Main duties of the job

The post holders will act as a lead MPE/RPA for specified customers/areas of work as well as being involved in all other aspects of the sections work supporting the Trust and external customers. Candidates with less experience who are working towards gaining MPE/RPA status in Diagnostic Radiology are encouraged to apply as training and support will be available (subject to an amended job description and salary band). The Clinical Director - Population Health, working as part of the NEY GMS Executive Team, will lead, shape and deliver the Population Health genomics agenda across the North East and Yorkshire. Job summary

An exceptional role to coordinate a wide-ranging portfolio comprising a number of projects and programmes of work to which they will be aligned, providing strategic planning, service transformation, , estates development and organisational change

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills at all levels, have an inclusive approach, the ability to influence, display advanced negotiation and facilitation skills and build collaborative working relationships quickly. You will also have the ability and experience to overcome barriers to acceptance and resistance, be self-motivated, innovative and a team worker with a strong commitment to delivering improved health care. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: work with senior CSU representatives and corporate functions to develop and deliver long term strategic plans, often impacting across the Trust promote the need to focus on top Trust priorities and performance improvement. work with internal and external colleagues to promote and drive modernisation as an essential pre requisite of the planning of clinical services provide the professional lead on healthcare planning in each CSU take a co-ordinating role within each CSU to bring together the work of the corporate functions take the lead and drive business base development, and to tightly monitor progress to time and cost on behalf of the CSU
