Job summary

The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team here in North Lincolnshire contributing to family health needs assessment. Working with families, children and young people age 0-19 (25 SEND) years. The post holder will work in partnership with the family and other agencies to develop, implement and evaluate packages of care on an individual basis and with groups.
The Family Support Worker will contribute to the wider public health agenda for Children and Young People through individual, group and community programmes of care.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
As an apprentice within RDaSH you will be given the opportunity to gain experience, learn work-related skills and obtain all the tools needed to thrive.
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying. This leads to a nationally recognised qualification.
Main duties of the job
The organisation is supportive of training needs and there is an excellent learning and development programme. You will receive regular safeguarding, management and clinical supervision and will have support from the leadership team team.
The Family Support Worker will work as part of an integrated team contributing to the family health needs assessment when working with families, children and young people age 0-19 years and up to 25 for young people with SEND. The post holder will work in partnership with the family and other agencies to develop, implement and evaluate packages of care on an individual basis and with groups.

Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Welsh Ambulance Service Non-Emergency Patient Transport team delivering non-emergency patient transport at the following locations in the Hywel Dda health board area. (Subject to change)

Number of Bank positions across the Hywel Dda area.
You may be required to operate out of other stations as required.
We are looking for candidates that can deliver a high standard of professionalism and compassion when providing a transport service to meet the needs of patients and other service users. Although no formal qualifications are specified for this role, we would expect candidates to be able to demonstrate a reasonable standard of education and personal responsibility and have evidence of delivering excellent customer care. This can be a demanding job.
Those candidates that are successful after short listing, will be required to attend an interview, a practical driving assessment and a theory test based on the highway code. Interviews to be held in Carmarthen, driving assessment in Swansea. Interviews on 08 October 2026, Driving assessment date TBC.
Course Start Date in Swansea: 25 January 2027 for 6 weeks.
You will need to be available for all the above dates.
Welsh Language level 1 skills are desirable for this role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to drive an equipped NEPTS ambulance or other vehicle as necessary, and carry out non-urgent and non-critical, planned patient journeys usually working with a colleague but sometimes working alone when dealing with patients who can walk unaided or with minimum assistance.
The post holder deals with a variety of patients and conditions, most of whom will require different levels of assistance, lifting or carrying to transfer to and from the Trust vehicle.
The post holder transports patients safely between their place of residence and designated treatment centres and clinics, provides where necessary appropriate care and assistance which is within the post holder's level of training and competence, and adheres to the Trust Code of Conduct and Standards of Professional behaviour, Service Instructions and the Trust's Standing Procedures and Policies.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

You will contribute to the effectiveness and efficiencies of our community nursing teams by using your skills and nursing experience to support the team with triage of calls and referrals made to the community nursing teams. Main duties of the job
As a Band 5 Community Triage Nurse, you will have professional and clinical knowledge of community nursing to provide remote triage of calls and referrals made to the community nursing teams in East Staffs.
As Part of this role, you will be expected to:
- Understand the scope of the community nursing service and the role of other MPFT and external services within each Primary Care Network. To ensure referrals are directed to the most appropriate service (including directing to emergency services where needed).
- Occasional delivery of care to patients in a community setting in order to maintain up to date clinical experience.
- Whilst not providing regular face to face patient contact the post holder will need to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the clinical aspects of community nursing to resolve clinical queries over the phone and to enable effective remote assessment and clinical triage. This includes palliative care (particularly symptom management and support to families in the last few days of life); wound care; medication management; diabetes management; catheter and bowel care.
- Have supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the triage lead nurse; including coordinating the team; allocating work to team members; resolving and escalating issues; coordinating the daily huddle and group chat and representing the triage team on the community nursing capacity calls.
- Occasional supervision of students and new nurses joining the community nursing team.

About the Role
This role will primarily sit within the Complex Needs, SMI and Recovery pathway, offering psychological assessment and interventions to adults experiencing complex, severe, and enduring mental health problems. The post holder will also contribute across the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, supporting collaborative and flexible working where required. The successful applicant will work closely with partners across the Integrated Neighbourhood Team, including voluntary and community organisations, local councils, and NHS providers, helping to deliver coordinated, person-centred care. Job summary
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate CBT Therapist to join Westminster Talking Therapies Service (IAPT) located in the diverse and vibrant community of the London borough of Westminster. Our team is key in the work we do and service provided to the population of Westminster.
You will have opportunities for regular clinical supervision from the senior leadership team, specialist supervision for PTSD and training opportunities, such as Behavioural Couples Therapy and LTC. You will provide clinical supervision to our Step 2 team, including qualified and trainee psychological wellbeing practitioner and will receive supervision training to equip you in doing this. Our Step 3 team also provide supervision for our trainee clinical psychologists and CBT trainees on placement with our service.
Wellbeing is important within our service, and we are a diverse, collaborative and cohesive team. We offer flexible working patterns including onsite and remote working.
Main duties of the job
You will hold a Step 3 caseload of anxiety disorders, and depression and offer CBT treatment in line with NICE guidance. At Step 3 we offertreatment digitally and face-to-face in order to best meet the needs of our service users. In your role you will be involved with our duty team andscreening referrals, have regular supervision, regular reflective practice, monthly team CPD and monthly sub-team and wider team meetings, achance to be involved in areas of interest including perinatal, community outreach, young adults, older adults, long-term health conditions, and LGBTQ+.
There are opportunities for training, plus career progression within the team. The ability to deliver therapy in local languages in desirable.
You must be BABCP accredited or have attended a BABCP accredited CBT training course to be eligible for this post. If youworking towards accreditation, you will also be considered for the post as long as youmeet the shortlisting criteria and can demonstrate you are on track to meeting the course requirements.
You will be expected to participate in extended hours clinics offered by the service which include evening clinics.
About us
The catchment area of the post is the London borough of Westminster. We have two main hubs that we work from, one is in Victoria and one is near Paddington.
We operate an agile working policy where staff combine remote working and being on-site to deliver face-to-face appointments and other servicecommitments that require a hub-based presence.

