Job summary
Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the lead provider for perinatal services for the Yorkshire and Humber provider collaborative. There will be a further bed expansion to the existing and only mother and baby unit in Yorkshire and Humber, which will allow for inpatient care to be provided for mothers and their infants closer to their home. The mother and baby unit provides acute inpatient care for women and their infant (from 32 weeks of pregnancy up to 12 months postnatal) who are suffering from a moderate to severe mental illness.
Main duties of the job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual(s) to join our innovative, dynamic and forward thinking perinatal mental health referrals management service. The post holder will attend CPA meetings for service users placed out of area and in acute mental health wards. Experience of triaging referrals and liaising with professionals would be advantageous for the role.
