We are seeking an enthusiastic and organisedPatient Experience and Engagement Administration Officer to join our Patient Experience Team. This role is central to ensuring the voices of patients, carers and local communities are heard and used to improve services across the Trust. The post holder will also provide support to the voluntary services and interpretations lead.
The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative, operational and analytical support for a range of patient experience and engagement programmes, including the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT), National Patient Surveys, patient feedback initiatives and public engagement activities. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to collect, analyse and report on patient feedback, coordinate engagement events, maintain databases and support quality improvement activities arising from patient insight.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, who is passionate about improving the experience of patients and families and making a positive difference to the services we provide.
Main duties of the job
As a Patient Experience and Engagement Administration Officer, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Patient Experience Team including voluntary services and interpretation services, helping to ensure that patient feedback is collected, analysed and used to improve services across the Trust.
Key responsibilities include coordinating patient experience and engagement activities, administering the Friends and Family Test (FFT) and national patient surveys, maintaining databases and records, and preparing reports on patient feedback and experience metrics. You will support the organisation of meetings, engagement events and patient participation activities, liaising with patients, carers, Trust staff and external stakeholders.
The role requires the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and produce clear and timely information to support service improvement. You will help identify themes and trends from patient feedback, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to ensuring that the patient voice influences service development and delivery.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual with excellent communication and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Main duties of the job

The West London NHS Trust (WLT) Mental Health Single Point of Access (MH SPA) and NHS111 Option 2 for Mental Health (NHS111*2) provides 24/7 access to mental health services, every day of the year. Both services support people in a mental health crisis and provide a telephone support line for service users, their families and wider support networks. This includes a triage, signposting and referral pathway to appropriate onward care, if indicated. Main duties of the job
As a Crisis Care Practitioner, you will provide urgent mental health assessment and intervention for individuals contacting the service in crisis, whether for themselves or others.
The role involves:
- Managing complex and high risk triage calls, undertaking robust mental health and risk assessments in time-sensitive situations
- Completing face to face community assessments for patients requiring urgent in person review
- Formulating risk management and crisis plans to support safe and effective patient care
- Working autonomously to make clinical decisions within a fast paced environment
- Liaising with partner agencies including GP's, police, ambulance services, emergency departments and community mental health teams to coordinate safe care pathways

We are looking for a committed and hardworking Pharmacy aseptic compounding assistant to work in our aseptic unit.

The post is cross site and will be based at Hammersmith or Charing Cross site and will require the post holder to organise and participate in the preparation of chemotherapy, clinical trials and parenteral nutrition for adults.

Main duties of the job
To support this, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Pharmacy Assistant to be part of our outpatient pharmacy team. Job summary
Jasmine Lodge currently has a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager vacancy based in Exeter, specialising in Perinatal Mental Health Nursing. The role focuses on supporting women experiencing mental health difficulties during the antenatal and postnatal periods.
We are looking for an enthusiastic health care professional with an interest in working with a specialist team in supporting and delivering high quality inpatient care.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced practitioner with some experience of supervision and leadership to allow you to support the team to further develop. This role does include shift working, including weekends and occasional night shifts.
You will be responsible for assisting the Ward Manager in maintaining and monitoring professional standards, to promote change and develop nursing practice. You will deputise for the Ward Manager in their absence to ensure that the ward delivers high standards of nursing to care to all patients, in accordance with standards and policies.

This role combines management responsibility for the Greenwich Greenwich District Nursing Service. The post holder will lead a team of nurses and support staff with the responsibility of managing the care for a defined caseload.
Community Nurses work as part of a team delivering high quality evidence based nursing care to clients within their own home, residential homes and clinical environments. Join our Advanced Practitioner (AP) team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across Cardiology and Cardiac Sciences services.
This exciting opportunity is open to both Registered Nurses with NMC registration and Allied Health Professionals with HCPC registration, offering the chance to work at an advanced level of clinical practice within one of the UK's leading specialist cardiac centres.

