Main duties of the job
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support the delivery of holistic palliative care by assisting patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition and hydration, and activities of daily living. You will monitor and record observations, maintain accurate patient records, report changes in patients' conditions, and assist with clinical procedures as delegated. The role also involves contributing to pressure area care, infection prevention and control, patient transfers and discharges, and providing compassionate support to families and carers.
