The role will require strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior operational colleagues, education teams, learners and external partners to resolve competing priorities and ensure education delivery remains safe, effective and responsive to organisational need.
About us

The role is based in Bristol, a lively yet laid-back city with top class shopping, street food, dynamic events and friendly festivals and excellent national and international transport links.
If you embody our values of one team, compassionate and innovative and are looking to make a real difference to peoples' lives, then we would love to hear from you.

These are the delivery units for integrated place-based care, bringing together local health and care organisations (including social care, the voluntary sector and patient groups) to work to deliver more joined up, patient-centred services. As part of the NHS 10-year Plan, QHS has joined with the South Southwark GP Federation, Improving Health Limited (IHL) to partner with Guys & St. Thomas NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) to deliver the Southwark integrator function.