The role is also central to the operational management of Cardiac Services. Main duties of the job

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Midwifery - Quality Assurance, Governance and Compliance to join our maternity senior leadership team and help shape the next phase of safe, equitable and continuously improving care for women, birthing people, babies and families.
The opportunity
Working with delegated authority from the Director of Midwifery, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for maternity quality governance, patient safety, risk management, regulatory compliance and assurance. You will bring together intelligence from incidents, complaints, claims, inquests, audit, patient feedback, workforce indicators, training, clinical outcomes, inequalities data and external reviews to identify emerging risks, set improvement priorities and provide clear assurance from ward to Board.
You will lead the development of robust governance systems, evidence packs, dashboards and improvement plans; oversee preparedness for external scrutiny; and ensure national maternity standards and recommendations are translated into sustained improvements in practice. As a visible, compassionate and authoritative leader, you will provide expert advice and constructive challenge to senior clinical and operational colleagues, represent maternity services at Trust, regional and external forums, deputise for the Director of Midwifery as required and participate in the senior midwife on-call rota.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the design, implementation and continuous development of the maternity governance and assurance framework, ensuring clear accountability, escalation, reporting and evidence of improvement across all maternity services.
- Provide senior expert leadership for clinical governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, risk management, incident oversight, audit, effectiveness, patient experience, complaints learning, claims and inquest themes and external review preparedness.
- Deputise for the Director of Midwifery as required, including representing maternity services at directorate, divisional, level and external assurance forums.
- Provide authoritative professional advice, constructive challenge and senior decision-making support to the maternity triumvirate, heads of midwifery, matrons, governance leads and multidisciplinary teams on quality, safety, compliance and assurance matters.
- Ensure triangulation of complex intelligence from incidents, complaints, claims, inquests, audit, patient feedback, workforce indicators, training compliance, clinical outcomes, inequality data and external reviews to identify themes, risks and improvement priorities.

The Endoscopy Service at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and highly competent Clinical Endoscopist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team.
This is a substantive service delivery post requiring established autonomous practice rather than a developmental training opportunity.
Applicants must hold relevant JAG accreditation, demonstrate current independent endoscopy practice, achievement of national quality indicators, and the clinical judgement required to manage patients safely throughout the endoscopy pathway.
The successful candidate will undertake independent diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopy on sedated and non-sedated patients within their defined scope of practice. They must demonstrate sound knowledge of GI pathology, endoscopic indications, recognition and management of significant findings and complications and appropriate escalation of clinical concerns.
The role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, evidence-based practice, professional accountability and continuous professional development in accordance with NMC requirements, JAG standards and Trust policies.This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive endoscopy service focused on clinical excellence, education, innovation, patient experience and quality improvement.
Main duties of the job

An opportunity to join the UCLH EHRS Pharmacy, Cancer and Research team has arisen. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic healthcare professional with a keen interest in digital healthcare, ideally with experience in the management of medicines, chemotherapy and research protocols. Our team also supports the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) and will play an important role in future Epic Connect partnerships. The successful candidate will join an experienced and diverse team of analysts who support UCLH's digital infrastructure.
The EHRS team seek to improve patient care and staff experience through the effective use of our digital solution, Epic. We work closely with clinical, administrative and managerial staff; we analyse their processes and help them agree clinical best practice standards and workflows. The team modify Epic to reflect and support these working practices. We test changes to ensure that they fulfil organisation requirements, are safe, and work as expected. We provide support to end-users using our specialist application knowledge through regular meetings and through incident investigation and resolution. We have excellent relationships with departmental leads, super-users and subject matter experts who help prioritise our workstreams. We have a rolling upgrade programme which delivers new features and functionality to ensure the system is up-to-date.
Main duties of the job
Our goal is to help our patients live longer and healthier lives. We strive to provide tools to our staff to enable them to deliver excellent patient- centred care, be more productive, work safely, better manage services and conduct research. The NHS is currently experiencing a revolution in which digital technology is being used to improve delivery of care. The banding/starting salary of this post will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications. If the individual appointed to the role is currently working at a band 7 level and is not certified in Epic Willow Inpatient or Beacon modules, they will be required to start on a band 6 salary; progression back to their existing band 7 will be dependent on achieving certification and demonstrating competence across all elements of the role. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated Histopathology team at Charing Cross Hospital, working 18.75 hours per week.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in laboratory sciences who is seeking a flexible part-time role within a busy and supportive Histopathology department.
As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to the delivery of both routine and specialised diagnostic services for patients across our hospitals and external users.

