We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning colleague to join our evolving Learning and Organisational Development team and help shape how we develop our people and support our services.
Main duties of the job
Proactively partner with services and managers to understand capability needs, identify emerging issues and develop practical learning plans. Design and deliver engaging learning experiences. Work alongside managers to help them develop their teams using the 70:20:10 learning approach. Build leadership confidence through coaching, workshops and development programmes. Monitor statutory and mandatory learning compliance and support services to maintain high standards. Facilitate team development, organisational change and service improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively with People Partners and colleagues across the organisation to deliver strategic learning priorities. Evaluate the impact of learning and use insight to continuously improve what we do.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, accredited CBT Psychotherapist to join Birmingham Healthy Minds as a Locality Clinical Lead within an NHS Talking Therapies service. This senior clinical leadership role offers the opportunity to combine direct clinical work with clinical leadership, supervision, consultation, service development and quality improvement within a large NHS Talking Therapies services in the country.
You will play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical practice across the stepped care model, providing supervision, consultation and support to clinicians, trainees and multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe, effective and formulation-led care. Working closely with senior clinical and operational leaders, you will contribute to the achievement of key service priorities, including reliable recovery, reliable improvement, access, waiting time standards and clinical governance requirements. The role also provides the opportunity to influence service development, workforce development and integrated care pathways through collaboration with primary care, secondary care and voluntary sector partners.
Main duties of the job
To be a part of the BHM Management Team, to provide specialist assessment and psychological therapy to patients from the BHM NHS Talking Therapies Service. To act as a locality clinical lead by strengthening the clinical delivery of NICE compliant interventions across the stepped care model in their locality, by providing supervision, consultation and support to NHS Talking Therapies clinical staff within the designated locality. Along with operational and senior clinical leads, each locality lead will be responsible for supporting local performance against Service targets within their defined geographical area, with locality leads deputising for other locality leads as required to ensure safe, effective and consistent clinical leadership together with senior service clinical leads across the wider service footprint.

The ENERGISE-BD trial (Evaluating Nutritional Ketosis versus NHS EatWell Recommended Guidelines for Bipolar Disorder) is a randomised controlled trial for bipolar depression. It will compare the efficacy of nutritional ketosis approach with the NHS EatWell dietary guidelines.
Main duties of the job
Contribute as a key member of a team of researchers, alongside a Senior Dietitian (Jude Munn), recruiting patients and guiding these patients on the two dietary interventions being tested in this study and other clinical research (70% of time)
Collecting data on participants in the study, specifically relating to progress with delivering both of the nutritional interventions (10%)
Providing day-to-day supervision and support to other members of the ENERGISE-BD team, including a postdoctoral researcher and a clinical research fellow (5% of time).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to document recruitment progress and present progress reporting data at management group meetings (5%).
Contribute to the presentation of research findings at national and international level conferences (if appropriate) (5% of time)

