Job summary
Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate CBT Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact within a thriving adult community mental health service? If so, we would love to hear from you.
We are seeking a highly motivated CBT Therapist to join our team of passionate and skilled psychological therapists on a 12-month, fixed-term contract (covering maternity leave) (until August 2027). This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking to gain experience working in an SMI service or seeking opportunities for secondment. We are particularly interested in those who have completed advanced training in CBT for Psychosis (CBTp).
Working collaboratively with Wokingham and Bracknell Community Mental Health Services (CMHS), our team aims to deliver the highest quality care for adults with significant mental health needs.
The post is based at Resource House, Wokingham and/or Church Hill House, Bracknell, with an expectation that you will work from base at least 2 of your 3 days per week. We support flexible and agile working, with opportunities to work from home where service needs allow. Occasional travel across Berkshire will be required for meetings, training and collaborative working.
Main duties of the job
- Conduct specialised clinical assessments and develop clear and detailed psychological formulation of the service user's presenting difficulties using evidence based cognitive behavioural models of understanding.
- In collaboration with service users and multi-disciplinary colleagues, develop personalised treatment plans based on service user needs, assessment findings, formulation of the presenting problems, and evidence of effectiveness to support recovery goals and improve quality of life.
- Deliver evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy (to individuals and groups) using a range of specialist knowledge and techniques, and adapting interventions based on evolving needs and formulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team clinicians and multi-agency representatives to ensure the delivery of integrated and psychologically informed care.
- Support and engage in research activities as indicated, adding to the evidence base for practice, and participate in development activities and quality improvement initiatives, to enhance the overall effectiveness of clinical services.
- Actively engage in the improvement and development of mental health services, implementing new treatment approaches, providing insights and expertise to enhance the overall quality of care.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated Endoscopy Team at Kettering General Hospital.
The Endoscopy Unit is looking for a dedicated and hard working individual to join our ever growing team. Our unit is a regional centre for the national Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, and we pride ourselves on our excellence which is recognised by our JAG accreditation for 10 consecutive years.
Across the working week, the working hours will cover between 8am - 6pm according to the demands of the clinics.
Main duties of the job
You will be working alongside our registered nursing colleagues, doctors, surgeons and the wider multi-disciplinary team to continue to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care for our adult patients.
Previous experience in healthcare and endoscopy is essential.
To join our Endoscopy Team, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the qualified nurses with the delivery of high quality, individualised, evidenced based care to all patients
- Participating in clinical duties once trained and competent
- Chaperoning patients
- Demonstrating a sensitive and diplomatic approach to patients in an emotional situation
- Preparing equipment and rooms in preparation for a variety of clinics as well as some cleaning duties

We are seeking to appoint someone with a caring, compassionate nature, who is innovative, creative, flexible and highly motivated. Primarily you will undertake specialist assessment, therapeutic work and physical health care for people presenting with an eating disorder within the East locality. You should be an excellent communicator and team player, with the successful applicant joining a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of professionals to provide assessment and treatment to children and adult service users and their families/carers. The team includes a range of other psychological professionals, nurses, dietitians and a consultant clinical psychologist/clinical lead.
Main duties of the job
Existing experience in eating disorders across the age range is desirable but not essential. However, a keen interest to develop knowledge and skills in this field and a strong desire to help service users and families is vital. The successful candidate will benefit from regular clinical supervision as well as professional supervision, with encouragement to engage with CPD activities as appropriate.

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Contracts and Administration Officer to join the Contracts Team within Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust's All Age Continuing Care, Complex Care Division on a short-term basis.

Job summary
We are pleased to offer one post (one 1.0 x WTE) for a qualified Clinical Psychologist, working at either band 7 or 8a dependent on experience.
The post would be a preceptorship for those recruited at band 7. The post is based in Guild Lodge, which includes men's, women's medium and low secure services as well as the nationally recognised secure Acquired Brain Injury service. The post will be based primarily within the men's service; however, the successful applicant may also be expected to support the women's service as part of their role, depending on service need.
The successful candidate will contribute to the provision of a high quality, specialist clinical psychology service, to service users with forensic, complex and high-risk needs, resident at Guild Lodge, within low and/or medium secure settings.

Main duties of the job
The post-holders will be expected to assess and formulate service user risks and needs and provide a range of group and individual interventions. An interest in acquiring skills in relational and integrative approaches such as Schema Therapy may be an advantage, as training and supervision may be provided.
The post holders will contribute to the development of the psychological knowledge and skills of the wider workforce through consultation, joint working, and training and/or supervision of other professionals.

The Children's Continuing Care Team provides specialised, child specific respite service to children and their families with complex health needs/profound disabilities in the child's own home throughout East & North Hertfordshire.
Clinical Support Workers will be responsible for independently delivering specialist nursing care within the family home without direct supervision.
All necessary training will be given with ongoing facilitation from qualified nurses.
Undertaking such skills as enteral feeding, c/o tracheostomies, c/o children who are long term ventilated, seizure management, oxygen administration.
In addition, you may receive a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,136 and a maximum payment of £1,915 per annum pro rata.

