Evelina Community Occupational Therapy have the opportunity to recruit topermanent and part time Band 6 posts.
The Evelina Community Children's Occupational Therapy Service is an integral part of specialist services that provides care to the population of Lambeth and Southwark. Main duties of the job
The post holders will have the opportunity to work across our community sites with Evelina Community OT team based at Sunshine House Child Development Centre in Camberwell, Southwark and Mary Sheridan Child development Centre, Kennington, Lambeth.
The successful applicants will be working within a large team of community children occupational therapists that support services to the Evelina community population in Lambeth and Southwark and will also be an integral part of the experts@hand multidisciplinary team supporting SEND reforms across these two boroughs.
You will have the opportunity to see children 0-19 across a range of conditions such as complex physical disabilities, Autism, Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD), and deliver blocks of assessment and therapy intervention within the service model.
Within our service we use the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance and Engagement (CMOP-e) to guide our clinical reasoning and practice- keeping a clear focus on occupational outcomes.

Main duties of the job
The position we are recruiting to will be part of the Intermediate Care therapy team , the team consists of Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists as well as Therapy Assistants. The successful candidate will be expected to rotate across the bed base units and Discharge to assess beds provision to ensure the needs of the service are met. The successful candidate will work as part of a health and social care multidisciplinary team comprising of medics, pharmacists, social workers and nurses.
Candidates will have recent and relevant post registration experience and an interest in elderly rehabilitation in an acute and community rehabilitation setting. They should also be able to evidence recent self-directed learning and development.
Candidates will need to be able to travel to meet the needs of this post and will therefore need access to a vehicle for work.
The post will provide an excellent opportunity for individuals that enjoy working as part of a close multi-disciplinary/multi agency team. We value regular appraisal and supervision and ensure personal and professional development opportunities are available.

This is a full-time position consisting of 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week, but candidates wishing to work part-time or in a job-share are encouraged to apply. St Marys Hospital has a newly opened Children's' Emergency Department within the main ED footprint, with a high dependency area, majors and minors' areas which are staffed 24/7 by a Paediatric nurse.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to participate in teaching of nursing staff, junior doctors and final year medical students
Undertake professional development and participate in audit, ensuring all clinical governance areas are met.
Undertake annual appraisal for revalidation purposes
1.5 SPA per week are committed to continuing professional development, as necessary. Additional SPA is applicable for agreed recognition of professional activities.
Substituting in an emergency for absent or ill colleagues and undertaking in exceptional circumstances irregular commitments outside normally rostered duties.

Energy is a substantial portion of our carbon footprint and our budget.
We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to join a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
As the Energy Manager you will be professionally, technically and managerially responsible for Energy Management.
The Energy Manager will also be responsible for regulatory schemes such as UKETS, grant applications and coordinating EPBR compliance such as DECs and EPCs.
The Trust's Utility budgets total circa £20m in FY 2025/6. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day energy management of these utilities with a focus on utility cost, consumption, carbon reduction and recharging the Trust's tenants supported by the Energy and Carbon Data Officer.
The Trust's Energy Manager will have lead responsibility in providing specialist expertise on all aspects of, energy and water management, be responsible for undertaking energy surveys, inspections, development and delivery of action plans, plant surveys, preparation of design and specifications.
The Trust currently has a Combined Heat and Power plant that is managed as an Energy Performance Contract with guaranteed savings and KPI penalties. This role would oversee that contract, to ensure contractual obligations are delivered.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the department for full time, ACC qualified, Senior Clinical Coders, with enthusiasm and motivation to join our extremely busy Clinical Coding Department. The post holder will have responsibility for the clinical coding of all acute specialties, by abstracting clinical data from the patients records and translating it into diagnostic (ICD10) and procedure (OPCS) coding classifications.
With a flexible approach to work, the post-holder will work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines. The Trust operates an Agile Working Policy, offering both on-site and remote working opportunities.
A good knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology is essential as is a good standard of education..
The post involves some interaction and collaboration with clinicians in all specialties, ensuring that procedures and diagnosis are correct and agree with national standards.
This role requires an organised approach to the workload and the ability to work in avery busy environment where a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail andexperience of working to tight deadlines is paramount.
There is the facility to work from home for a period of time, via remote access.
Successful applicants that hold the ACC qualification can expect a '10%' uplift in addition to their Band 5 salary.
Main duties of the job
The accuracy of clinical coding activity is vitally important for secondary care Trusts, not only to secure the correct income but also to inform decision making regarding the future of clinical services. Coded activity is also used by secondary users within the NHS, Government, and external bodies, who produce statistics such as standardised mortality rates which monitor clinical outcomes and key quality indicators.
The post-holder will be responsible for the clinical coding of inpatient and day-case episodes across all specialties provided at Barts Health hospitals.
The post involves liaising with clinicians and clinical teams on a regular basis to verify data recorded in patient case-notes and on electronic systems.
The post holder will contribute positively towards the development of the novice clinical coders, will act as mentor to and assist in the training of less experienced coders.

