An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical/counselling Psychologist to join Hounslow MHST. We are looking for a passionate practitioner, who is keen to support an innovative early intervention team that provide direct interventions for mild-to-moderate low mood, anxiety and behaviours that challenge, into schools; as well as wider whole school approach interventions, such as group work, workshops, wellbeing assemblies and classroom interventions.

Our team has grown significantly over the last two years, and we place a lot of emphasis on wellbeing and creating an environment where people want to stay and develop. We have a lot of positive feedback from staff about the team, and continue to value their contributions and feedback to further support the development of the team.

As part of our commitment to supporting the development of our staff and creating an environment that people want to work in, we offer good CPD opportunities e.g. the team have accessed a three-day autism training and practitioners attend CYP-IAPT Supervisor course, Decider programme, Leadership course. You will be supported to maintain your professional registration and will have access to high quality support/supervision and be part of a wider network of psychologists and psychological professionals.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you may be balancing clinical, supervisory, leadership and service development duties.

The main focus is to:

Lead on and directly provide comprehensive assessment, risk management and interventions for children and young people experiencing emotional and mental health difficulties.

Offer one to one and group interventions

Offer Clinical Supervision to team members, which may include Assistant Psychologists, Trainee Clinical Psychologists, and trainees or staff in other psychological professions e.g. CBT trainees, and wellbeing practitioners

Work with school staff and cultures to develop school environments that are more conducive to supporting better emotional health and wellbeing.

Work with parents/carers to raise awareness of the mental and emotional wellbeing needs of children and young people and strategies to protect and promote these.

Take part in meaningful service development and improvement projects for the team

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Psychologist or Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the newly established Community Forensic Learning Disabilities and Autism Team within West London Forensic Services. Two full-time posts are available.

West London NHS Trust provides forensic mental health services across secure inpatient, community and court diversion settings. Serving eight boroughs in North West London, the Trust also delivers nationally commissioned secure services. West London Forensic Services has been selected by NHS England to develop an innovative model of care supporting the discharge and community reintegration of people with learning disabilities and/or autism from secure forensic settings.

As part of this specialist team, you will support a highly specialised psychology service for people with learning disabilities and/or autism who have a forensic history and are living in the community or transitioning from secure care. Under the supervision of a qualified psychologist, you will undertake psychological assessments, contribute to formulations, and deliver direct and indirect interventions.

You will also contribute to teaching, training, audit and service evaluation. Main duties of the job

Job summary

West London NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacy Technician to join the Integrated Care Pharmacy Team based at Clayponds Hospital. You will work closely with pharmacists, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective and timely access to their medicines. Main duties of the job

We are excited to announce 11 training CWP posts in West London Trust across Hammersmith and Fulham, Hounslow and Ealing Community CAMHS and Mental Health Support Teams. Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated psychologist/psychological therapist with an enthusiasm for working in inpatient services to join the Inpatient Psychological Therapies Service at the Hammersmith and Fulham Mental Health Unit. The post is based on our female acute ward, where the psychological service is well-established and valued. Across the unit there is a commitment to trauma-informed and formulation-driven care.

You will join a welcoming psychology team, consisting of clinical psychologists, CBT therapists, arts therapists and psychotherapists. We also host placements for first-year and third-year trainee clinical psychologists and MSc students. Continuing professional development and career progression is a service priority.

We warmly encourage applications from both experienced and newly qualified practitioners. The post is available as a Band 7 developmental post or Band 8a depending on experience. Successful candidates appointed at Band 7 will be provided opportunities and support to progress to the Band 8a role upon successful completion of a preceptorship programme.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for the provision and governance of a full and comprehensive psychological service for a female acute ward. They will provide direct care to service users and their families offering assessment, formulation, and brief evidence-based interventions.

They will work collaboratively and proactively with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe, equitable and trauma-informed approach to care. The team's psychological understanding will be supported and developed through teaching, training, team formulation, consultation, and supervision. This will involve the postholder contributing to the implementation of RAID, a psychological approach to working with behaviours that challenge, and supporting the introduction and implementation of stabilisation skills. Both of which are part of our service priorities on reducing restrictive practice and trauma-informed care.

Facilitating reflective practice, providing de-briefs after serious incidents and other supportive interventions for staff wellbeing are an important and rewarding part of the role.

We work in a very person-centered way and people with learning disabilities and their families are at the center entre of what we do. To achieve this, we carry out joint assessments, share our professional knowledge and work in partnership with key parts of the local health and care system.

You will provide direct clinical assessments, formulations interventions to individuals and will have active support from the principal Lead Clinical Psychologist.