We are recruiting for a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join Salisbury Community CAMHS and work with a well-established multi-disciplinary team at Salisbury District hospital.
You'll provide psychiatric clinical input and leadership within a recently redesigned service delivering targeted mental health care to children and young people with severe and enduring mental health needs through our Getting More Helppathway.
You'll work in partnership within the multidisciplinary team for the clinical management of patients. This will include risk assessment, the assessment of the needs of carers, and the development of services to meet the needs of patients and families for whom the team is responsible.
You'll work 10 programmed activities with a job plan typically comprising 75% direct clinical care and 25% supporting professional activities, in line with Royal College of Psychiatrists' guidance. Opportunities are available to develop interests in service development, quality improvement, and teaching and training within a well-established, supportive multidisciplinary team and consultant peer group.

Main duties of the job
- Provide clinical leadership and medical input to the team
- Responsibility for those patients you see yourself, together with those patients seen by medical staff directly supervised by you

- The team will assess all emergencies referred to it within a day of referral. When necessary, this will include responsibility for Mental Health Act assessment of patients. The Consultant is not expected to make initial assessments, except in certain circumstances. The Consultant psychiatrists will work in partnership within the multidisciplinary team for the clinical management of patients in relation to the Trust Key working model. This will include risk assessment, the assessment of the needs of carers, and the development of services to meet the needs of patients and families for whom the team is responsible.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with an interest and experience in working with young people with an eating disorder and/or ARFID. The successful applicant will provide a substantial contribution to the clinical work of the team and will hold full case management responsibility for their workload. Regular clinical supervision will be provided.
The main base for this post will be at Alder Hey, but appointments from community bases across Liverpool and Sefton will be required. Experience working with children and young people with an eating disorder will be beneficial. In addition to undertaking assessments and providing intervention and support to children, young people and their families, the post holder will also undertake physical monitoring under the guidance of our Consultant Paediatricians.

We are recruiting for a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join Melksham Community CAMHS and work with a well-established multi-disciplinary team at Melksham Community Hospital in Wiltshire.
You'll provide psychiatric clinical input and leadership within a recently redesigned service delivering targeted mental health care to children and young people with severe and enduring mental health needs through our Getting More Helppathway.

You'll work 10 programmed activities with a job plan typically comprising 75% direct clinical care and 25% supporting professional activities, in line with Royal College of Psychiatrists' guidance. Main duties of the job
- Provide clinical leadership and medical input to the team
- Responsibility for those patients you see yourself, together with those patients seen by medical staff directly supervised by you
- With other consultants in the team, have responsibility for the clinical governance of the team as clinical leads for the team
- The team will assess all emergencies referred to it within a day of referral. When necessary, this will include responsibility for Mental Health Act assessment of patients. The Consultant is not expected to make initial assessments, except in certain circumstances. The Consultant psychiatrists will work in partnership within the multidisciplinary team for the clinical management of patients in relation to the Trust Key working model. This will include risk assessment, the assessment of the needs of carers, and the development of services to meet the needs of patients and families for whom the team is responsible.
- Be a clinical leaders in your team and ensure excellent systems of clinical governance so that their team provides high quality, safe care to patients. Job summary
The Loughborough Renal Unit is looking for an exceptional individual who is passionate about nursing and delivering care. You will be part of a nursing team providing haemodialysis treatment to 75 patients in Loughborough Hospital .
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude, and have an ability to work in a team or independently. We are looking for an individual who has the desire to deliver a high standard of care to patients and would like an opportunity to develop their skills within a renal speciality.
Previous experience in Renal/ Haemodialysis is desirable but not essential as full in-house training and support will be given. The team you will be joining is dedicated to the training of both staff and patients.
The management team is highly supportive and visible within the unit
The unit is open from 7am to 11pm Monday to Saturday. The staff work a mixture of 10 and 7.5 hour shifts within these times.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Registered Nurse or Paramedic to join our team, working across an integrated Urgent Neighbourhood Health Service, including the Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home services. This is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes and community settings. Using your clinical and diagnostic expertise, you will assess, manage and support patients with acute health concerns, complex health needs and long-term conditions.
You will work autonomously within your professional scope of practice while collaborating closely with colleagues to provide responsive, holistic care.
A key focus of the role is supporting admission avoidance and enabling timely, supported discharge from hospital where appropriate.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Neurophysiology team within the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. We are seeking a clinician with imagination, drive and commitment to work in Leicester. You will be required to have appropriate experience in Neurophysiology and hold or be within 6 months of obtaining certification from the General Medical Council (CCT). Provide specialist out-patient opinion and case management;

The role also involves participation in training and educational activities , administrative, teaching, continuing medical education and audit activities whilst maintaining clinical excellence within the service.
Main duties of the job

This is a great opportunity to be part of the Neurophysiology Department who are seeking a substantive consultant to join anther consultant and department of excellent physiologists.
The post is for a full-time contract (10 PAs) but the option to work flexibly (less than full time) exists if it is the candidate's preference. The job is available as soon as a successful candidate is appointed.

Job summary
At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
In relation to Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker roles, we are currently able to recruit successfully from the domestic labour market and have a sufficient pool of suitably qualified and appointable candidates. Patients undergoing potentially lifechanging surgery. The primary role of a Senior Maternity Support Worker is to assist, support and work in collaboration with the Registered Midwife and the wider multidisciplinary team; in order to provide a safe and holistic approach to person-centred care. The Senior Maternity Support Worker should actively contribute to the health and well-being of patients, staff and service users and be able to communicate effectively with sensitivity and compassion. They should be able to work independently within their sphere of nursing while under the supervision of registered midwives. Senior Maternity Support Workers should demonstrate a level of skill and understanding which enables them to undertake specific skills and tasks delegated by the registered midwife and in accordance with relevant procedures, guidelines and policies at UHNM
