Main duties of the job
- Providing clinical support to the school health team, by undertaking duties as delegated by the Team Lead/School Nurse, in support of the delivery of commissioned school health service.
- Contributing and participating in the delivery of the health promotion programme and National childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP) for the school health service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications.
- Contributing to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018), including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.
- To deliver the role in accordance with CLCH Trust values and behaviours.

This post will involve working across the county at both Northampton and Kettering General Hospitals.
The Macmillan Psychology Service provides a specialist (level IV) psychology service to adult (18 +) patients who have been diagnosed with cancer and who are experiencing complex psychological difficulties relating to any aspect of their diagnosis or treatment.
This is an exciting new post, and the role would support the service through the delivery of triage clinics to contribute to the development of the referral pathway and management of the waiting list. You would also gain experience of delivering low-level psychological interventions to cancer patients (both individually and within therapeutic groups), with the support and supervision of experienced psychologists within the service. Furthermore, the post-holder will support with the teaching/training of the hospital-based Level 2 Practitioners, such as Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists, and will work closely with the service leads on projects to develop the Macmillan Psychology Service across the county.
This full-time post (37.5 hours) is offered either as a 12 month fixed term contract or as a secondment for 12 months. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Macmillan Psychology Team to support them in providing Level 3/4 psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions, in line with the service model recommended by NICE (2004) and the EMCA Psychosocial Care Model (2020) for the provision of psychological care to people living with cancer.
The post holder will support the service through the delivery of triage clinics to aid the management of the service waiting list. In addition, under the supervision of the qualified psychology staff, they will also deliver low-level psychological interventions (both individually and within therapeutic groups) to cancer patients. Furthermore, they will support with the teaching to the hospital-based Level 2 Practitioners such as Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists, as well as providing support to other staff within oncology services and the wider hospital cancer team as appropriate.
The post holder will work closely with the service leads to develop the service across the county and will have opportunities to contribute to the future development of the service

Main duties of the job
The speech and language therapy service within CFHD have transformed to work within the Balanced System framework.
The Speech, Language and Communication pathway consists of Speech and Language Therapists and Therapy Assistants working across Devon and Torbay.
The aim of the team is to ensure that specialist support is easily accessible within the community settings, providing both direct support to children, young people and families, and to the wider community teams.
Everyone in the team is provided with regular supervision, opportunities for training and development.
- To independently manage, with access to support from more senior colleagues and the team, a caseload of children and young people in the Exeter area with developmental disorders of speech, language and communication.
- The provision of a speech and language therapy service of assessment, diagnosis and treatment of developmental disorders of speech, language and communication.

Main duties of the job

Our team will be offering young people evidence-based interventions such as psychoeducational work, individual CBT and family therapeutic work aimed at helping our young people and their families to manage their unusual experiences. TIDES practitioners work with small manageable caseloads and hold an integrated approach to the care we provide.

Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the care coordination of a caseload of people, working alongside the current MDT to deliver NICE concordant care.

PASS consists of a diagnostic service for Adults (PASSAT) and a post diagnostic advice and signposting service (PASS). This post sits predominantly within the post diagnostic branch. However, we work together closely, sharing opportunities and skills to learn from each other and best meet the needs of the Autistic community.
This post will provide experience of the delivery of a social model of Psychology within a multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to provide support within clinics and community settings, such as wellbeing hubs, developing relationships within the voluntary and community sector.

Main duties of the job
You will be working directly with autistic people; supporting people to find resolutions to the issues they face.
The post holder will apply psychological theory to underpin the delivery of a social model of support, working collaboratively with other agencies, VCSO's and teams within Livewell Southwest.
You will undertake needs based assessments that will support the development of formulation and contribute to broader clinical planning.
You provide 1:1 and group support within clinics, community settings and wellbeing hubs.
There may be the opportunity to co-facilitate psycho-educational workshops, with your colleagues or participation partners.
You may undertake audit and evaluation, providing data that helps the team identifying key areas for service improvement.
You will work closely with the teams Senior Autism Practitioner who has a social work background.

