Job summary
Would you like the challenge of working in a busy forward thinking Outpatients department, The Outpatient's department at Queens Hospital supports a wide range of specialities including Gynaecology, ENT, General Surgery and all types of Medical clinics.
We offer the opportunity to participate in all the clinic specialities and encourage staff to learn new skills. The clinics themselves offer many different interventions and procedures and the department has a complete colposcopy suite which runs procedure clinics daily.
We need a candidate who is willing to learn and keen to develop their career in an outpatients setting and in return the successful candidate would be supported in their career development in each area of the specialities we facilitate and would also have the opportunity to participate in our interventional clinics
Main duties of the job
This role would ideally suit a Staff Nurse who can support a range of clinical specialties, contributing to the delivery of an effective, efficient and responsive outpatient service.
You will have excellent communication skills and a flexible attitude which will assist you in managing numerous issues pertaining to patients, their safe and efficient journey through the department as well as liaising with Multi-disciplinary Teams.
You must be committed to delivering high quality of care and be able to work as part of a team. The ability to prioritise your workload and liaise confidently with staff from all disciplines is essential.
You should have evidence of relevant ongoing professional development and possess or be willing to work towards an appropriate degree.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Procurement Specialist within the Procurement Department at our Trust.
The post holder will be part of the Clinical Procurement team, embedded in the Strategic Procurement team who undertake a pivotal role in delivering significant value and cost improvement in a creative, strategic and innovative way relating to commercial income and expenditure contracts in order to assist the Trust and wider Foundation Group in meeting its financial targets and objectives, alongside safe and effective patient care delivery.
Main duties of the job
Main duties consist of working with the procurement team, nurses and other clinical staff to identify products where quality can be maintained or enhanced and costs can be reduced in line with the model hospital, productivity and efficiency.
Working with the Clinical Procurement Nurse Lead, you will support the delivery of specified clinical procurement projects, within agreed timelines,requiring the specialist knowledge and skills provided through professional registration, either in nursing/ midwifery or other qualified health care professionals.

Are you a passionate Dietitian looking to make a real difference to the lives of children and families? We are seeking an enthusiastic HCPC Registered Dietitian to join our friendly Community Paediatric Dietetic Team, delivering specialist nutritional care across Luton and South Bedfordshire.

You will work within our friendly Paediatric team delivering both virtual and face to face clinics to a varied caseload and deliver group sessions to families.
The role includes training to other health care professionals, covering subjects such as cow's milk allergy and feeding difficulties. In addition, you will also be involved in supporting the Food First team on the appropriate prescribing of Paediatric nutritional products.
Previous Paediatric experience is desirable but not essential, we may consider a candidate who can demonstrate a willingness to build on existing dietetic skills.
The successful candidate would be joining an experienced Paediatric team who would provide regular clinical supervision.

Main duties of the job
Assist the Head of Quality Assurance in the safe and effective delivery of quality assurance and associated systems in order to meet the requirements of key external standards and assessments including those undertaken by the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Act as a link between the corporate quality assurance function and the care groups supporting compliance with CQC standards.
Support the overall delivery of the quality governance toolkit through the development and implementation of procedures, policies, and processes across the Trust.
Attend the monthly Policies and Procedures Group to offer support and guidance on behalf of the Quality Assurance team.
Attend Specialty/Directorate Quality and Safety meetings as required.
Investigate and analyse issues arising from all types of Quality data including mortality, incidents, audits, LERNS and external reports and escalate any issues and trends to relevant stakeholders and forums.
Develop quality governance guidance, toolkits and other support materials and interpret and translate regulation into an understandable format for all Trust staff.
Develop and maintain effective systems to ensure appropriate evidence is available to support external monitoring such as CQC, HSE, Peer reviews, accreditations National Confidential enquiries (NCEPOD), and other national and local requirements.

Main duties of the job

Job summary
Due to the continued expansion of the Single Point of Access team to include the RDaSH Neuro rehabilitation services. The Physical Health and Neurodiversity Care Group is looking to appoint highly motivated and enthusiastic call handlers within the team.
Full time (37.5 hours).
Successful candidates will be supporting a large number of multi-disciplinary services, including mental health, physical health and neurodiversity. Successful candidates would be required to work a variety of shifts covering a 24 hour rota to ensure effective service delivery.
Enhancements in pay are provided for unsocial and weekend working. This is primarily an office based role at Doncaster Tickhill road hospital site, with the option for home working once trained.
Main duties of the job
As the first point of contact for our service users and other professionals, you will need to have excellent customer service skills and a helpful and friendly approach.
It is important that you are able to work effectively in a fast paced office environment, handling large volumes of telephone calls, some of which may be challenging and emotive . You will need to be flexible and adaptable to the varying demands and changing circumstances and priorities of the services. Communication and team working are essential qualities to succeed in this role.
You should be able to use a PC and standard software packages including Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel. SystmOne experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Desirable requirements for this post are a good standard of education (5 GCSE's including Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent), experience of working in a call handling environment or previous experience of working in the NHS would be advantageous.

