Job summary
LOCATION: Histopathology Department, Airedale General Hospital and Bradford Royal Infirmary
Integrated Pathology Solutions LLP is an innovative joint-venture pathology service between Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust. This partnership delivers a high-quality pathology service through collaboration between three Trusts for the benefit of patient and service users.
We are looking for, full- time Medical Laboratory Assistants (Band 3) to work as part of the Histopathology Department at Airedale General Hospital and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main duties of the job
The selected candidates will undertake a period of training and supervision to enable a competent level of skill in a multitude of tasks to be achieved. These tasks will include the embedding and microtomy of tissue samples as well as the performance of special staining. The candidates will also be expected to engage in digital pathology. There will also be a requirement to support a variety of clinical personnel during tissue dissection. Further duties will include the organisation of Multi-Disciplinary Meetings (MDT) in con junction with clinical colleagues both within the department and the wider hospital. There will also be a requirement to support the referral of material to external laboratories. These duties may vary depending on the site location.
In addition to technical skills the candidates should be able to demonstrate a keen willingness to work within the team and be able to input into service improvement as needed.

Benchill Medical Practice (within Brownley Green Health Centre) is a well established, family friendly practice with a CQC rating of Good. We care for circa 10,500 patients in Wythenshawe.
The team includes a wide variety of clinical and non clinical staff roles. The practice works closely with our Primary Care Network (PCN) and local community services colleagues to provide excellent healthcare to our patients.

Job summary
The Childrens Trust supports children and young people with brain injury and neurodisability to live the best life possible. From our national specialist centre in Tadworth, Surrey, and through our community services, we provide specialist rehabilitation, education, therapy, care and family support.
Our services include:
- Specialist rehabilitation for children with acquired brain injury
- A non-maintained special school, supported by residential provision for children with complex education, health, therapy and care needs
- Community-based clinical support for children and young people with acquired brain injury
- Online information and resources for families, including our Bumps Happen hub and publications.
Our Tadworth site provides a child and family-focused environment, including residential accommodation, therapy facilities, outdoor space and specialist equipment. We work closely with the NHS, local authorities and other partners to help children transition between hospital, home, school and community life.
The Childrens Trust is also the only paediatric centre with a national specialised commissioning contract through NHS England to provide brain injury rehabilitation for children with severe brain injury. Alongside this nationally commissioned work, our services are supported through local health, care and education funding, as well as voluntary fundraising.
Main duties of the job
The role of the Specialist Speech and Language Therapist is to provide a high quality, evidence-based speech, and language therapy across the organisation, which promotes the participation, function and safe care of children and young people accessing The Childrens Trust.
Your aim is to deliver child and family focused, goal led interventions supporting those with speech, language, communication, and feeding / swallowing needs, including children and young people with a tracheostomy.
You will also be embedded in our Multidisciplinary Team, delivering training across our services, both within the Trust and beyond.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, evidence based and equitable speech and language therapy interventions for children and young people attending The Childrens Trust in partnership with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Devise suitable, individual, plans that fit within the childs daily routine, whether to be carried out by parents or members of the Multidisciplinary team; these should be monitored, evaluated, and adjusted appropriately according to the needs of the child.
- Facilitate involvement of family and carers in the rehabilitation process, including day-to-day therapy sessions, and the handing over of practical skills and care.
- Be an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for assessment, treatment and planning for an allocated caseload of children/young people.
- Be a key point of support and advice for the speech and language therapy team and Multidisciplinary team.
- Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and / or appointments, as required.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, evidence based and equitable speech and language therapy interventions for children and young people attending The Childrens Trust in partnership with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Devise suitable, individual, plans that fit within the childs daily routine, whether to be carried out by parents or members of the Multidisciplinary team; these should be monitored, evaluated, and adjusted appropriately according to the needs of the child.
- Facilitate involvement of family and carers in the rehabilitation process, including day-to-day therapy sessions, and the handing over of practical skills and care.
- Be an autonomous practitioner with responsibility for assessment, treatment and planning for an allocated caseload of children/young people.
- Be a key point of support and advice for the speech and language therapy team and Multidisciplinary team.
- Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and / or appointments, as required.

