We are looking for an Employment Specialist to join the Oxfordshire Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Team on a full-time basis.

This rewarding role involves supporting people with mental health challenges to find and sustain meaningful employment. As an Employment Specialist, no two days are the same. You may be helping someone identify career goals, update their CV, or prepare for interviews, while also building relationships with local employers and promoting inclusive employment opportunities.
We are a supportive and friendly team within a well-established organisation. If you are creative, solution-focused, and skilled at building positive, trusting relationships, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
You will work closely with the IPS Team Leaders and fellow Employment Specialists to support the continued development of the service across Oxfordshire.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential. Reasonable adjustments will be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010.
Main duties of the job
You will be working to support people either to gain employment or retain their current employment as part of multi-disciplinary (MDT)team's within the Oxfordshire Early Intervention Service.
The Employment Specialist's will join an IPS team working under the direction of an IPS team leader to deliver IPS as part of the holistic recovery plan for mental health service users in the community.
You will be required to manage a caseload of up to 20 people at any one time who have experienced mental health problems and who are waiting to either gain new employment or retain their current employment. The Employment Specialist is expected to deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach - for which training will be given.
Working directly with all relevant stakeholders: the service user, Oxford Health staff, partner agencies ,employers and people who have experienced mental health challenges themselves - you will support the service users on your caseload to gain and retain paid employment.

We are looking for a full time Performance & Administration Manager to join the South AMHT, of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The performance and Admin Manager role is to support the in-patient leadership team to meet key performance targets through the organizations performance framework. You will also provide management and leadership to the in-patient administrative teams. This includes the ward clerks and team administrators. You will be a key part of the ward leadership teams and also work closely with the wider in-patient pathway, including the performance and administrative manager at the Warneford and Littlemore.
Main duties of the job
- Ensure the Matron, Consultant and ward clinicians are provided with comprehensive, efficient, and effective secretarial and administrative support.
- Ensure the Team databases/electronic files, performance systems are accurate and up to date together with data inputting as necessary.
- Arrange meetings and room bookings as requested.
- Provide administrative and minute taking support to the matron, consultant and other clinicians in ward meetings and external meetings taking place on the ward.
- Support the matron in monitoring training and performance management for staff.

We are currently recruiting a Healthcare Assistant to join the Ashurst ward. This is an 11 bedded male Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, for those who have acute or severe and enduring mental illnesses, often with co-morbidities, which require treatment which would otherwise not be able to be given in the community or acute ward environment.
Ashurst Ward aim to provide the most intensive nursing care and proactive and effective treatment to promote service users to recover and return to their usual place of residence.

Main duties of the job
Lead strategic communications and engagement for major transformation and service improvement programmes across the Directorate, including neighbourhood health and care initiatives. Build trusted relationships with patients, carers, communities, VCFSE organisations and system partners, ensuring meaningful involvement of seldom-heard groups and those experiencing health inequalities. Work closely with leaders, partners and patient experience teams to strengthen co-production and lived-experience involvement.
Provide expert advice to senior leaders and programme teams on communications, engagement, stakeholder management, change and reputation. Develop and deliver integrated communications plans across digital, social media, print, events and stakeholder channels, tailored to different audiences.
Coordinate activity with Trust and partner communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective reputation management. Produce toolkits, briefings, engagement resources and promotional materials, and support the delivery of events, workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Manage multiple priorities and projects, identifying risks, resolving issues and adapting plans to meet changing needs. Oversee relationships with external organisations and suppliers, including budget and administrative processes. Monitor and evaluate communications and engagement activity, using insight to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.

Assertive Outreach is founded on active engagement rather than office-based care. Main duties of the job
The Psychologist for the Oxfordshire Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) provides psychological expertiseto support the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused and evidence-based care for adults with psychosis and complex mental health needs who experience significant challenges in engaging with services.
You will:
- Provide specialist psychological assessments of referred clients based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources.
- Plan and implement formal psychological treatment and/or management of a client's mental healthproblems, based upon an appropriate conceptual framework of the client's problems, and employing methods of proven efficacy.
- Implement a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, families, and groups, adjusting andrefining psychological formulations drawing upon different explanatory models and maintaining a number ofprovisional hypotheses.
- Contribute to the triage of referrals to the AOT and consider the appropriate level of treatment.

Are you an organised, immediately available administrator with excellent database skills? We have a short-term project focused on managing essential Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks.
We are seeking a highly efficient and motivated DBS Administrator to join our team on a temporary fixed-term contract until the end of October. You will play a vital role in coordinating the administration of our mandatory DBS check project, ensuring all records are up to date and compliance is maintained across the Trust.
The team works on a hybrid working pattern and you must be able to come into the office at least once a week. This may include other days dependent on team needs.

Main duties of the job
- Attend regular MDTs and provide clinical leadership and medical input to the team.
- Responsibility for those patients seen by himself/herself, together with those patients seen by medical staff directly supervised by them.
- With other consultants in the team, have responsibility for the clinical governance of the team as clinical leads for the team.
- Work in partnership within the multidisciplinary team for the clinical management of patients. This will include risk assessment, the assessment of the needs of carers, and the development of services to meet the needs of patients and families for whom the team is responsible.
- Clinical leadership responsibility to ensure excellent systems of clinical governance so that their team provides high quality, safe care to patients. Consultants are expected to encourage a Restorative Just and Learning Culture of Learning, participate in safety huddles and investigations and participate in identifying improvements in practice where appropriate.
- Participate in the BSW Consultant on call rota (currently 1 in 11 with prospective cover, paid at category A banded at 3% on call availability supplement. There is anadditional 0.5PA per month (pro rata) paid in recognition of emergency work arising from out of hours).

This area of service delivery is organised around community team bases: Swindon, Marlborough (for East Wiltshire), Melksham (for West Wiltshire), Salisbury (for South Wiltshire) and Keynsham for Bath and North-East Somerset (BaNES). CAMHS has good links with partner agencies.
The BSW CAMH service provides a hospital liaison service to the three district general hospitals in the patch: Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury, Great Western Hospital, Swindon and Royal United Hospitals (RUH), Bath and provides training to staff on the paediatric ward.
BSW also operates a dedicated eating disorder service (TEDS), with specialist teams in each of the CAMHS bases. Referrals of children and young people with suspected eating disorders are sent directly to this service.
There is a CAMHS Crisis and Home Treatment service embedded in the CAMHS teams with an over arching clinical leadership and operational management senior leadership team.
Oxford Health hosts the Thames Valley New Care Model adolescent inpatient network with a single point of access via Marlborough House, Swindon, which covers B&NES, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Swindon and Wiltshire. The local inpatient service for young people aged 11-18 is provided from Marlborough House, Swindon, which is a general adolescent unit that also includes an eating disorders programme.
