An exciting opportunity to work in general practice supporting in data quality and compliance.
The data quality & compliance administrator will coordinate the Practice's quality assurance, governance and compliance functions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory performance. The role is responsible for driving QOF achievement, managing audit programmes, supporting quality improvement initiatives, maintaining CQC readiness, and ensuring robust governance processes are embedded across the Practice.
Working collaboratively with clinicians and managers, the post holder will use data, insight and effective coordination to identify opportunities for improvement, support organisational learning and help the Practice achieve its strategic and contractual objectives.
Main duties of the job
Lead and coordinate the Practice's Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) programme, monitoring performance in achieving those key targets.Produce and analyse reports, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring data quality is maintained.Coordinate clinical audits and quality improvement activities, monitoring progress and outcomes.Support the Practice's clinical governance framework, including incident reporting, policy reviews and action tracking.Maintain evidence and documentation to support compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements.Assist with the preparation for inspections, reviews and contractual reporting requirements.Work collaboratively with clinicians and practice staff to promote continuous quality improvement and best practice.Monitor compliance with Practice policies, procedures and NHS contractual obligations.A proactive team player who must be able to manage own time & workload and work under own initiative without supervision.

The post holder will take ownership of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) programme, ensuring performance is effectively monitored, targets are achieved and opportunities for improvement are identified.