Job summary
The Podiatry Department are looking to recruit an experienced and autonomous Band 7 Advanced Podiatrist with a Vascular speciality. The candidate will work to help develop the vascular services in the community alongside the high risk and diabetes provision in Cambridgeshire. The successful candidate will be based in Peterborough or Huntingdon, working predominantly in these areas, whilst working with the adjacent trusts and internally to provide excellent streamlined care across the acute and community services across the county.
The candidate will work in both the acute and community setting to provide high quality care to patients with active foot disease. Working alongside the Principal podiatrist and the team to develop and extend the remit of community vascular services. This senior role within the department requires good leadership skillsacross the county. The role also involves education to support peers internally to the trust and within the wider system.
The successful candidate will be a clinical expert in their field, and should be educated to master's degree level with suitable experience in the management of the Vascular, High Risk and Diabetic Foot, or be working towards Masters level qualification. The candidate should be working at the level of a Band 7 Podiatrist within the Competency Skills Framework.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will apply advanced clinical practice skills to ensure patients with active foot disease received rapid diagnosis,optimisation and treatment.
The right candidate will work to develop andestablish improved MDT across the county and to establish streamlined transfer of care across acutes sites, to ensure patients can be treated and managed effectively within community. The Band 7 Podiatrist will operate appropriate clinics across the county and oversee the management of the most complex foot cases.
The successful candidate will supervise Band 6 podiatrists to facilitate smooth step-up and step-down processes and oversee the signing off and reviewing of competencies. The right candidate will be proficient in the ability to work at advanced practice level and have a working knowledge in x-ray and blood interpretation to optimise patient care. It is a requirement of this role for the successful candidate to undertake a qualification in non-medical prescribing if this has already not been achieved. The CCPNR is a specialist community service for children with non-progressive acquired brain injuries in the East of England. It is a dynamic, innovative service provided by CPFT that has an international reputation for delivery of integrated, multidisciplinary neuro-rehabilitation for children.
CCPNR is also embedded within the Psychological Medicine for Children and Families service at Addenbrookes and is part of the children's directorate within CPFT
The post holder will provide leadership and specialist psychological supervision for community rehabilitation at the Cambridge Centre for Paediatric Neuropsychological Rehabilitation (CCPNR). We would consider a job share.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide highly specialist neuropsychological assessment, formulation and intervention for children and young people, including the selection and interpretation of complex psychometric assessments. They will develop and deliver evidence-based neurorehabilitation plans within a multidisciplinary team, offering expert consultation, advice and training to colleagues, families, schools and wider agencies.
They will take clinical responsibility for risk assessment, treatment planning, care coordination and progress monitoring, communicating complex information sensitively to patients and professionals. The role includes contributing to service development, leading research, audit and evaluation projects, and providing supervision to trainees and psychologists within the team.
The post-holder will maintain high standards of clinical record-keeping, use specialist IT and statistical tools, and support quality, safety and governance processes including safeguarding, incident reporting and adherence to NICE and Trust guidelines. <p>Are you a compassionate and motivated Audiologist with a passion for improving the lives of children and their families? We are looking for an enthusiastic <strong>Band 6 Paediatric Audiologist</strong> to join our friendly and supportive team, providing high-quality, family-centred audiological care.</p><p>The post holder will be responsible for providing an audiological assessment service for children aged 0 to 19 years including children and young people with complex needs. The post holder is required to work autonomously and to make decisions about the management of the children that they see in clinic. They will be required to work in a multidisciplinary team alongside Associate Audiologists, Paediatric Audiologists from the local acute trust, Sensory Support Teachers, and Specialist Paediatricians. The post holder is also required to make a significant contribution to developing the service, working in conjunction with the Head of Childrens Community Audiology. </p><p>The service covers B&NES, West/North Wiltshire, and East Mendip (Somerset) and travel between different clinical sites will be required. </p><p><strong>Please see the job description attached for a full list of responsibilities.</strong></p><p><strong>Base</strong>: The main base for this role is St Martins Hospital, Bath. As an Assistant Psychologist you will be:
- Contributing to psychological assessments and formulations
- Facilitating psychological interventions on a 1:1 and/or group basis to service users, monitoring and reporting upon their effectiveness

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen to work within the South East Wales Region of Newborn Hearing Screening Wales, an All-Wales programme, which provides a uniform service of high quality within an All-Wales policy and to All-Wales standards and protocols.
Based at the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff you will work as part of a team participating in the hearing screening of newborn babies. You will undertake the full range of newborn hearing screening duties both in a hospital and community setting.
The post is for 37.5 hours per week, where you will work a set rota that includes a 4 hour Saturday morning shift each week. A copy of the rota can be provided on request to ensure that you are able to commit to these working arrangements.
Main duties of the job
Duties include communicating with the parents throughout the process, baby handling, use of screening equipment and accurately recording clinical and test data relevant to the screening process, therefore, good communication skills and experience of using a computer are essential. You must be a confident and reliable individual and possess the ability to work well under pressure.
Although the base site will be at the University Hospital of Wales, you will also be required to work shifts at other South Wales hospital sites on a regular basis and to run clinics in the community. Therefore, the successful candidate will need the ability to regularly travel between and work at other sites within the region as needed.
There is a mandatory requirement to undertake Level 3 Accredited Learning. On completion of this and subject to all criteria being met, you will continue in your job role on a permanent contract with PHW at the designated pay scale.