In 2021, the service was nationally recognised and received a 'highly commended' accolade from the National Pharmacy Awards. In 2022 we reached the finals at the National Learning Disability and Autism Awards and later that year received the Trust's 'Outstanding Clinical Team of the year. More recently in 2025, we were recognised for 'Outstanding Patient Experience' from our Speech & language therapists and nationally, from the 'Beyond Words' charity for the 'Most Inspirational Outcome'. In May 2026, the service received the local 'Team of the Month' in recognition of the outstanding work we undertake.

Main duties of the job

Work as an integral member of the Learning Disability Team, holding responsibility for a designated caseload of adults with learning disabilities who present with complex mental health, behavioural, neurodevelopmental and emotional needs. Positively advocate for the rights, inclusion and wellbeing of people with learning disabilities, addressing health inequalities and improving access to statutory, voluntary and community services.

Provide highly specialised psychological assessment, formulation and evidence-based interventions tailored to individual cognitive, communication and sensory needs. Ealing NHS Talking Therapies was one of the first Talking Therapies services to launch in 2008, and is one of the three services provided by West London NHS Trust. We are a large team of over 70 members of staff and are currently working on further expansion. Our main base is in Ealing where we have access to over 16 clinic rooms and two open plan offices. Main duties of the job

The post holder will join the Tier 3 NDLD Team and carry out specialist assessments of children and young people with complex mental health presentations, documenting outcomes and providing formulation, diagnosis and recommendations for interventions. They will offer individual, family and group systemic therapy interventions, including risk management.

The successful applicant will work alongside other family therapists in a family therapy clinic and hold an individual caseload. You will receive regular clinical, professional and management supervision, with support to develop supervisory skills in readiness to supervise Band 7 Family & Systemic Therapists. We offer in-house and external training opportunities, e.g. Narrative Therapy, NVR and CYP-IAPT, and specialist placements through links with local family therapy training providers.

CORA works closely with other services to improve the experience of Autistic young people in crisis. The work is varied and includes direct work with young people, family and carers, liaison with Tier 4 and specialist services, consultation and training with community services, and service innovation and design.

Main duties of the job

This role combines clinical work, consultation and training, alongside opportunities for QI / service development. At this time, we are particularly looking for a candidate to lead on the community based offer in the CORA team. The postholder will also have opportunities to provide supervision and support to trainees and junior staff.

The role would be suited to someone who is passionate about delivering a high quality psychology service with young people and families, as well as an interest in supervision, and working with multidisciplinary and multi-agency colleagues on some of the challenges facing mental health services for children and young people.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Clinical Health Psychology and Neuropsychology team. The department is based at Charing Cross teaching hospital and provides services to the Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (ICHT).

This post has been created as part of the continued development of the ICHT stroke services, which builds on our existing input into the Hyperacute and Acute Stroke Units. You will join two existing stroke psychologists to further develop the psychology input into the stroke wards.

Main duties of the job

This post provides opportunities for service development, staff consultation and training, and research and audit, as well as for direct clinical assessment and intervention. While the majority of the role involves inpatient work, the post offers the opportunity to be involved in an innovative outpatient follow-up clinic, which affords opportunities to provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and/or psychological interventions.

There are strong links to psychologists working in other parts of the stroke pathway including on a specialist neurorehabilitation ward, in community neurorehabilitation teams, and in outpatient settings, which provides opportunities for collaboration and shared learning. There is an active departmental CPD programme to support learning.

Main duties of the job

Main duties of the job

You will support the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems across a large, secure healthcare estate, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and responding to reactive repairs. Working in accordance with HTM-06 guidance, statutory regulations, and Trust procedures, you will inspect, test, fault-find, and repair a wide range of electrical equipment and infrastructure to ensure systems remain reliable and compliant. You will assist with the completion of maintenance records, support contractors when required, and maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and tool control. The role requires strong technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will communicate effectively with colleagues and service users, providing a professional and customer-focused service while contributing to the continuous improvement of the estate.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible occupational therapist to join an exciting cross trust rotation in West London covering community services in rapid response, short term rehabilitation, falls, neuro rehabilitation dementia, home first , discharge hub, wheelchair services and mental health.

This is an ideal opportunity for new graduates, those who are qualifying in the next 3 months or current Band 5 occupational therapists looking to build on their experience within a supportive, friendly environment. It will give you an excellent feel for how modern health care is delivered in different settings across the Borough of Hounslow.

Band 5 Rotational Occupational Therapists receive regular supervision with senior clinicians, Preceptorship meetings , monthly OT meeting and rotation specific training as part of the band 5 competency programme.

Main duties of the job

Each rotation is for 6 months however the post holder may be required to rotate at an earlier or later date depending on service need.

To manage own caseload, assess plan and implement and evaluate interventions using evidence based/best practice, working towards patient centred goals in the context of the speciality and as part ofthe multi-disciplinary team.
