Job summary
Northumberland House Surgery in Kidderminster is looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly, happy, hardworking practice, on a salaried basis. A keen interest in women's health would be preferable.This role arises because of a current GP relocating.
You could be joining our very experienced clinical team working 4-6 sessions a week.
You will be extremely well supported by both administrative staff and your clinical colleagues including three excellent nurse practitioners who see and treat the majority of same day patients.
Main duties of the job
The GP will undertake a variety of duties governed by the GMS contract and objectives of Enhanced services, including:
- In person consultations
- Telephone consultations
- Online consultations
- Triage calls
- On call duties
- Checking and signing repeat prescriptions

You will be working in a new purpose built surgery with great facilities and a consistently Good CQC rating, within easy commuting distance of Birmingham and Worcester.
We are a forward thinking progressive practice with a long history of training Medical Students, GPs and Nurses.We are heavily involved with our PCN which comprises 4 practices and the majority of the ARRS staff.
As a result of the supportive culture within the practice we have a very low staff turnover.

Job summary
Northumberland House Surgery in Kidderminster are looking to recruit a part-time Receptionist to cover maternity for one year, for their busy surgery serving 13800 patients in the Wyre Forest.
Main duties of the job
The job involves:
- working on the front reception desk dealing with patients,
- dealing with queries from the whole practice team as required,
- dealing with telephone queries
- fitting into a busy and professional reception team covering an array of patient focussed tasks.
About us
Experience in a healthcare setting is essential and knowledge of EMIS Clinical system very desirable and you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills through previous roles.
The successful applicant will be required to work 30 hours per week Monday to Friday spread across the practice opening hours of 8am 6.30pm and participate in a Saturday rota. The working pattern will be a range of shifts Monday to Friday with Saturday working as overtime on a Rota basis, please do not apply if you are unable to commit to these shifts.
You will be required to provide holiday and absence cover for your colleagues by mutual agreement.
Salary will be dependent upon experience and you will be eligible for membership of the NHS Pension scheme and a uniform will be provided.
