Job summary
Are you an experienced Mental Health professional wanting to work within a supportive specialist CAMHS team?
Will you thrive working within a multi-disciplinary system to provide a high quality mental health service to young people in Berkshire?
This is an exciting opportunity to join our specialised Berkshire CAMHS Link team as an Advanced Mental Health Practitioner. This is an 18 month fixed term contract post for 22.5 hours per week. The post is based at Erlegh House in Reading and will support delivery of high quality trauma informed systemic care to children and young people across Berkshire.
The role requires a confident and experienced mental health professional who can demonstrateboth experience of working with and a genuine interest in the health and wellbeing of children and young people with complex needs. They will be well organised, have excellent communication and clinical leadership skills, and be familiar with the demands and working environments of Social Care, Health, Education and other partner agency settings.
You will need to have a recognised professional registration and demonstrable experience working within Children and Young People's mental health services.
Main duties of the job
- To deliver a high-quality trauma-informed mental health service to children and young people across Berkshire.
- To deliver interventions that are systemic in nature and develop the professional family network to support them to work therapeutically with the young people in their care.
- To provide specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions, offer consultation on children's care to non-clinical colleagues and to other, non-professional carers, working within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
- To work in a trauma informed way. This means facilitating and collaborating in multiagency formulation meetings, devising multiagency intervention plans and offering ongoing supervision and coaching to professionals so that interventions are therapeutic, streamlined and developmentally appropriate for the young person.
- To utilise research skills to contribute to audit, policy and service development and research. To propose and implement policy changes within the area served by the team

We are looking to recruit a committed patient focused Therapeutic Radiographer to come and join our friendly team here at the Worcester Oncology Centre.
As a band 5 radiographer you will rotate throughout the department including the pre-treatment (CT) area.
Where are we? We are based in a new bespoke purpose built building on the Worcestershire Royal Hospital site, with beautiful views of the Malvern Hills and the Cotswolds. Worcester is a thriving city on the banks of the River Severn, close to areas of outstanding natural beauty. We have close links to the M5; Birmingham, Cheltenham and Bristol are all within easy reach.
Who are we? We are a small friendly team of approximately 35 radiographers. We have 3 Elekta Linacs, 2 of which are capable of 4DXVI as well as a superficial unit and a Cannon wide bore CT scanner as well as Raystation planning system on which youll carry out Vsim planning. We are paper light utilizing Mosaiq which is shared with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire.
We strive to ensure that all patients are treated in a supportive and calming environment. As a result, we offer excellent facilities for patients including Radiographer led clinics as well as site specialist radiographers.
2026 will be an exciting year for us with the start of our full equipment replacement program as well as the installation of SGRT.
We provide placements for undergraduate students from Birmingham City University.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a Radiography team under the supervision of Senior Radiographers in the planning and delivery of radiotherapy treatment using highly specialist equipment. Providing information, education, practical and emotional support to patients and carers during their radiotherapy episode.
The department provides clinical placements for student radiographers and the post holder will be expected to participate fully in the training and mentoring of students.

The overarching responsibility of the Maternity support worker is to assist the
multidisciplinary team with caring for women, babies and their families throughout theirmaternity journey, working under supervision and within agreed guidelines andprotocols when providing care to women and their families (HEE, 2021).The Band 3 Maternity support worker uses additional skills within focused aspects ofservice delivery to enhance the service offered to women and their families; workingalongside, but under the guidance of, practitioners at all levels from across themultidisciplinary team including, but not limited to: obstetricians; midwives;ultrasonographers; physiotherapists and advanced nurse practitioners (HEE, 2021).
Main duties of the job
To provide advice as appropriate within own sphere/limitations of practice. To provide care that ensures the care, dignity and comfort of women. Implement packages of care with families, which include providing assistance/advice regarding feeding, hygiene, safety and support the establishment of parenting skills. Maintain clear, accurate, legible and timely written documentation in women's maternity records, observing and reporting any changes in a woman's condition to the Midwife To follow the area safeguarding guidelines and to be aware of adult and child safeguarding issues. Make referrals to other agencies as appropriate following consultation with the designated Midwife. Perform relevant observations, i.e. pulse, blood pressure, adult pulse oximetry, temperature, body mass index measurement and urine testing. Supporting women with mental health. Ability to provide a wide range of parent education appropriate to service need. Participate in general cleaning and housekeeping duties within acute/community settings. Obtain patient bloods, collect and deliver a range of samples ensuring full and accurate labelling following counselling and obtained consent by registered professional in accordance with Trust policy. Be able to respond calmly in an emergency situation assisting the midwife with obstetric and neonatal emergencies. Have an understanding of the procedures to summon clinical and ambulance support.

