Main duties of the job

Dedicated 40-minute daily clinical discussion timeclinicians meet over coffee to discuss cases, share knowledge, and support one another. Its a built-in opportunity to collaborate, learn and reflect every single day.

Our Offer
4 Sessions Mondays and Tuesdays
Starting salary £11,000 per session, uplifted after successful completion of 3-month probation
Capped workload with 26 appointments per day
40 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro-rata)
One week study leave per year in line with BMA guidance

The role will be based at:

Main duties of the job
As a Salaried GP, you will:
- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Undertake face-to-face, telephone and online consultations.
- Assess, diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
- Prescribe safely and in accordance with national and local guidance.
- Make appropriate referrals and work collaboratively with community and secondary care services.
- Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using SystmOne.
- Participate in the practice's clinical governance, quality improvement and multidisciplinary team working.
- Contribute to the practice on-call rota (shared once per week).
- Support teaching, mentoring and service development where appropriate.
