The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and healthcare providers. Main duties of the job
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing courteous and professional assistance via phone and in person
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up communications efficiently

- Experience of practice nursing or primary care nursing.
- Competent in cervical cytology, immunisations and injection techniques.
- Experience of chronic disease management and long term condition reviews.
- Proficient in the use of the EMIS Web clinical system, including consultations, clinical coding, searches and recalls.
- Sound working knowledge of QOF and NHS primary care contractual frameworks, and the ability to deliver against them efficiently.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Desirable
- Spirometry and/or advanced respiratory review competency.
- Experience of supporting practice audits and quality improvement activity