Job summary
We are excited to recruit to the role of Primary Care Mental Health Practitioner (Band 7) in Hertfordshire's Primary Care Network (PCN) covering the following GP surgeries in the Hatfield area:
Potterells Medical Centre
Burvill House Surgery
Lister House Surgery
Wrafton House Surgery
The role will involve travel between the PCN sites as well as travel to HPFT sites for things such as mandatory training.
You will work alongside other clinicians within the PCN as part of a multidisciplinary team.
You will need to be able to work autonomously to triage, assess, case manage and discharge a patient without referral to a GP where appropriate.
You must be able to advise on medications, and prescribe within scope of practice, identify needs, formulate and triage risk, order investigations and refer on to secondary care services where necessary.
You will act as a first point of contact in primary care. You will accept referrals for triage via agreed routes within the PCN. You will offer rapid and autonomous 'first contact' assessment and promote early treatment by supporting people directly into appropriate mental health pathways across both the statutory and voluntary sectors and will provide short term interventions on the telephone, via video link options, at the surgery or in the person's home where appropriate.
Main duties of the job
You will provide mental health assessment and brief interventions to service users in GP surgeries.
Your tasks will include early triage, assessment, treatment, risk management, identifying and dealing with safeguarding concerns as well as contributing to case discussions and service-related meetings across the adult mental health primary care pathway ensuring good links with secondary care services.
You will provide medication advice and prescribe within specified scope of practice.
You will coordinate the time limited care of primary care-based service users delivering integrated care which takes account of social care needs. You will be someone who enjoys adapting and learning as you contribute to embedding this new role into primary care.
You will also take a leading role for service innovation and development in primary care mental health. Grey Gable Surgery is a multi-disciplinary team with two GP directors. We are a GP training practice based in Inkberrow Worcestershire. The practice has easy access to Worcester, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Evesham and Pershore.

Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time forward thinking and motivated experienced and IP qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our North Connect PCN in Northwood on a 18 month fixed term contract.
The role will be based at Mountwood Surgery.
The successful candidate will work at Mountwood Surgery developing this role closely supported by the GPs. They will be part of a group of Clinical Pharmacists under the guidance and supervision of a delegated clinical supervisor.
The role will suit a forward-thinking, innovative and enthusiastic clinical pharmacist who is able to work collaboratively across the team. If you are adaptable, self-motivated and organised, possessing the necessary qualities and skills for this post, we look forward to hearing from you.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and run processes for repeat prescription authorisation, management of medicines on transfer of care and systems for safer prescribing. They will work directly with patients to assess and treat conditions, manage long-term conditions as well as promote self-care.
Skills required:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a pharmacist

You will be using our industry leading marketing automation systems to build, test, and send compelling email, SMS, and push message communications to new and existing donors. Main duties of the job
This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on the life-saving and life-enhancing work of our team. In this role you: Transmit session information via bespoke NHSBT systems (such as the National Contact Database, Media Database) and to the Leaflet Drop provider. Place orders for Door Drop Leaflet delivery with the external provider working within a given budget and checks invoices against orders and signs for payment. Assists the broader Direct Marketing team in producing, briefing and proofing cross channel marketing campaigns Check invoices against orders placed and signs off for payment. Present information to the Direct Marketing Channel Manager and manage upward communications. Communicates through a broad range of means to internal contacts and external providers. In liaison with Regional Donor Marketing Operations teams, target new contacts for the National Contact and Media databases. Produces timely and accurate session support data for the Direct Marketing Channel Manager, covering activity types and levels against results.

