Job summary
Applications are invited for Clinical Fellow posts within the Emergency Departments at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and Wrexham Maelor Hospital, two of the major acute hospitals within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
These exciting roles offer the opportunity to gain broad and varied experience across Emergency Medicine, Acute Medicine and inpatient services, while working within supportive and experienced multidisciplinary teams. The posts will include ward-based responsibilities alongside participation in the Emergency Department and Acute Medical Unit out-of-hours rotas.

Main duties of the job
These posts are based across Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and Wrexham Maelor Hospital, providing opportunities to work within busy and dynamic Emergency Departments that deliver high-quality patient-centred care.
With approximately 60,000 attendances each year, our Emergency Departments offer a diverse case mix that will keep you clinically challenged while allowing you the time to provide compassionate, holistic care to your patients. As active Trauma Units within the regional Trauma Network, we deliver modern trauma care and play a key role in the management of seriously injured patients.
You will work alongside an experienced and supportive team of Consultants, SAS Doctors and junior medical staff, supported by a highly skilled nursing workforce and an expanding team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners. This collaborative environment provides excellent opportunities for learning, mentorship and professional growth.
The successful candidates will contribute to the delivery of high-quality clinical care while developing their skills in the assessment, investigation and management of emergency and acute medical presentations.

This is a well established, high performing team delivering compassionate care in the community to adults who suffer from mental health problem. You will be working in a team that is diverse in background, highly motivated, friendly, agile, flexible and responsive.
The post-holder will provide effective and timely care within a multidisciplinary team setting for working age adults who present with functional mental health problems who are residing in the London Borough of Enfield.
The post holder will carry a defined caseload and will work closely with other members of the team, including Psychologists, Medical professionals, Social Workers, Nurses other Health & Allied professionals to ensure that the best quality of care is provided.

Main duties of the job
The duties of the Specialty Doctor in ED will be predominantly clinical. However, there will be involvement in the teaching and support of junior staff. The post holder will be supported in their professional development, will gain excellent clinical experience, and would be especially but not exclusively of interest to anyone considering undertaking Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration (CESR). Additional sessions can be arranged at mutual convenience and scope exists for flexible working and individualised job planning subject to service needs. There will be a requirement to work a variety of shifts on the rota which compromise of day, afternoon, evening, twilight and night shifts.

Job summary
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic individual within the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.
This is a locum consultant post, fixed term for 12 months in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, based at Tunbridge Wells Hospital pending a substantive appointment. This post is in response to the expansion of maternity services and supporting our Urogynaecology services. The candidate will be expected to integrate within the team of existing Consultants and to provide a complete Obstetrics and Gynaecology Service.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will work at both sites of the Trust, providing emergency and on-call cover. We have a weekday hot week on call between 8 am and 6 pm.

Applications are invited for the post for a Full time Consultant gynaecological oncologist surgeon to join our gynae oncological team. To provide a robust and resilient service for women with gynaecological cancers, for patients presenting with ovarian, cervical, endometrial, vaginal and vulva tumours. If you are skilled, compassionate surgeon specialising in gynae oncology procedures we invite you join our dynamic team here at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.
We are looking for a skilled experienced surgeon with a passion for radical ovarian cancer surgery.
The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team of Surgeons, Oncologists, Histopathologists, Radiologists, specialised nurses, as part of the gynae oncology team at MTW. The appointee would work closely with the existing team to provide and further develop Radical Ovarian Cancer Surgery. The appointee will work closely with consultant colleagues, advanced nurse practitioners and cancer nurse specialists to deliver high quality outpatient services. There is a separate monthly colposcopy MDT and weekly gynae oncology MDT. The role will include weekly gynae oncology clinic and colposcopy clinic.
You will be part of the Surgical Specialties and Endoscopy Directorate which comprises of Breast, Urology, Gynae oncology, Vascular services, Upper GI, Lower GI and Endoscopy.

Main duties of the job
All clinical services provided by the Trust are managed on a cross-site basis. Clinics and surgery are predominantly undertaken at Maidstone Hospital.
This is a tertiary centre post that provides comprehensive management of Gynaecological cancers. The successful candidate must have completed gynae oncology sub speciality training to be appointed.
The 4 substantive Consultants offer a full repertoire of Gynae oncological procedures including:
oRobotic surgery
o Minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.

Main duties of the job
You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will also need to hold a qualification in Medical Ultrasound and must be competent to undertake the scan and report it independently. Further education is encouraged, including support to attend relevant courses to maintain personal and professional development to meet service needs.
This post will be to cover trust wide.
You may also need to travel between Trust premises as required for the performance of your duties. You may also be expected to work at any of the trust sites. The Trust would consider making reasonable adjustments to the role, if necessary, to enable a disabled person to undertake the role.

Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Consultant Paediatrician to join our evolving Children and Young People's Gender Service (CYPGS). This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a multidisciplinary, holistic service supporting children and young people experiencing gender-related distress.
The post holder will play a key role in delivering specialist paediatric assessment and care, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including psychology, psychiatry, nursing, and allied health professionals.
