Mastercall Healthcare is a Social Enterprise delivering out-of-hospital services across a wide geographical footprint, including contact centre healthcare services, digital and BI solutions, and IMT infrastructure for a range of commissioners and partners. The organisation has diversified significantly over recent years, investing in clinical service expansion, digital platforms including Mastercall UXT BI as a Service, and Information Management and Technology (IMT) infrastructure services.
The Head of Business and Commercial Development is a pivotal executive-facing role responsible for growing Mastercall's income base across all service lines: core urgent and primary care clinical services, concentric marketing expansion, portfolio diversification, and technology and BI commercial offerings. The primary income driver will remain clinical services and business development. The post holder will also lead commercial activity for technology and BI services and may be called upon to support the Greater Manchester Urgent Primary Care Alliance (GMUPCA) on relevant work programmes
The post holder will:
1. Drive revenue growth across Mastercall's full service portfolio, with clinical services as the primary income focus and digital/technology services as a growing commercial stream, targeting 10% annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth within 24 months, with a clear trajectory and plan in place within 8 months.
2. Lead and develop the commercial strategy, including market penetration, concentric service expansion, and portfolio diversification.
3. Develop and manage commercial opportunities for Mastercall UXT BI as a Service and IMT Services (including infrastructure), working with internal technical leads to package and position these for commissioners and partners.
4. Support the Executive and Senior Management Team in delivering vision, strategy, and business plans, acting as a senior point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives across the organisation, working closely with all departments to identify cost-effective delivery models and service enhancements.
6. Support GMUPCA on relevant business development and partnership work where required, while maintaining Mastercall as the primary focus.
7.Liaise with the Marketing and Brand Manager to ensure brand, digital presence, and marketing activity are aligned to commercial objectives.
