Job summary
This is a Bank position to cover Maternity Leave for 6 months.
To contribute to an efficient and accurate pharmacy service to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines throughout at SHSC NHS Foundation Trust.
There is a requirement to be confident and able to work with service users, carers, and healthcare professionals internally and other organisations to ensure the service users are safe with their medicines.
Under the direction of the Chief Pharmacist, Deputy Chief Pharmacist and the Senior Pharmacy Technicians, the post holder will perform whatever duties are reasonable and necessary to achieve the job purpose and overall safe provision of pharmacy services throughout the Trust.
Main duties of the job
To work closely with the senior pharmacy technician, lead pharmacist and pharmacy team in providing pharmacy services to SHSC providing the following services:
Participate in the technical support necessary for the safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions including inpatient, outpatient and discharge medications and the distribution of medicines to the designated units of SHSC under the supervision of a senior technician and pharmacist.
Undertake the SHSC system of ward top up safely and effectively to designated units.
Provide safe and effective supply of pharmaceuticals to units within SHSC and other designated units outside the Trust.
If eligible, and subject to appropriate training, to undertake accuracy checking of prescriptions.
Participate in early morning, late night, weekend, and bank holiday rota.
Give advice to staff and service users, providing information on local guidelines and policies ensuring they remain up to date.
To order any medicines required for service users and ward stocks.
To maintain continued professional development (CPD) as required by the GPhC or other registered body.

You will be working within the Urgent and Crisis and Home Treatment area of the Gleadless and Heeley Neighbourhood Mental Health Centre, working shifts of 8am - 8pm across 7 days per week on a rota basis.
You will join an exciting new team, one of the first 6 pilot sites across the UK to launch to the Neighbourhood Mental Health Model of care. The aim is to establish a coherent, functionally integrated team, working with the VCSE, social care and the local community to deliver high quality mental health care for all the people of Gleadless & Heeley aged 18 or over.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within a multi-disciplinary home treatment team, sharing a base with CMHT, PCMHT, VCSE, peer workers and community groups.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive assessment of new referrals in crisis, intervention planning and care plan formulations.
- Care planning for patients who are accessing the on site beds.
- Service coordination duties include, understanding the roles of the team that day, which patients will be seen and identifying any gaps where services could be supported. Attending morning meetings/ referral meetings and Weekley MDT's
- Taking referrals from other services where the person is identified to be registered with a Heeley PCN GP.
- Carrying out initial HTT visit to set up plan of care and interventions for the team
- Link to other clinical areas such as inpatient and CMHT's
- Delivering supervision to more junior members of staff
- Contribute to service development

We are seeking someone who can work using their own intiative and as a part of a team to support our clinical staff and who is interested in providing excellent service to our patients, who are at the heart of what we do.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and willing to learn, who will work as part of a team undertaking the service's admin processes. This includes processing referrals, booking appointments, sending letters, and dealing with general enquiries.
Main duties of the job
The clinical administrator will be responsible for:
Providing dedicated administration/secretarial support to clinical staffwithin the service
Processing referrals or transfers, ensuring associated activity is recorded on the patient information system and any produce any relatedcorrespondence accurately and timely
Management of clinics of across the service, including scheduling andcancelling appointments and ensuring associate correspondence isaccurate and timely
Typing and transcribing clinic letters and reports
Dealing with enquiries into the service and reception cover.

Our urgent and Crisis service supports people at the toughest moments in their mental health journey. When someone reaches out for help, we act fast, arranging crisis assessments and follow-up support within4 to 72 hours, guided by the UK triage rating scale. The most urgent calls are prioritised and every decision made in the team has a real impact on the persons treatment and recovery.

Main duties of the job
The Senior Recovery Worker will:Provide telephone-based and face to face support to users and carers who require interventions, often when they are in crisis and distressed.

We have an excellent opportunity within the Forest Lodge service for a Preceptee and Post Preceptee position.

Main duties of the job
This post will provide a specialised, comprehensive and confidential administration service for the Medical Education & Staffing Department at the Trust in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National Standards, policies and procedures and the Trust's contractual obligations as the commissioned provider of the Psychiatry Training Course (PTC) on behalf of the Yorkshire & Humber School of Psychiatry.
The post holder will work as part of the PTC Team to provide administration support to the Curriculum Delivery Lead, Training Programme Directors, PTC Manager, Associate Course Organisers, PTC Coordinator and other key local and regional stakeholders by providing administrative support associated with the delivery of the Yorkshire and Humber Psychiatry Training Course.
The postholder will be required to work with autonomy, managing their own workload to effectively deliver a wide and complex range of administrative duties, sometimes withcompeting demands and of a sensitive and confidential nature. The post holder will be expected to advise postgraduate doctors in training, trainers and educational leadership on matters relating to the delivery of the PTC or associated events and meetings.

Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our team on Stanage Ward. The ward provides care to 16 male (adult) inpatients.
The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and to provide patient meals. They will provide and maintain a high standard within the ward environment in support of good quality patient care and work as part of a team to give service users a positive experience of their time within an inpatient setting.
Applicants should ideally have a Food Hygiene Certificate, show excellent communication skills, be flexible & demonstrate an adaptable approach to work. Previous experience is also desirable.
Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