Duties will include carrying out sample reception, triage, assistance to the dissection team, equipment maintenance and general clerical duties including data entry on the LIMS.

- Accurately enter and verify patient demographics, test request information, and clinical details into the Pathology laboratory system, ensuring all documentation meets Trust standards.
- Participate in the identification, preparation, and separation of blood and urine samples into secondary containers, adhering to health and safety policies for handling potentially infectious materials, including the safe use of concentrated hydrochloric acid and Dry ice.
- Utilize laboratory equipment, such as automatic pipettes, balances, and centrifuges, with precision, including the recording of refrigerator temperatures.
- Troubleshooting and rejection of unsuitable samples.
- To monitor and store consumables overseeing a procedure of stock rotation and support the department in maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- To monitor the cleanliness and disinfection of laboratory surroundings and equipment ismaintained.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 7 Community Cardiac Nurse post to work across our community out-patients Cardiac Services Service. Community sites are based in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Maida Vale and Ladbroke Grove.
The post holder will be a highly experienced Cardiac Nurse to help support triaging of referrals coming into the service, support staff when there are 'unwell patients' in clinic and manage Band 6 and Band 3 Clinical staff.
The post holder is required to have a substantial cardiac nursing background to competently manage these referrals and help risk stratify patients into clinic. The post holder will also need to have good problem solving and inquiry skills to manage referrals. The Post holder will be competent at interpreting 12 Lead ECGs, 24hr ECGs, Echo and 24hr ABPM (Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring) .
The post holder will need to be able to use their previous knowledge in assessing referrals and liaise, where necessary, with the GP's and Cardiologists around referrals into the service. The post holder will be expected to work autonomously but seek advice/support where applicable. Along with referrals the post holder will help to manage a GP help line.
Main duties of the job
- The post holder will work as a senior member of the community Cardiology multidisciplinary team, supporting the safe and effective delivery and management of cardiology services across our community sites.
- The role requires a high level of autonomous clinical practice, including vetting and assessing GP referrals, reviewing and interpreting diagnostic investigations, determining clinical urgency and appropriately triaging patients into community cardiology pathways.
- The successful candidate will provide specialist clinical advice and support to patients, GP's and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- They will provide senior clinical leadership across the service, supporting and developing nursing and support staff, promoting evidence-based practice and acting as a professional role model.
- The post holder will contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, audit, research and service development, identifying and managing clinical risk and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- They will work collaboratively with the Consultant Cardiologists, primary care and the wider MDT ad support operational management of the Community Cardiology Service.

The post holder has responsibility to provide Speech and Language Therapy in the Intensive Support Team to Adults with a Learning Disability, including providing advice according to experience in this speciality to other professionals. Main duties of the job
To provide speech and language therapy for adults with a learning disability in Hampshire.
To manage, with support, own caseload of adults with a learning disability with communication needs and/or dysphagia in a clinically autonomous manner by assessing, diagnosing, onward referring where appropriate, managing intervention and discharging.
To develop and implement Speech and Language Therapy treatment packages for clients with communication disorders and/or dysphagia.
To communicate complex and sensitive information appropriately; this can be of an unpleasant nature. This will include communicating condition related information to clients and providing detailed assessment reports and interpretation of the results to team members, other professionals, parents, clients, carers and staff at an appropriate level.
To be responsible for providing information to the Team Manager and Therapies Lead for the purpose of planning and policy development/issues including prioritising needs relating to the service.
To give advice on the communication and/or swallowing needs of clients within the scope of own ability.
To identify the training needs of others relating to the communication and/or dysphagia needs of clients.

15. To promote the work of Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire through the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with organisational branding, including assisting with the recruitment process.
16. To develop a database of supporters of the charity and cultivate a long-term relationship between them and the charity.
17.To manage and develop the charity's social media channels, creating engaging content and supporting audience growth and engagement.
18.To support managers in their relationships with external organisations.
19. To contribute to monitoring, reporting, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing, communications, and promotional activities.
20. Utilise national and local campaigns to celebrate the work of the charity and increasing awareness of its services, projects, and impact.
21. Contribute towards the development and maintenance of the web site, charitable publications, and materials.