Job summary
This post is for 8 Programmed Activities (PAs) per week to work within the Medical Oncology Colorectal Disease Group mainly based at The Christie site at Withington and one day based at Leighton.
Main duties of the job
The medical oncologist appointed will work with the colorectal team to provide a comprehensive clinical service for colorectal patients. This includes patients in the outpatient, inpatient and ambulatory settings, delivering Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and providing Medical Oncology input to the Colorectal MDT including a clinic at Leighton.
Main Duties include:o Management of colorectal patients receiving standard & clinical trials including treatment decisions and ongoing care
o Participating in all relevant aspects of clinical governance, including maintaining up to date protocols, guidelines and clinical audit, under the supervision of the other consultants in the unit
o Contribute to current research projects and establish new opportunities to expand & develop research within the team
o Revision & development of evidence-based protocols for patients & undertaking the administrative duties associated with the care of their patients
o Maintaining a level of continuing professional development consistent the recommendations of the Royal College & Physicians
o Contributing to undergraduate teaching of medical students
o Actively contributing to the training of resident doctors & other multi-disciplinary team members in both in-patient & outpatient departments

Cygnet have been providing a national network of specialist mental health services for more than 30 years. They provide neuropsychiatric services to people with neurological conditions, mental health issues and behaviour that challenges in 7 different sites across the United Kingdom.
Main duties of the job
Your Day-to-Day
At Cygnet Paddocks, you will be overseeing the psychology service and providing supervision to the on-site psychology team at Cygnet Paddocks, comprising of a qualified psychologist and two assistant psychologists.
The unit uses a positive behaviour support model, with ABC charts and incident management systems in place to support the functional assessment of behaviour. There will be opportunities to carry out cognitive assessment, neuro-rehabilitation, capacity assessment, risk assessment and psychological therapy.
Cygnet has 8 neuropsychiatry services across the country, each of which has at least one qualified psychologist/neuropsychologist on site. Psychologists at these sites form the national neuropsychology team. The national team has monthly governance meetings to discuss best practice guidelines, support standardised practice and share clinical cases. There is a consultant neuropsychologist already in post within the national neuropsychology team.
The national neuropsychology team have a variety of training in skills in areas such as forensic psychology, trauma therapy and EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Some members of the team are being supported to complete Qualification in Clinical Neuropsychology and are currently undertaking the knowledge component.

Cygnet Paddocks: Cygnet Paddocks is our specialist Neuropsychiatric rehabilitation service for men. The service provides a dedicated care pathway for men affected by acquired brain injury or neurological conditions, where behaviours that challenge are the overarching impairment to recovery and rehabilitation.
The service opened in June 2024. The individually designed wards replicate the well-established rehabilitation and treatment pathways already successfully offered by Cygnet in other Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation services; facilitating a clear and distinctive care and treatment pathway led by an all-encompassing in-house clinical and medical team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Senior Heart Failure Specialist Nurse in the Sirona Community Heart Failure Service.
We are looking for a motivated and passionate clinician to join our team.
Our community-based specialist service works to improve outcomes for patients living with heart failure. By working as part of a wider Multi-Disciplinary Team we strive to deliver best evidence care that is individualised for our patients. We work closely with our partners in Primary and Secondary Care, providing early treatment intervention and supporting the transition from hospital to community management. The service also offers an advice and guidance to other Health Care Professionals across Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire.
There will be a requirement to work across BNSSG to meet service delivery, but we look to deliver clinical caseload elements of the service within geographical locations with bases currently within Bristol and North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
This role is open to clinicians currently working at Band 7 level looking for a change in role, or as a career development opportunity for Band 6 clinicians. All applicants should have experience working within cardiology or heart failure pathways.
Main duties of the job
- To work in partnership with individuals, families and carers, using a range of assessment methods as appropriate
- To use specialty expertise and decision-making skills to inform clinical reasoning approaches when dealing with differentiated and undifferentiated individual presentations and complex situations
- To Provide clinical leadership, expertise, education and clinical supervision to immediate team members and other individuals across the organisation and system
- To develop and implement policies, protocols, standards of care and guidelines in line with national and local policy within the team and specialty policies for the wider organisation.
- To be able to communicate complex patient related information effectively to ensure collaborative working with MDT members and with MDT colleagues across health and social care sectors to ensure the delivery of a co-ordinated multidisciplinary service
- To manage a clinical caseload of patients within the heart failure service pathway
