An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Care Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive therapy team within the Community Respiratory Service at Breathing Space.

The post is 33.45 hours over five days, with a working pattern of 8:30am4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 8:30am12:15pm on Wednesday.

Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Team Leader you will be expected to work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the development of a high quality, responsive and accessible service including advising both service and professional management on those aspects of the service where psychological and/or organisational matters need addressing.

This is a role within the Green Paper for Transforming children and young people's mental health programme. As part of our High Intensity Environment, you will work within a specialist Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) and Low Secure Unit, providing care and leadership for young people with some of the most complex mental health presentations, including eating disorders.

We provide in depth on-going inductions, invest in personal training programmes and clinical and management supervision.

The Clinical Team Leader role is a full-time post of 37.5 hours per week for a 24-hour service. We would be flexible and welcome part time applicants of 22.5 hours.
