Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job
Were looking for a compassionate and experienced CAMHS Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality, person-centred therapeutic support to the people we care for. - Applicants must hold a Degree in Social Work and be currently registered with Social Work England, with completion of the ASYE or equivalent post-qualifying experience. They should have experience managing a caseload independently and undertaking assessments, risk management, safeguarding enquiries, and care planning, as well as working with multi-agency partners. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and policy is required, along with the ability to manage complex cases under appropriate supervision. Candidates must also demonstrate strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside the ability to produce professional reports and maintain accurate records.
