Job summary
We are advertising for 1 x Cardiology Cathlab Admin & Clerical officer for the Cardiology admin team at the Royal Free. The post holder will be expected to work dynamically across all areas of the service when required.

Main duties of the job
A Band 3 Cath Lab Coordinator is an essential administrative and operational role within the NHS. Acting as the central hub of the department, the coordinator ensures that cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedure lists run seamlessly, patients are scheduled accurately.
Utilizing hospital computer systems such as Cerner, to log patient outcomes, open or close treatment access plans, and update medical electronic records.
Communicating constantly with cardiologists, nurses, radiographers, and cardiac physiologists to align staff availability with scheduled lists.
Acting as a welcoming and empathetic face or voice for patients, relatives, and carers who may be highly anxious about their upcoming heart procedures.
Managing patient cancellations at short notice and proactively filling vacant slots to ensure the lab operates at full capacity.
The post-holder must play a proactive role in collecting, investigating, verifying and recording a high standard of patient demographic and treatment data. The post holder must accurately and in a timely manner enter such information on the computerised patient information system, to ensure that the trust receives the appropriate level of income for patient activity, avoids the potential clinical risks inherent with inaccurate patient records and is compliant with national NHS targets (e.g. on data quality and length of patient wait).

This senior leadership role within Digital Services will establishes and leads a product and platform operating model, ensuring all digital products deliver measurable value to patients, clinicians, and the organisation
The post-holder drives a culture of user-centred, data-driven, and agile delivery, while ensuring clear accountability for outcomes across the product lifecycle.
The target state is a product & platform based operating model where a product is a technology asset with clear boundaries that provides value to patients, clinicians, and corporate partners by solving a problem, achieving a goal or satisfying a need, as part of a service.
As deputy CDIO the post-holder will have a key role supporting delivery of a new model for digital at the RFL and be the formal deputy for the CDIO.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the vision, strategy and performance of the Trust's digital product portfolio, ensuring products deliver measurable value for patients, staff and the organisation.
- Establish and embed a product and platform operating model across Digital Services, supporting consistent, user-centred and outcomes-focused delivery.
- Own product portfolio prioritisation, roadmaps and investment alignment, making clear, evidence-based trade-offs across competing clinical, operational and corporate priorities.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design through to delivery, live service, continuous improvement and retirement.
- Ensure digital products are safe, secure, interoperable, cost-effective, sustainable and aligned with enterprise architecture, cyber security, service operations and Trust governance requirements.
- Build and professionalise product management capability across the Trust, including standards, frameworks, coaching, mentoring and a strong product community of practice.
- Establish clear product performance measures, benefits realisation and reporting to demonstrate value, manage risk and support executive decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with senior clinical, operational, corporate and digital leaders to ensure digital products support service transformation and improved outcomes across the Royal Free London Group.

This position represents a rare and exciting opportunity for a motivatedindividual with significant data and study management experience to provide efficient set-up, data management and study support to the Clinical Research Facility (CRF).
Main duties of the job
Working within the structure of the CRF, the post holder will lead on thecoordination of efficient study set up and continued delivery of the highest quality research and the management of patient data relating to clinical research studies.

