Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Dietitian in Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust to join the Dietitian adults in Princess Alexandra Hospital. You will be responsible for providing nutritional support to patients and/or carers with Upper G.I. and Head & Neck tumour sites, supporting their nutritional needs throughout their treatment and care. You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, managing and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred nutritional care and ensuring appropriate dietary management is provided to meet individual clinical needs.
Main duties of the job
As a Specialist Dietitian, you will be responsible for contributing to Upper GI and Head & Neck tumour site pathways, including attending relevant MDT meetings and providing dietetic input as part of the patient pathway. You will also be responsible for delivering a dedicated Dietetic Oncology telephone clinic, enabling patients to access follow-up and advice.

Job summary
The role is a 1-year fixed term opportunity (or possible secondment) with the aim of securing further extension into a permanent role with the successful implementation of the service. The service offers a consistent, evidence-based therapeutic intervention to young people presenting with high-risk behaviours including self-harm, suicidal ideation, and emotional dysregulation. The primary aim is to reduce inpatient admissions and A&E presentations, support timely transitions from inpatient to community settings, and enhance the long-term emotional wellbeing of young people and their families. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality, structured fully comprehensive DBT-A programme, including individual therapy, multifamily group skills training, telephone coaching and active participation in the weekly DBT consultation team. They will work closely with other DBT therapists, CAMHS colleagues, crisis teams, schools, Tier 4 providers, and other community stakeholders to ensure effective engagement, risk management, and continuity of care for young people accessing the pathway.
Main duties of the job
The role includes contributing to the coordination and implementation of the DBT-A model within a multi-disciplinary framework, providing specialist DBT assessment and intervention, supporting trauma-informed care planning, and offering consultation and training to professionals across the local system. The post holder will also support the ongoing development and evaluation of the DBT-A service through audit, clinical outcome monitoring, and quality improvement activity. Additionally, this is a newly established role to contribute to our growing service and opening our Family Connections Programme. Family Connections is an evidence-based program developed by BPD Alliance for family members and loved ones supporting someone with borderline personality disorder (BPD) traits or chronic emotion dysregulation. Family Connections blends education, practical skills, and peer support to help participants better understand what their loved one is experiencingand to respond with greater confidence, clarity, and compassion. The post holder will be expected to take part in facilitating our Family Connections programme. Working within professional guidelines and the DBT model, the post holder will demonstrate a high level of clinical autonomy, and will actively contribute to maintaining governance, supervision standards, and the overall fidelity of the DBT-A model.

- To provide specialist DBT assessments for young people presenting with complex emotional needs, drawing on structured interviews, self-report measures, behavioural observations, and collateral information from families, schools and professionals.

- To provide specialist DBT assessments for young people presenting with complex emotional needs, drawing on structured interviews, self-report measures, behavioural observations, and collateral information from families, schools and professionals.
- To facilitate our Family Connections programme and help with the development of this new programme.

Our Initial Response Service (IRS) is a centralised, triage-led function designed to provide a single point of access for urgent mental health referrals, bringing together the elements of 111 Mental Health Option, Crisis and Home Treatment pathways. It is responsible for receiving, screening and clinically triaging referrals, ensuring service users are directed to the most appropriate service in a timely and safe manner. The model supports rapid decision making, prioritisation of risk, and coordination of responses, including escalation to face-to-face crisis assessment where indicated. The service aims to reduce duplication across services, and deliver consistent performance against response standard.

Main duties of the job
You will use your communication skills to engage with individuals who may be distressed, providing reassurance, clear information and support, while working closely with clinical teams and partner services to ensure the right care is delivered at the right time.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional clinician with strong clinical experience to be a family therapist in the Children and Young People's Gender Service (North West). We are a Phase 1 Provider of Gender Services provided in partnership by Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
As the family therapist in the service you will lead the family therapy clinic and provide specialist assessment and therapeutic interventions to children, young people and their families. You will have protected time specifically for family therapy. The role will also include liaison and engagement with a range of partnership agencies to ensure an integrated and coordinate care plan is provided. Experience of providing supervision to clinical practitioners will also be essential to this role.
Successful candidates will have a passion for delivering safe, high quality and effective services to children and young people and will be a strong communicator, committed and well organised, with the ability to work effectively as a senior clinician in a multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibility and is able to organise and prioritise their workload.
Good communication skills are essential and we are looking for an individual with a passion to work in a team delivering key interventions to working aged adults.
This role will support administration of the patient bank and shop and administration across the inpatient service within the forensic division. Working hours between 08:00 - 16:00 Thursday & Friday.
Main duties of the job
The Banking Senior Administrator supports the Forensic Division by managing patient monies, property and petty cash processes, ensuring compliance with Trust policies, procedures and financial governance requirements. The post holder maintains accurate financial records and provides financial and administrative support to enable patients at Humber Centre and Pine View to safely access and manage their personal funds. The role also supports the delivery of the Patient Shop service, providing operational cover for the Patient Shop Supervisor as required to maintain service continuity and meet patient needs.
Facilitates patient access to finances held by the Trust. Facilitating safe storage for monies and property for patients. Maintaining accurate digital records of patient finances. Ensuring that any patient withdrawals are recorded live and the electronic system is live and up to date. Stock management and ordering of items for patient shop using the NHS National Procurement framework. Manages petty cash within the division ensuring Trust policies and procedures are adhered and where necessary escalating any deviation through agreed channels.

Job summary
The post holder will work within University Hospitals Bristol and Weston and be responsible for providing an efficient and effective secretarial service for clinical teams within specialities across the Trust. The role acts as a point of contact and help to support colleagues and other members of the team. The Medical Secretary is therefore responsible for setting high standards of patient care by promoting the Trust's values at all times.
Main duties of the job
Communication:
- To liaise with and act as a point of contact for patient, clinical and non-clinical staff via telephone and email
- Escalate patient queries, capacity problems and general issues the role's line manager of relevant clinical staff as appropriate
Patient Care:
- To show a caring and professional approach towards patients, relatives and carers. This may require acting with resilience to deal with sometimes distressed patients and relatives
Organising and Planning:
- Ensure patient records are up to date and maintained
- To carry out associated clerical duties, for example maintaining accurate filing systems, receiving post, diary management and scanning patient notes if required
Service Development:
- Attend training courses as required to support personal development and the needs of the service
- Assist in training of new members of the team
Information Resources:
- To type, edit and proof-read clinical letters, general correspondence and reports using the Trust's clinical noting system, ensuring thatcorrespondence is dispatched within the Trust's target turnaround times
- Use the relevant computer systems to accurately input and retrieve patient information, updating patient demographics where necessary
Other:
- Act with flexibility to utilise skills in other functions if and when appropriate or required by the role's line manager