As directed by the NMP Lead, Assistant Medical Director and the Services Medical Lead, the post-holder will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team delivering recovery orientated alcohol and drug intervention services. The role holder will:
- Offer care for presenting clients.
- Initiate prescribing of and/or make amendments to prescriptions of opiate and/or alcohol substitute treatments and other related medications.
- Take a lead role in developing the prescribing clinic, acting as a point of contact for other workers and partner agencies around prescribing issues.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Non-Medical Prescriber to carry out prescribing assessments and reviews with service users and work collaboratively with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team. Good partnership working is essential as well as attention to detail.

Dr Sharma & Rai Practice Group is looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) / Phlebotomist to join our team across GP practice sites in Barking and Dagenham.
This is a full-time, permanent role for 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will work across different practice sites according to the rota, but will normally remain at one site for the full working day.
We are looking for an experienced primary care HCA who is confident in phlebotomy and a broad range of routine HCA duties. Formal phlebotomy training/competency certification and recent practical phlebotomy experience are essential.

Our Liskeard Community Drug and Alcohol service is looking for a Lived Experience Support Worker to join them in providing high quality recovery care to a diverse client group. As a Lived Experience Support Worker in Cornwall youll join us on a salary of £27,250 per annum pro rata (this includes a £1,000 per annum allowance). This role is permanent and part time working 18.75 hours per week.
Please note that having experienced your own journey with drugs or alcohol and being willing to use that experience to help others is essential for this position.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a Lived Experience Support Worker to join our North and East team. You will be based at our Liskeard office. This role is suitable only for candidates who have had personal lived experience of drug and alcohol issues and who are willing to draw on this experience in their day to day work. This is likely to involve disclosure of this personal experience.
We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services which include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility.
The successful candidate will work alongside Recovery Workers, using your knowledge and experience to encourage people to use the service and support them when they are not, working with individuals to achieve their goals. Using your lived experience, you will support our clients with their journey either into recovery or maintaining their recovery.
Our Lived Experience Support Workers are an active and integral part of our teams, bringing ideas and solutions so we can develop and improve our recovery communities and helping our clients to get onto the path to recovery. In your role, you will reach people through outreach, harm reduction, structured interventions and activities and will show through your own experience, knowledge and learning that change is possible.

We are excited to recruit an enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our 16-bed Higher Dependency Rehabilitation Unit (HDRU) in Doncaster, providing specialist mental health rehabilitation for adults from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The HDRU supports adults with complex mental health needs who require intensive rehabilitation within a structured, therapeutic environment. Patients typically remain on the unit for up to 12 months, working with the multidisciplinary team to develop the skills and confidence needed to progress to less restrictive settings and successful community living.
Occupational Therapy plays a central role in the rehabilitation pathway, delivering recovery-focused, person-centred interventions through meaningful occupation. Group based interventions are a key part of the role and you will be expected to plan and deliver a varied programme of occupation-focused groups alongside individual interventions. You will independently manage a complex clinical caseload using clinical reasoning to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate interventions that support recovery, independence and community living.

Main duties of the job

The Grove Medical Centre was built in 1985 to provide facilities for a comprehensive range of primary health care. It provides care to approximately 15,500 patients.
There are three partners and a clinical team of salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Health Care Assistants, as well as allied health professionals. There is an administrative and management team, including an Operations Manager and Reception Manager who support the Practice Manager and partners.

Experience
Essential
- We are looking for a confident and compassionate Independent Nurse Prescriber with substantial experience of working with people affected by drug and/or alcohol dependence.
- You will have:
- Registered Nurse status with current NMC registration.
- Independent Prescribing qualification (V300) and prescribing experience appropriate to the role.
- Significant experience in substance use treatment and detoxification.
- Strong knowledge of alcohol and opioid withdrawal and associated risks.
- Experience of clinical assessment, risk stratification and medicines management.
- The confidence to work autonomously while knowing when to seek additional senior clinical advice or escalate care.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, mental capacity, clinical risk and professional accountability.
- Excellent communication and partnership-working skills.

Job summary
To support central administration functions and departments within our administrative team, improving patient and staff experience by providing administrative support in areas where there is increased demand or where extra support will make an effective contribution to day to day running of services.
Main duties of the job
The volunteer is required to work within the list of tasks identified as follows:
Greet visitors to the department / clinic in a polite and friendly manner.
Responding to enquiries in a polite manner and ensuring an appropriate response is initiated.
Supporting staff in dealing with urgent referrals from professionals.
Reception Duties.
Answering telephones.
Making drinks for visitors and meetings.
Photocopying.
Filing.
Confidential shredding.
Delivering and collecting documents around the site.
Collation of patient packs/information.
Stocking up supplies.
Report any concerns to the Supervisor / Service Manager.
Ad-hoc administration duties required to support admin function.