Neuro Rehab Team
The Neuro Rehab Team work across in-patient, community and out patient settings to provide specialist, evidence-based Neuro rehab to patients following stroke or other neurological diagnosis. Whilst on rotation within the service you will work with an innovative and dynamic team who continuously review models of delivery to provide services that optimise rehab opportunities for our patients.
Community Team

12 month Fixed term position, full time.
This new and exciting role is central to reducing restrictive interventions and implement the reducing restraint network principles of care. You will provide a BILD accredited certified training that reduces the use of restrictive practice (examples include MAYBO, NAVIGO etc) .
The postholder will play a key role in promoting the health, safety and welfare of the Trusts employees and patients.
You will promote patient comfort and minimise the risk of injury through the promotion of strategies and techniques.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Digital Developer, you will develop and deploy world-class Digital services, application software and database services according to NHSBT corporate business plan using the most appropriate tools and technologies from those approved by the Head of OTDT Product Centre. Your responsibilities will include:
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for all NHSBT and in-house applications.
- Research emerging technologies, products, and tools, highlighting opportunities and advantages to the Head of OTDT PC and wider team.
- Maintain and improve existing applications by gathering requirements, identifying enhancements, and facilitating workshops.
- Support the Head of OTDT PC in developing NHSBTs digital and development strategy, aligned with organisational goals and values.
- Promote analytical and technical skill development through training and guidance for OTDT PC and NHSBT staff.
- Advise on and support procurement, implementation, and management of third-party systems, working with suppliers to ensure effective integration with NHSBT systems.

The post holder will have a service wide remit to support services to deliver excellent palliative and end of life care throughout In-Patient Unit (IPU) Community Services (CNS Team) and the Day services/ Wellbeing services. Bassetlaw Hospice is a newly commissioned provider of palliative and end of life services. Whilst Bassetlaw Hospice has been open for over 30 years, the service has been delivered through Nottinghamshire Healthcare Trust for the past few years, but it is now an independent charity run service with partial funding via the ICB
Bassetlaw Hospice, Retford, North Nottinghamshire has 6 inpatient beds supported clinically by established Advance Clinical Practitioner roles.It also provides clinical nurse specialist support to the community as well as day therapy and outpatient clinics. Main duties of the job

As a member of the Specialist Nutrition Support Nurse team, you will work closely with the dietetic team, and, as well as collaborate with the wider MDT and stake holders, to deliver high quality patient centred care for patients requiring artificial nutrition.
Main duties of the job
As a band 6 Specialist Nutrition Support Nurse you will work within the team to provide a specialist nutrition support nurse service for patients aimed at continually improving standards of care and facilitating a multidisciplinary team approach.
You will participate in the nurse management of patients receiving artificial nutrition support via enteral feeding, utilising both gastrostomies, jejunostomies, nasogastric and nasojejunal routes, as well as supporting patients through the HPN (Home Parenteral nutrition) referral process, and provision of venting gastrojejunostomy support for some of these patients.
Working with the team you will ensure the nutritional needs of patients are met, providing counselling, tube training, tube placement/replacement, follow-up/aftercare for patients receiving artificial nutrition support, this includes supporting the gastrostomy drop clinic in conjunction with the nursing team.
You will work alongside the specialist nutrition support nurse team in the development and delivery of education and training programmes for health care professionals in the Trust and at regional level on nursing related nutritional care.
You will be an active member of the wider Nutrition and Dietetic team, and an active role model for the service. Within this role you will work closely with the wider MDT and external agencies to ensure national nutritional performance and clinical standards are met.

Job summary
The successful candidate will have experience of working in acute or community mental health and be able to contribute to the assessment, implementation and delivery of high-quality therapeutic mental health patient care within the Home Treatment Team. Main duties of the job
As a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP), you will be involved with opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions, benzodiazepine reductions, alcohol and opiate detoxifications and relapse prevention medications. You will also provide support for health care assessments, administering detoxification medication for clients, administering pabrinex , completing alcohol and opiate detoxification assessments, providing Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening and vaccinations and will work closely with mental health, physical health and social care services. Youll also help to create a collaborative approach that links Turning Point ever closer to outside professionals and agencies.
You will attend a local prescribers meeting, one to one clinical supervision and national prescriber/clinician meetings which will also support your learning and continuous professional development. Full training and supervision is provided from our Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Lead. You will have a real opportunity to help shape service delivery and contribute to delivering clinically excellent services.

Based on our combined Acute and Rehabilitation Stroke Unit, you'll work as part of a dedicated specialist therapy team comprising Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Rehabilitation Support Workers, led by a Consultant AHP.

You'll work closely with an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while supporting patients and their families through every stage of recovery. Based on our combined Acute and Rehabilitation Stroke Unit, you'll work as part of a dedicated specialist therapy team comprising Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists and Rehabilitation Support Workers, led by a Consultant AHP.
Together, we deliver specialist assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation in line with national stroke guidelines. Our purpose-built rehabilitation space, specialist equipment and daily therapy groups enable us to provide high-quality, intensive rehabilitation tailored to each patient's needs.
You'll work closely with an experienced and supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate, patient-centred care while supporting patients and their families through every stage of recovery. Alongside your clinical role, you'll have opportunities to contribute to service development, quality improvement and innovation, with access to regular clinical supervision, CPD and structured professional development.
A specialist Neurorehabilitation Service

This advert is specifically for Band 6 Midwives who are post preceptorship and have clinical experience and will be able to commence within the next 3-4 months.
You'll work autonomously across Delivery Suite, Antenatal, Triage, and Postnatal Wards, delivering safe, holistic, evidence-based care. Youll role model best practice, support junior colleagues, and promote high standards across our service. Youll also have access to a dedicated retention midwife to support your ongoing development.