Main duties of the job
1. To provide a high standard of care to any patient for whom you have clinical responsibility. We are looking to recruit a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to lead the multi-disciplinary team in Wandsworth, clinically supervising a mixture of nurses and recovery workers who provide assessments, care planning, treatment and support to people with drug and alcohol issues to promote health, independence and recovery. The team also works with volunteers and peer mentors to enhance the offer.
Main duties of the job
To undertake clinical and management responsibility for the nurses and recovery workers in Wandsworth Community Drug and Alcohol Service and have an operational overview on the day to day running of the service. This will include ensuring the service is safe and effective, delivers on all performance targets and achieves positive outcomes with clients.
The Team Leader will as part of a senior management team oversee the on-going development of recovery focused and evidence based interventions in order to meet the needs of a group of service users with multiple complex physical, psychological and social needs across Wandsworth. It is vital that the post holder has effective leadership skills, can implement and manage change, has a proactive approach to communication and is skilled in developing links and maintaining partnership arrangements with other services across the borough, as well as within the Consortium.
About us
This is a Consortium partnership comprised of We Are With You, St. Mungos, CDARS and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) with SLaM being the lead agency in this model. This is a cross borough contract since 1st April 2020 with shared leadership and specialist roles as well as local core services.
RWCDAS provide an excellent and first class range of drug and alcohol treatment options to residents of the two Boroughs. Our services are busy and dynamic, with a strong recovery focus. We currently operate a core site in Wandworth and Richmond plus various satellites including in primary care. We in-reach to local hospitals, offer street outreach, and work closely with local stakeholders including social care and mental health. We also have a comprehensive online offer.
The core Wandsworth service is based on St John's Hill, about a ten minute walk or a few bus stops from Clapham Junction train station and shopping area. Also close to Wandsworth Town and Southside shopping centre, we are well served for food, social and retail venues.

The Childrens Trust supports children and young people with brain injury and neurodisability to live the best life possible. From our national specialist centre in Tadworth, Surrey, and through our community services, we provide specialist rehabilitation, education, therapy, care and family support.

Our Tadworth site provides a child and family-focused environment, including residential accommodation, therapy facilities, outdoor space and specialist equipment. We work closely with the NHS, local authorities and other partners to help children transition between hospital, home, school and community life.
The Childrens Trust is also the only paediatric centre with a national specialised commissioning contract through NHS England to provide brain injury rehabilitation for children with severe brain injury. Alongside this nationally commissioned work, our services are supported through local health, care and education funding, as well as voluntary fundraising.
Main duties of the job
The role of Highly Specialist Physiotherapist is to provide specialist physiotherapy to children and young people accessing The Childrens Trust Rehabilitation Therapy Service. You will lead in delivering high quality, outcome focused interventions through evidence-based interventions and safe care, in order to promote function and participation in home, school and family life.

We are excited to advertise for 2 x General Adult Consultant to join us working in inpatients at The Harbour, Blackpool. The post is substantive and full time (10 PAs).
You will be expected to participate on the Consultant On Call rota, for which additional remuneration is payable.

Post 2; 18 bedded female acute ward (Stevenson)
Both posts have SAS Doctors and Resident Doctors established.

The Harbour MH hospital is a state of the art unit based just off junction 4 on the M55. The M55 connects with the M6 and tends to be a really quiet connecting motorway, with rarely any delays. The Harbour is 2 mins from Junction 4 off the M55.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a leading member of the well-established, in-patient, multidisciplinary teams based at the Harbour and will have the following important clinical responsibilities:
o Responsible Clinician for a defined caseload.o Assessment of patients referred by the community teams and responsibility for any of admissions at the Harbour Hospital.o Out of Hours Cover.
Applicants should hold full GMC registration and be included on the Specialist register of the GMC or they should be eligible for entry to the Specialist Register within 6 months of the interview date.It is a requirement that applicants are Section 12 Approved at the time of commencing employment and have or are eligible to have Approved Clinician Status. The Health Centre is located just off Junction 4 of the M65 providing easy access to the Motorway networks

4 GP Partners, a management team, 2 Salaried GP's, 2 Clinical Pharmacists, 1 Pharmacy Technician, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 1 Mental Health Practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses. 1 Assistant Physician and 3 Healthcare Assistants; all of which are supported by an effective and professional administrative team who have been provided with a high standard of training which includes workflow optimisation, care navigation, medication support and customer care.

Job summary
The Department of Neurosurgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital is advertising for a Locum Paediatric Consultant Neurosurgeon.
The Locum Consultant will be working within Neurosurgery as a member of a multidisciplinary team that includes colleagues from different professional groups, including trainees in neurosurgery, fellows in paediatric neurosurgery, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Trainee Nurse Practitioners. The Locum Consultant will work closely with colleagues in the Brain Directorate and other specialities at Great Ormond Street Hospital to deliver care for their patients and support related services within Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will share in the responsibility for providing emergency and elective neurosurgical care. He or she will also be involved in delivering the Paediatric spine, Cranio-cervical junction. The expectation is that the post holder will undertake to be on call for emergency neurosurgical care on a 1 in 7 basis.
