is based at Homerton Hospital with a responsibility to provide inpatient and outpatient services, community clinics and group exercise and advice sessions. The service has close links with gynaecology, urology, colorectal and sexual health consultants, midwives, specialist nurses and GP services. The service is led by the pelvic health physiotherapy team lead and the wider Outpatient therapies lead. The Pelvic health team consists of a Band 7 lead and two rotational staff members, a static Band 6 member in addition to the role advertised.
Pelvic Health experience would be advantageous but an MSK physiotherapist with enthusiasm and drive to develop within the speciality of Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy would be considered. Potential funding is available for courses specific to development into this area. You will be encouraged and supported to develop your clinical, teaching and managerial skills and be actively involved in service development.

Job summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Advanced Biomedical Scientist to join the Cellular Pathology Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
This senior BMS role sits within a busy, highly specialised diagnostic service and involves shared leadership of the main laboratory section. Responsibilities span the histology pathway from embedding through to H&E quality control and case sendout, ensuring the smooth delivery of diagnostic specimens throughout the laboratory process. Working closely with a second Advanced Biomedical Scientist, you will coordinate laboratory operations, lead staff within the section, manage workflow and resources, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality diagnostic service that supports safe and timely patient care. The postholder will also have shared responsibility for the management and operation of the department's training laboratory for embedding and microtomy, supporting the development of trainee staff and contributing to the department's education and workforce development agenda.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will join an established senior team comprising five other Advanced Biomedical Scientists, with leadership responsibilities across the main laboratory, reception and dissection, further work, and molecular diagnostics.
The team is further supported by dedicated full-time Training and Quality Managers, reflecting the department's strong commitment to professional development, quality management, and continuous service improvement.
The post is primarily based at St James's University Hospital, Leeds, and plays an important role within the Trust's wider Pathology service.
The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, organised, and collaborative individual with extensive experience in Cellular Pathology. You will be confident in leading teams, managing competing priorities, and working both autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary service. A strong commitment to quality, continuous service improvement, and professional standards is essential.
The department operates a six-day service between 7:30am and 7:30pm, with both standard and extended-day shift patterns. The successful applicant will be required to work 2 in 4 Saturdays as part of the established rota.
