Job summary
The Contracts and Administration Manager is responsible for the effective management of Practice contracts, enhanced services, performance monitoring and administrative operations.
The post holder will oversee the Administration Team, ensure compliance with NHS contractual requirements, monitor performance targets, maintain high standards of data quality and reporting, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day running of the Practice.
The post holder is accountable to the Practice Manager and Partners and will work collaboratively with all members of the Practice team, the Primary Care Network (PCN), NHS organisations and external stakeholders as required.
The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and operational management of the Administration Team and will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. They will promote a positive working environment and maintain a caring, professional and patient-focused approach towards colleagues and patients.
Main duties of the job

Contract Management and Performance
- Lead the management, monitoring and delivery of Practice contracts, Enhanced Services, Local Incentive Schemes and Primary Care Network (PCN) contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all NHS contractual obligations and service specifications.
- Monitor contractual performance and achievement of targets, escalating risks and issues where appropriate.
- Analyse performance data and provide regular reports to the Practice Manager and Partners.
- Identify opportunities to maximise contract income and improve service delivery.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all claims, returns and performance reports.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NHS contractual requirements and implement changes as required.
- Ensure relevant staff are aware of contractual obligations, targets and performance expectations.

About us The Chislehurst Partnership Partnership formed in July 2022, merging The Woodlands Practice and Chislehurst Medical Practice supporting the Chislehurst community of 24,000 patients. Both are high performing, well established GP practices in Bromley who are passionate about providing a friendly, supportive and caring medical service to our population. The Partnership aims to move into one premises in the future however for the time being we are operating from three premises all located within 1 mile radius.
Job Summary As part of The Chislehurst Partnership team, you will provide NHS primary health care to patients registered with the practice. This will also include a share of the Duty doctor rota, paperwork, prescriptions, medication reviews, results, medical reports (as appropriate), and visiting patients at their home as and when appropriate.

About us The Chislehurst Partnership Partnership formed in July 2022, merging The Woodlands Practice and Chislehurst Medical Practice supporting the Chislehurst community of 24,000 patients. Job Summary As part of The Chislehurst Partnership team, you will provide NHS primary health care to patients registered with the practice. This will also include a share of the Duty doctor rota, paperwork, prescriptions, medication reviews, results, medical reports (as appropriate), and visiting patients at their home as and when appropriate. You are expected to participate in practice activities including meetings and audits, as well as taking on a role in the development of the practice as outlined in your contract.
Primary key responsibilities
The following are the core responsibilities of the Salaried GP in delivering health services.
a. The delivery of highly effective medical care to the entitled population
b. The provision of services commensurate with the primary care contract
c. To clinically examine and assess patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective and plan clinical care accordingly referring patients to other services/agencies in a timely manner, utilising Practice and any other local guidelines

Job summary
Job Purpose The Contracts and Administration Manager is responsible for the effective management of Practice contracts, enhanced services, performance monitoring and administrative operations.