We are delighted to offer an opportunity for the correct candidate to join our Children's Community Speech and Language Therapy Team in South East Essex. The post is for a full time, permanent, Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist to manage two Southend based community clinic caseloads with a built in opportunity to develop your specialist skills in the area of Cleft and VPI under the guidance of the service's Highly Specialist SLT for cleft/VPI.
The EPUT Children's SLT service is a supportive and experienced team who work closely together to meet to the communication, eating and drinking needs of children and young people aged 0 - 19 in the local population.
We have a strong clinical supervision model and provide opportunities for career development through skill mixing and regular reviews of training needs for staff linked to the service's delivery priorities.
We have a very experienced team of SLT assistants who support qualified staff to deliver strategy demonstration sessions to families and setting staff alongside strong administrative support.
This role would suit an experienced Band 6 paediatric Speech and Language Therapist looking to develop specialist skills and experience in the areas of Cleft and VPI or an experienced Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist looking to move into a Band 6 role.
Main duties of the job
To manage two Southend based community clinic caseloads as an autonomous practitioner with the support of the wider EPUT Children's SLT team members, including working with preschool and school aged children with speech, language and communication delay/disorders
To work with local mainstream schools as a link SLT to provide support/guidance and demonstration of strategies for an allocated number of settings
To support provide one to one clinical supervision for less qualified staff in the team (e.g. a SLT assistant)
To develop specialist skills in the area of Cleft/VPI under the direct supervision of the Highly Specialist SLT for Cleft/VPI

An opportunity has arisen for a Support Medical Secretary to join our team within the Children in Care Team of the Children and Families Division.Based at St Stephens Centre, Birmingham, This is a permanent post of 37.5hrs per week.
This interesting role requires the ability to work well on your own initiative whilst being committed to teamwork. This position also requires good communication skills and the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment. You will responsible for the provision of a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service in respect of Children in Care clinics for a team of Community Paediatric Doctors.
Duties will include audio typing, handling telephone calls, liaising closely with Doctors and Administrative colleagues and organising correspondence around clinic appointments. The typing of confidential, complex and often sensitive clinical reports is also an integral part of the role.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner.
Main duties of the job
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including transcription, document preparation, correspondence management, and general office administration.
- Act as a key point of contact for patients, parents/carers, clinical teams, and external services, handling enquiries and maintaining effective communication.
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments, clinic bookings, diary management, and clinic-related administrative processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, case notes, and documentation in line with organisational standards and data protection requirements.

Job summary
The Lead Nurse Colposcopist role provides senior specialist clinical leadership within the colposcopy service and is responsible for supporting the safe, effective and timely delivery of care for patients referred through the cervical screening and suspected cancer pathways. The Division of Gynaecology provides a wide range of secondary and tertiary level gynaecology services across 5 sites currently: Saint Mary's Oxford Road Campus (ORC), Hospital, Wythenshawe Hospital, Trafford General, Withington Community Hospital. Services and at North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH) are being integrated into the MCS following a transition period after the formal acquisition of these services in April 2021.

Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a large Primary Care Network?
We are seeking an energetic PCN Operations Director to drive PCN delivery and patient outcomes, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Primary Care Network.
This is a highly visible, active role, working side-by-side with our Clinical Director, PCN Board and practices. You will be a process-driven leader who can turn strategy into smoothly running daily operations.
Main duties of the job
You and your team will provide essential operational oversight and ensure seamless delivery against NHS contractual requirements and the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service (DES).
You will also manage the complex logistics of our expanding workforce under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS), ensuring strong HR compliance, recruitment, and staff retention.
Financially, you will take ownership of the PCN budget, maximising income streams from the Network Contract DES, monitoring claims, and ensuring transparent financial reporting back to member practices and the Board.

Job summary
The Senior Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) implementation programme by providing high-quality analytical insight, reporting solutions and data expertise.
Working as part of the Trust's intelligence and analytics function, the postholder will support analytical workstreams aligned to clinical and operational domains, developing a deep understanding of services, pathways and organisational data to design and deliver meaningful intelligence products.
Main duties of the job
Analytical Support & DeliverySupport and coordinate analytical work across clinical and operational areas, developing understanding of services, pathways and performance. Work with stakeholders to identify key questions and translate into reports, dashboards and investigations. Provide analytical advice to support decision-making and service improvement, building effective relationships across teams.
Reporting & AnalysisDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports and data models (e.g. Power BI). Analyse complex data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities, presenting findings clearly to a range of audiences. Support consistent use of metrics and performance frameworks.
Data & Systems UnderstandingDevelop knowledge of Trust data systems including EPR, PAS and operational databases. Support data integration and contribute to development of reporting aligned to modern data platforms (e.g. FDP).
EPR SupportAssist with EPR implementation, including testing, validation and maintaining reporting continuity during transition.
Insight & ImprovementUndertake analysis of performance, demand, capacity and patient flow. Support improvement work through clear insight and evidence.
Governance & QualityEnsure compliance with information governance and support data quality improvement.
