Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Support Administrator to join the Capital Projects Department at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. This role will provide vital administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of capital and estates projects across North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will support Project Managers and the wider Capital Projects team with key administrative duties including minute-taking, document control, requisition processes, and coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders. The role is integral to maintaining project governance, communication, and efficiency across the department.
Main duties of the job
Arrange and coordinate project meetings, including programme board sessions, site progress meetings, and stakeholder workshops.Support the
Capital Projects PMO function by assisting in the coordination of project governance activities, documentation, and performance reporting.
Assist with diary management, meeting room bookings, and logistics for on-site and virtual meeting
Support basic monitoring of expenditure by tracking requisitions, invoices and approvals, escalating discrepancies to Project Managers or the Project Support and Business Manager.

Job summary
We are looking for newly qualified consultants or established consultants with a passion for Frailty. The post offers a new challenge with the ability to be involved in designing an integrated Frailty service, bridging community and secondary care. You must be a capable senior decision maker who will support the rapid assessment of patients including post take ward round for patients, streaming to appropriate pathways and commencement of treatment. There is the possibility of a session of specialty work for those with specialist interests. Applicants wishing to work less than full time or to job share are encouraged to apply.
Main duties of the job
The Frailty team is a large multi-disciplinary team based in the Frailty Assessment Unit on ward C-16 with in reach into the Emergency Department The team comprises of 1.7 frailty consultants, 1 registrar, 2 lead nurses, 5 clinical nurse specialists and 3 Physicians Associates. The service provides diagnosis, treatment, and facilitates early discharge of frail patients and provides interface with frailty virtual ward (established in November 2022).
We have close links with the Integrated Care Board for Cambridge and Peterborough and are there are plans to work with community partners to develop a Community Falls Hub and other community pathways.
