Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the South Yorkshire Service for Deaf People with Mental Health Needs working with BSL users in contact with mental health teams across South Yorkshire.
This part-time post will work alongside secondary mental health teams, Primary Care mental health teams, crisis/home treatment teams and inpatient services to provide specialist assessment and interventions for deaf people who use BSL.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work in conjunction with secondary and primary care mental health teams (including crisis, Home Treatment teams and inpatient wards) across South Yorkshire (Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield) and work into RDaSH, Sheffield Partnership and SWYT NHS Trusts. They will provide specialist mental health assessments which incorporate deaf culture and communication, and provide specialist interventions that meet the deaf person's needs.
They will also have some responsibility for delivering, developing and supporting the equality and inclusion agenda as part of the Deaf mental health service. They will have a good understanding of deaf culture in relation to mental health and/or BSL skills and/or have worked with deaf service users previously in conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Specialist in Mental Health and Deaf People.
The post holder will provide supervision to the Deaf Peer Project Support Worker.

Main duties of the job
As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical services within the HMP Chelmsford prison. Your responsibilities will include supporting the prison healthcare team, managing medication administration, and delivering effective pharmaceutical services. You'll be part of our Pharmacy Service team, accessing exclusive rewards and benefits. The working pattern is 40 hours per week spread over four days with options for part-time flexible working. Responsibilities include medication administration, providing pharmacy-related information, developing pharmacy support, and maintaining patient records. You'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and be a registered Pharmacy Technician with current GPhC membership. We are looking for a practitioner to the join our team to work alongside our primary & secondary care practitioners and wider partners to support the triage and assessment of those being referred into our service.

- To support the triage and assessments of individuals who referred into the service alongside the wider multi-disciplinary team that includes community mental health nurses, psychology, consultant psychiatrist, occupational therapists, peer support (lived experience) workers, health care support workers and housing and financial advisors.

The Assistant Psychologist will work primarily within the Community Eating Difficulties Service (CEDS), while also providing psychological support to the ARFID pathway.

To provide support to the Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT).

Main duties of the job
In this role you will support qualified / senior nurses in the delivery of direct care to clients. Clinical support workers have a vital role to play in observing client actions, interactions, reporting these in a clear concise manner. You will also work collaboratively with other Trust services to provide seamless care for clients on defined care-pathways, as well as working in partnership with agencies external to the Trust supporting client's access to services in the independent and non-statutory sector.
