We're looking for experienced and compassionate Paramedics and Nurses to join our clinical team within the Integrated Contact Centre (ICC) as 999 - Clinical Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role at the heart of urgent and emergency care.
As part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Monitor live 999 calls handled by Emergency Call Takers (ECTs)
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure safe and appropriate patient outcomes
- Use your expertise to make real-time, dynamic clinical assessments
- Apply evidence-based decision-making supported by advanced clinical software
This role offers a rare chance to use your clinical judgement in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly impact patient safety and the effective flow of urgent care services across the NHS.

Main duties of the job
- Work within a team as an autonomous practitioner, providing high-quality clinical telephone triage using decision-support systems
- Assess incoming symptom-based calls and determine urgency and priority.
- Provide evidence-based clinical advice and support onward referral within the NHS.
- Communicate clinical information verbally and via technical links effectively with healthcare partners to ensure seamless care.
- Contribute to achieving national ambulance standards and local performance targets.
- Participate in team meetings and work with managers to maintain strong performance.
- Engage in monthly call audits and ongoing self-reflection.

Rugby Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to work across our 12 GP Practices in the Rugby area, under the supervision of the Practice-based Clinical Pharmacists. Job summary
This is 5.33PA post for a Consultant in Palliative Medicine at the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.
The Palliative Medicine department provides specialist medical input across a broad range of settings, including acute and community hospitals (Royal Berkshire Hospital, West Berkshire Community Hospital and Wallingford Community Hospital), the specialist inpatient unit based at Duchess of Kent Hospice, and community services in Berkshire West and South Oxfordshire. The post holder will share clinical and managerial leadership within the Palliative Medicine service with the present consultants. An office base with a laptop computer, smartphone, and secretarial and administrative support will be provided.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Responsibilities:
1. To provide, with colleagues, a Palliative Medicine service in inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
2. To provide second on-call cover for the Palliative Medicine service on a 1 in 7 rota. On-call is Category A with a 5% on-call intensity supplement.
Management Responsibilities:
1. Active participation in monthly clinical governance meetings within the department.
2. Participation and involvement in meetings and other business in the Palliative Medicine service.

We have brand new opportunities for Healthcare Assistants to join our mobile team at multiple sites nationwide.
We are ideally seeking individuals with prior experience in a healthcare environment however this is not essential as full training will be provided.

The post holder will contribute to the provision of the investigation and management of patients with rheumatological diseases in the North Cumbria Health Community. (to include both acute hospital sites)
In conjunction with and on instruction from Rheumatology specialist nurse(s) and/or Consultants, they will assist in providing nursing intervention, care, advice (lifestyle, disease management), support and education to those including patients diagnosed with rheumatological conditions, their carers, families, General Practitioners, practice nurses, district nurses and ward teams.
Responsible and accountable in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care for this client group, the post holder will actively contribute to the development of Rheumatology services across North Cumbria (to include both acute hospital sites) particularly for this client group.

This service supports those across Essex with mental and physical health needs achieve and retain good quality paid work. This builds on a long track record and reputation at EPUT for helping to make a difference to people's lives through promoting sustainable employment that improves mental and physical health and brings wider community benefits.
The service is called Connect to Work and the main focus is to work alongside primary and community healthcare providers who will be the main referrers into the service and deliver high quality support to help those referred to gain and sustain in paid employment.
Due to funding, one vacancy (4 days/week) can be filled immediately after pre-employment checks are complete and the 2nd vacancy (2.5 days/week) can start on 1st April 2026. More detail will be given at interview.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to help people with mental and/or physical health needs to access employment.
You will be involved in helping people decide on their employment goals, setting and achieving goals, including support with job searching, applications, interview skills and providing ongoing in work support after they have found work.
We are seeking individuals who are person-centred and positive in their outlook, have a 'can do' attitude and enjoy the challenges of helping people to overcome any barriers to finding work. You must have strong communication skills and confidence in order to build up relationships with all relevant stakeholders including local employers and businesses. You will be required to directly engage with a range of stakeholders (e.g. DWP, Job Centre +, voluntary organisations, training providers etc.) but especially local employers in order to create opportunities for service users and to challenge stigma and discrimination that can at times be associated with mental and/or physical health needs and employment. You will also be meeting and working with individuals and organisations in their local community