Job summary
We are excited to offer this position of Occupational Therapist in our new Autism and Social Communication Assessment pathway. This post is based at Edgware Hospital in Barnet.
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist with prior experience in autism assessment and diagnosis in children 0-6. The ideal candidate will be ADOS-2 trained and have considerable experience in multidisciplinary neurodevelopmental assessment clinics, working with paediatricians, SLTs, OTs, psychologists and other clinicians.
This is a new multidisciplinary team which is designed to provide a needs-led, family-centred approach to assessment and diagnosis for children under the age of seven with neurodivergent needs.
The successful candidate will assess children aged 0-6 for possible autism using the ADOS and/or other appropriate assessment tools, liaise with other members of the MDT to consider the correct outcome for the child, give families feedback about the outcome of assessments, and write high-quality clinical reports.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the Team for the Assessment of Autism and Social Communication (TAASC) Barnet team for children 0-7. This is a multidisciplinary team which is designed to provide a needs-led, family-centred approach to assessment and diagnosis for children under the age of seven with neurodivergent needs.
The successful candidate will assess children aged 0-7 for possible autism using the ADOS and/or other appropriate assessment tools, liaise with other members of the MDT to consider the correct outcome for the child, and give families feedback about the outcome of assessments. The post holder will possess advanced expertise in assessing autism, co-occurring conditions and differential diagnosis.
The position requires an OT capable of working effectively and flexibly within an interdisciplinary framework, engaging with various professionals in a multidisciplinary and multi-agency environment. This includes collaboration with community providers, speech and language therapists (SLTs), psychologists, dieticians, paediatricians, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals, as well as Experts by Experience (parents of neurodivergent children). The aim is to provide a holistic approach in communicating and sharing advice, information and plans to all relevant parties and family.

To liaise with all key members of the Endourology Multidisciplinary Team.
To advise and support colleagues in the delivery of specialised Endourology patient care across professional boundaries.

Main duties of the job
Two exciting positions have arisen in our endourology and benign urology nursing teams as a band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).You will become part of team who drive, lead, and showcase advanced autonomous nursing practice delivering care to patients in a high-volume centre.
The post holder will act as an innovator, motivator, and role model to support and implement the CPG pathway, as well as working on quality improvement, implementation of national initiatives, service reconfiguration and new digitally enabled models of care.
There is an expectation that the post holder will be involved in service development, research, teaching, and education commitments, and will have a willingness to develop oneself and others.
The post holder will work closely to deliver the service with consultants, nurses, operational managers, administrators and patients.

In this role, you will provide care across inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting patients throughout their heart failure journey from diagnosis to advanced disease. Responsibilities include optimising heart failure therapies, providing lifestyle and self-management advice, supporting discharge planning, preparing cases for MDT discussions, and contributing to the National Heart Failure Audit (NICOR).

Face fit testing for respiratory protective equipment is a mandatory requirement under health and safety legislation. This role will play an important part in overseeing the delivery, development and compliance of an effective face fit testing service across the Trust.
The successful candidates will work within the Health and Safety Team and closely with staff and colleagues across a range of services, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a professional, supportive and responsive service.

Main duties of the job
You will carry out face fit testing for staff required to wear FFP3 respirators, ensuring all testing is completed accurately and in line with established procedures.
Working with the Face Fit Team Lead, you will help deliver a safe, effective and compliant testing service. You will maintain accurate records, monitor testing requirements and ensure staff remain up to date.
You will work closely with colleagues across Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, and Procurement to provide consistent, professional advice and support. The role includes both quantitative and qualitative face fit testing, including powered air-purifying respirators (PAPRs) where required.
This is a people-focused role where clear communication, attention to detail and a professional approach are essential. You will help staff understand and use respiratory protective equipment safely and effectively.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to cover the Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist for Acute Stroke Unit/Neuro Outliers team at North Middlesex Hospital. This post is for a 9month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
This opportunity would be suitable for any Specialist Neuro Band 7 Physiotherapists or existing Band 8a Neuro therapists interested in the role.
The North Middlesex Hospital is part of the wider group Royal Free London and has an Acute Stroke Unit (ASU). The team also cover Stroke and Neuro outliers across the hospital.
The successful post holder would work together with the Clinical Lead ASU/Neuro OT in managing the ASU and Stroke team, by providing both clinical specialist input and operational input into the running of the team. As an 8a, the post holder would also be expected to deputise for the Head of Physiotherapy when necessary.
Main duties of the job
To manage the Multi-professional therapy and Physiotherapy input to the Acute Stroke Unit Service, Neuro-Outlier service, NMUH and alongside the NMUH Physiotherapy Manager for inpatients engage in planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the service, participating in the design and implementation of physiotherapy and multidisciplinary research, audit and policy.
You will perform the role of Clinical Lead for Neurorehabilitation Trust wide and within the ASU. Your specialist patient population will be Medical Brian Injury (MBI) and neuro-outliers .
To perform expert physiotherapy assessment and design management programmes for patients presenting with highly complex acute and chronic neurological and neuromuscular disease, performing the role to the highest degree of autonomy.
To provide specialist support and advice to physiotherapy colleagues across the NCL sector regarding neuro-rehabilitative management as well as influencing national theory and practice through your involvement in research and other postgraduate work.
To initiate specialist practice, for example, outpatient clinics / spasticity management clinics, or work normally performed by medical personnel once appropriate protocols or training has been agreed.
To educate and train Senior and Junior grade physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Technicians, Assistants, students and other healthcare professionals in the physiotherapy management of acute stroke patients.

