Person Specification
Experience
Essential
- You're a qualified physiotherapist, with HCPC registration by the time you join us. But we'd like to know a little more than what's on your certificate.
- You care about people. You're interested in their stories, what matters to them, and the everyday things they'd love to get back to doing.
- You listen properly, explain things clearly, and know that sometimes encouragement is every bit as important as the exercise.
- You're curious, keen to learn and comfortable saying, Could you give me a hand with this? Nobody arrives knowing everything, and we don't expect you to.
- You're reliable, thoughtful and happy to contribute to a team. You bring ideas, celebrate other peoples wins and understand that good rehabilitation takes patience, creativity and sound clinical judgement.
- An interest in neurological physiotherapy and complex rehabilitation is essential. Experience is welcome, including from placements, but you don't need a CV as long as a treatment plinth.
- Whether you're newly qualified, returning to practice or ready for your next chapter, bring your kindness, curiosity and personality. We'd love to meet the person behind the CV.