The service sits within a developing clinical pathway and part of a hub and spoke design that supports people who potentially have a diagnosis of ASC (Pre-diagnostic service) through a process of diagnosis, post diagnosis support to specialist MDT support for those with particularly complex needs.
5. MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Post
- To overcome a variety of barriers to communication when working with clients who are fearful of others, unable to articulate their problems, or who think within a very different frame of reference, requiring imaginative and sensitive approaches to engagement.
- To carry out a range clinical assessments with adults with Autistic Spectrum Condition using interview skills, standardised tests and informant based measures, including screening assessments, cognitive assessments, and assessments of various emotional and/or behavioural issues. The post holder will work under supervision and undertake selected 1:1 sessions i.e. all work will be supervised but they must be able to undertake assessment and intervention work independently where needed) and group sessions.
- To work within departmental guidelines to provide input into assessments of complex psychological problems including: risk of offending; capacity; the long-term effects of childhood trauma; other complex biopsychosocial presentations.
- Be able to support the delivery of psychological interventions in 1:1 and group settings, and with families and professional carers. - Support the development and delivery of short-term interventions for children, young people, and their families.
- Provide consultation, advice, and training to parents, carers, schools, health colleagues, social care teams, and voluntary sector organisations.

The Translation Coordinator is expected to work effectively with colleagues across the organisation to manage translation work and work closely and professionally with external translation suppliers to manage contracts and oversee returned work. As a Healthcare Assistant within our Hospice at Home Service, you will work alongside Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide practical, emotional and psychological support to patients whose preferred place of care is home. You will play an important role in helping patients remain comfortable, safe and supported while ensuring families and carers receive guidance, reassurance and compassionate care throughout their journey.
No two days are the same. You will provide hands-on personal care, support symptom management under the direction of registered professionals, contribute to care planning and work closely with GPs, District Nurses and wider community teams to ensure patients receive coordinated, person-centred care.

Care is required after school for 3 days per week 16:00- 20:00, and during school holidays, hours to be confirmed.

Main duties of the job
The Sunlight Project is a structured group work program of 8 sessions set within primary schools for children aged between 7-11 who are affected by someone else's substance use. The project aims to move any sense of blame or guilt away from the child, increase their skills of emotional regulation, provide age appropriate information, and helping them to identify support networks.
The Sunlight Project sits within WithYou in Kent for Young People, we are the commissioned provider of substance use support for young people aged between 10-25 years old.
The role will require you to facilitate small groups in primary schools with children affected by someone else's substance use. The groups will be focused around age appropriate discussions and therapeutic activities with the aim to promote self esteem and improve their emotional wellbeing. You will use outcome tools to measure any progress and liaise with schools to achieve the best outcomes for these children. This role will cover the whole of Kent, with groups running in approximately 6 schools per 2 school terms with mileage costs contributed towards by the service.
This position is offered on a full time (37.5 hours), fixed term until 31/01/2029 working Monday - Friday. As a Young Person's Worker, we offer a starting salary of £26,250, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,900 per year. Main duties of the job
You will hold a qualification in mental health or working with children and young people, such as Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent, alongside relevant post qualification experience.
You will have experience supporting children, young people or vulnerable groups and feel confident working within multi agency partnerships. Strong communication, organisation and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage your own caseload and work independently when needed.
You will understand emotional wellbeing, safeguarding and psychosocial interventions, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals. You will also be confident using IT systems and maintaining accurate records.
A flexible approach is important, as the role involves outreach work across Wakefield, including some evening work. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required (unless this is not possible due to disability, in which case we are happy to talk through alternatives).

As a Lived Experience Support Worker in Cornwall youll join us on a salary of £27,250 per annum pro rata (this includes a £1,000 per annum allowance). This role is permanent and part time working 18.75 hours per week.
Please note that having experienced your own journey with drugs or alcohol and being willing to use that experience to help others is essential for this position.

- Master's degree or equivalent level qualification in Organisation Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Leadership or a related discipline
- Demonstrable relevant post qualification development
- Be an active member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Organisation Development Network Europe (ODNE), European Organisation Design Forum (EODF) or an equivalent professional body
- Evidence of substantial continuing professional development in organisation development, organisation design, leadership development or related disciplines
Experience

- Significant senior leadership experience in Organisation Design and Development within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across organisational development, leadership development, employee engagement, culture and inclusion.
- Experience of working strategically with Executive Directors, Boards and senior leaders to shape organisational effectiveness and performance.