Main duties of the job
This post will be part of a team who care for children and young people with Diabetes. The post holder will work closely with hospital, community and primary care services.

Job summary
We are pleased to offer the appointment of a substantive Consultant Gastroenterologist post at the North Middlesex University Hospital Trust. This post offers an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to join a committed team of Consultants in this well- developed and expanding service, with close working relationship with the Radiology, Histopathology, Hepatology, Hepatopancreatico biliary, and Colorectal surgery services. Applicants will be expected to be experts in the assessment of patients with gastroenterology conditions and to deliver endoscopic interventions across OGD, Flexi Sig and Colonoscopy and preferably Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatogram and Endoscopic Ultrasound.

Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic ophthalmology clinician to join our multidisciplinary team and provide a comprehensive paediatric ophthalmology service, including the assessment and management of ocular motility disorders.
The post holder will also contribute to the cataract service, participating in cataract theatre lists alongside consultant colleagues. Successful candidates will undertake an apprenticeship to complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant Services Apprenticeship provided by Buttercups. On completion of this qualification, you will be working as a qualified Pharmacy Support Worker and will be eligible to apply for a Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy Technician (PTPT) post (subject to availability).
You will rotate through each area of pharmacy, including in-patient and out-patient services, procurement and stores. Full training will be given in each rotation and you will be supported by Practice Supervisors in each of the rotations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To provide appropriate managerial and administrative support to the boardcommittees.
2.Establish, and implement, effective systems for developing and managing the forward planner and agenda for each committee as agreed with each chairman.

The Royal Free Community Palliative Care Team has a proven track record of providing innovative, personalised care to patients coping with advanced, progressive disease both within the community setting. Our team works 9-5pm Monday to Sunday and the focus is on providing person and family centred care for those with complex and specialist palliative care needs at the end of life and in long term conditions. We work in close collaboration and consultation with primary health care teams, and other palliative and end of life providers.
This is an exciting time to work in palliative care in the North Central London area. We have a strong team and pride ourselves on collaborative working between the acute, community and hospice providers. The candidate will contribute to the continued service development and education programmes.

Main duties of the job
You should be creative, enthusiastic and motivated with:
- Broad and extensive experience of working with acutely unwell patients and terminally ill adults post registration

The CNS/CPS contributes to the provision of specialist palliative care in the North Camden community for patients facing life-limiting illnesses (within the remit of the multi- disciplinary team) accepting patient referrals to agreed criteria and managing their own caseload with the support of the Lead Nurse and Consultant Nurse. They will provide advice, education and support to patients, their carers and other health and social care professionals. They will contribute to the development and smooth running of the service. The post holder will work to agreed professional, departmental and Trust boundaries as required to provide patient centred seamless care and will take part in the 7 day / week service to both community and hospital patients.

Main duties of the job

As part of the catering team, the post holder will work under the direction of the head chef, in collaboration with other chefs and catering staff. The role will involve preparing meals from scratch, using raw ingredients and following the prescribed cooking methods.
