We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified Clinical Psychologists and Child and Adolescent Psychotherapists who are passionate about supporting babies, children, young people and families who have experienced trauma. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace and particularly welcome applications from people from diverse backgrounds and with a range of experiences.
Within PIMHS, you will be part of a specialist service (formerly the Early Attachment Service) helping parents build healthy relationships with their babies and young children from pregnancy up to age five. Within FITS, you will be an integral part of a team delivering trauma-responsive intervention for local families via professional consultation, training, reflective practice, and therapeutic pathways.

You will have opportunities to further develop your skills in parent-infant mental health assessment, formulation and intervention through a range of training and professional development opportunities. You will provide a formulation-led service for families from conception to age five, delivering specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions. You will also support the wider workforce through consultation, training and supervision, helping to promote understanding of infant and early years mental health across the system.
