Main duties of the job
Enable pharmacy integration within Neighbourhood Health teams

Improve access to medicines and local services

Support mapping of services, signposting materials and practical processes that improve access to urgent and same day community pharmacy services. Provide technical, governance and quality support

Working for our Integrated Care Boards will require you contributing to a shared purpose of improving outcomes for the communities we serve as part of a wider health and social care system. There is an expectation of 40% on patch working, with office bases at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester and Haylock House, Kettering. Staff can choose which office is their primary base for contractual purposes and travel claims.
This role will require a minimum of 2 days 'on patch' working in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland in our 2 main offices or partner sites

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated Endoscopy Team at Kettering General Hospital.
The Endoscopy Unit is looking for a dedicated and hard working individual to join our ever growing team. Our unit is a regional centre for the national Bowel Cancer Screening Programme, and we pride ourselves on our excellence which is recognised by our JAG accreditation for 10 consecutive years.
Across the working week,the working hours will cover between 8am - 6pm according to the demands of the clinics.
Please note that this role does not attract sponsorship due to part-time hours not meeting the minimum salary requirements.
Main duties of the job
You will be working alongside our registered nursing colleagues, doctors, surgeons and the wider multi-disciplinary team to continue to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care for our adult patients.
Previous experience in healthcare and endoscopy is essential.
To join our Endoscopy Team, you will be involved in:
- Supporting the qualified nurses with the delivery of high quality, individualised, evidenced based care to all patients
- Participating in clinical duties once trained and competent
- Chaperoning patients
- Demonstrating a sensitive and diplomatic approach to patients in an emotional situation
- Preparing equipment and rooms in preparation for a variety of clinics as well as some cleaning duties
- Monitoring and replenishing documentation and clinical stock as needed

While the department provides services for both adults and children, this role has a primary focus on paediatric audiology, supporting children and families across University Hospitals of Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Audiologist or an Adult Audiologist looking to develop specialist skills within paediatric services. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred audiological care, undertaking assessments, hearing aid fitting and verification for children while working closely with families and the wider multidisciplinary team. Support will be provided through structured training and professional development, enabling the successful candidate to enhance their clinical expertise and progress within a supportive and forward-thinking service.
You will contribute to the continued development of audiology services, ensuring children and their families receive safe, effective and compassionate care throughout their hearing healthcare journey.
Main duties of the job

Conduct age-appropriate audiological assessments for children aged 6 months to 18 years using a range of behavioural and objective testing techniques.

Lead Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) clinics, accurately interpreting results and making informed clinical decisions.

Undertake paediatric hearing aid fitting, verification and validation to ensure optimal hearing outcomes for children.

Assess hearing needs and recommend appropriate management plans in line with local and national guidance.

The Community Childrens Nurses provide care to Children with Long Term and Life Limiting Conditions from birth to 18 years of age. We are looking for an individual to work across our Long Term Conditions Team and Home Respite Team. The Home Respite Team is a county wide service consisting of healthcare support workers who provide short sessional support for children with on-going health needs within their own home and community settings. Main duties will involve performing routine and urgent scans in and in-patient and out-patient setting, including working in the new CDC hubs.
Dependent on experience you will also be performing DSE, TOE and paediatric Scans.
We are looking to expand the services to include Physiologist led Valve clinics, TOE clinics and DSE clinics
We offer Echo's in community hubs so there is the expectation to work outside of the trust occasionally.

The advertised position is full time locum (10PA) post with initial 6 months fixed term contract subject to renewal depending on service needs. The appointee will join a well-established consultant team across the Northampton and Kettering combined Ears Nose and Throat (ENT) service. The appointee will be predominantly based at NGH. The post holder can have cross site sessions, if required, to meet service demands.
The KGH and NGH combined offer comprehensive ENT care to around 800,000 people across district with a wider catchment for more specialised services.
The Successful candidate will be offered 10 PA's for consideration in the first instance, and the possibility of an additional clinic/theatre as an additional DCC PA if agreeable. Direct Clinical Care/Admin 10 PAs on average per week.
Main duties of the job
A formal job plan will be agreed between the appointees and their Clinical Lead/ Clinical Director, on behalf of the Medical Director, as soon as possible after the commencement date of the appointee. This will be signed by the Chief Executive and will be effective from the commencement date of the appointment.
The Job Plan will then be reviewed annually, following the Appraisal Meeting. The Job Plan will be a prospective agreement that sets out a consultant's duties, responsibilities and objectives for the coming year. It should cover all aspects of a consultant's professional practice including clinical work, teaching, research, education and managerial responsibilities. It should provide a clear schedule of commitments, both internal and external. In addition, it should include personal objectives, including details of their link to wider service objectives and details of the support required by the consultant to fulfil the job plan and the objectives.
The following provides an outline of the expected clinical activity and clinically related activity components of the job plan which occur at regular times in the week. Agreement should be reached between the appointee and their Clinical Director with regard to the scheduling of all other activities, including the Supporting Professional Activities. Uponappointment the consultant will be given a specific "work programme" detailing the initial allocation of direct clinical care activities and supporting activities.

It should provide a clear schedule of commitments, both internal and external. In addition, it should include personal objectives, including details of their link to wider service objectives and details of the support required by the consultant to fulfil the job plan and the objectives.

Job summary
This is an advanced pharmacy technician role within the Medicines Optimisation team of NHS Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) and NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Boards. The role provide analytical input into population health workstreams or medicine value and prescribing quality.
The post holder will need to build and maintain constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:
- Internal ICB staff including managers, colleagues, and senior management as appropriate
- System partners, including portfolio leads, Local Authorities and Provider and Place Collaboratives
- Non-NHS organisations
- Members of the public and service users as appropriate
- Matrix work across all other teams to address interdependencies and ensure alignment of mutual objectives
- External consultancy, as required
Main duties of the job
Support delivery of the NHS Strategic Commissioning Framework and LNR Operating Model.
Data management and extraction
Access, extract and prepare prescribing, outcomes and population health datasets.
Clean,validateand transform data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Maintain data quality in line with ICS information governance standards.
Analytical insight and reporting
Analyse trends,variationand inequalities within medicines use and population health data.
Produce clear visualisations,dashboardsand written summaries for clinical and managerial audiences.
Support evaluation of medicines optimisation and population health interventions.
Continuous improvement and innovation
Help refine analytical methods,toolsand reporting processes.
Contribute to the development of population health dashboards and digital solutions.
Stay up to date with analytical techniques, population health intelligence tools and NHS data developments.

Working for our Integrated Care Boards will require you contributing to a shared purpose of improving outcomes for the communities we serve aspart of a wider health and social care system. The organisation's ethos is rooted in integrity, collaboration and accountability, with a strong focuson putting its patient population at the centre of everything it does and delivering services to improve patient outcomes, patient experience andadded years of optimised health. As part of the newly formed cluster bringing together NHS Northamptonshire ICB and NHS Leicester,Leicestershire and Rutland ICB, staff are expected to work flexibly and collaboratively across organisational boundaries to support a joined-upapproach to strategic commissioning and service improvement. There is an expectation of 40% office attendance, with office bases at County Hall,Glenfield, Leicester and Haylock House, Kettering. Staff can choose which office is their primary base for contractual purposes and travel claims.
There is an expectation in this role that you will be able to attend either site, and occasionally attend in person at other healthcare sites across thecluster, including occasional weekends and evening.
