Permanent: Full-time and Part time
Location: Remote with the need to travel to Leeds, Harrogate and Halifax during induction and for training.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Part time hours with a minimum of 15 hours per week will be considered.
Salary: £40,000 £56,000 per annum FTE
Pay reflects where you're starting from:
From £40,000 for early-career ND practitioners
From £43,000 if you have certification in tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R, DIVA or Young DIVA

Main duties of the job
The Role What You'll Do
To undertake high-quality neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and/or adults across the clinical pathways (e.g, ADHD vs. Autism/combined assessments), the postholder will formulate clinical outcomes either as an autonomous single clinician or collaboratively as part of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT).
The postholder will work in accordance with professional standards, Oakdale policies, and service requirements, supporting the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of neurodevelopmental services. Clinical duties and the level of independent practice permitted are strictly governed by the postholders formal progression and sign-off through the Oakdale Clinical Development Framework, working under direct clinical supervision until independent competency has been successfully demonstrated and documented.

The successful applicant will support the Consultant Paediatric team in the delivery of Acute Paediatric Services. Alongside the Acute Services there will be the opportunity to gain clinical exposure in the sub-specialty areas available in the department including Paediatric Cardiology, Respiratory, Diabetes / Endocrinology or Neonatology.

Main duties of the job
The post will mainly involve working in the acute clinical areas including the Childrens Observation Unit (CHOU), Childrens Ward (CHW) and the Neonatal Unit (NNU) at Doncaster Royal Infirmary although there will be some cross site working. This will include contributing to the Paediatric ST4+ rota, working an average 1:7 rota for out of hours work (long days, weekends and night shifts). There may be the possibility of attending outpatient clinics dependant on rota commitments.

Job summary
The Southern Gambling Service, SGS is one of 15 regional NHS gambling services in the UK, covering a population of 9.4 million people in the South East region. It was established in September 2022 and has expanded through staged roll out. Through secured NHS funding, we are now expanding on our staff base to reach a higher throughput of service used across the region requiring assessments and treatments of gambling disorder. The physical base of the team is at the College Keep- College Keep 4-12 Terminus Terrace, Southampton, SO14 3DT, with the majority of the teams' activities taking place online. This role is for 15hours per week.
The SGS has also a strong research compass, as well as an industrious clinical audit, service evaluation, Quality and Improvement, agenda which has been nationally recognised in developing effective and inclusive programs to improve the NHS service in collaboration with Lived-experience advisory group.
The service will operate from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. There are options to run therapy online outside of these hours if a post-holder and other staff desired to do so. Initial treatment options offered to patients would comprise evidence-based psychotherapy typically involving six therapy sessions and/or consideration of pharmacotherapy with dosage titration as appropriate. Therapy will comprise a mix of group and one-to-one psychotherapy formats, depending on clinical need.
Main duties of the job
The Specialty Doctor will work in an effective partnership with the team medical clinical leader and other senior clinicians in the service to:
1. Support the MDT in timely completion of specialised clinical assessments for people who are referred to the SGS to provide a diagnostic formulation and treatment plan
2. Provide medical input to MDT discussions for allocation of treatment pathways
3. Contribute to pharmacological treatment pathway for treatment initiation and follow-up, as well as prescription management
4. Act as professional liaison for advice on management of service users professionally referred to the SGS while under secondary mental health services
5. Where appropriate, undertake brief psychological treatments under the supervision of the senior psychological team.
The Specialty doctor will additionally support the team to work in line with agreed pathways, policies and guidelines, with a focus on delivery of outcomes and may undertake clinical audit and service evaluations under the support of the clinical leads. Where appropriate ensure there is effective training, ongoing professional development and professional supervision for all staff. Where appropriate support the team to use data and information to deliver against the contract and ensure quality of services.

Dorset Healthcare are looking for Therapy Assistant Practitioner to join our supportive Purbeck ICRT based here in Wareham. This is a rotational post between community and Swanage Community Hospital.
The multi-disciplinary team work with adult patients in their own homes and care homes to promote independence and improve quality of life by supporting them to remain at home. Therefore being a car driver is essential for this role. You will be joining a motivated, caring, inclusive and compassionate team. You will work with a team of Nurses and Therapists to set goals and assist patients to regain their independence. The Therapy Assistant Practitioner role will be required to carry out holistic assessments, formulate treatment plans and monitor progress against set goals, under the indirect supervision of a registered therapist.
The role of Therapy Assistant Practitioner will also be required to work with patients on the ward to support their rehab goals and help them to return home. We offer opportunities for further learning and development, including the chance to apply for Nursing, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Apprenticeships.
This role is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week. Hours covered by the service are 08:00-20:00 7 days per week with weekend enhanced pay!

Main duties of the job
You will gain knowledge and experience alongside a range of colleagues, within a mutually supportive team. You will be required to carry a clinical caseload of patients with a variety of health conditions including falls and trauma, ensuring that patients benefit from high quality, evidence based interventions, which you will deliver and record according to professional standards and legal requirements.
You will require a car for use at work, to enable you to work autonomously in the community to visit patients, whilst adhering to local and Trust guidance on lone working.

Phyllis Tuckwell is looking to appoint a Bank Clinical Administrator within our friendly and supportive Clinical Administration team, based at our sites in Farnham and Guildford. We work between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday and will require flexible cover during these periods. We are also required to work occasional weekends and public holidays 10:00-14:00.

Job summary
This is a development post, if you are appointed as a Band 5, you will be provided with a list of competencies to complete and an agreed timescale in which to complete these, up to a maximum of 12mths. We are currently looking to recruit a Podiatrist to join the CPFT Podiatry Service working in the community in Cambridgeshire. The successful applicant will work primarily in their locality podiatry team but will be required to support the service across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough when needed. We operate out of key sites in Oak Tree Centre/ Doddington Community Hospital/Princess of Wales Hospital/ North Cambs. Hospital/ Chesterton Medical Centre/ City Care Centre.
We are open to Podiatrists from various professional backgrounds including newly qualified staff and staff looking to join the NHS from private practice. We have developed a comprehensive preceptorship program for newly qualified Podiatrists, and a structured competency framework for more experienced Podiatrists to ensure those joining the team experience a structured, supportive onboarding experience.
There is scope for the positions to be full or part-time alongside potential for compressed hours (e.g. full-time hours over 4 day weeks or 9 day fortnights).
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be competent across all core areas of Podiatry and have a strong team work ethic and sense of accountability. The successful candidate will work within the Podiatry team to support our core cohort of patients, with scope for specialist practice dependant on the individuals skillset.
We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust. Within the service there is ample opportunity for professional growth and development across the variety of specialisms we offer; from diabetic and high risk foot management, in both the community and acute settings, to assisting in our community-run Podiatric Surgery unit. There are opportunities to develop line management and mentoring skills through supporting of Podiatry students, our apprentice Podiatrists and Footcare Assistants.
