Join an exciting new service that launched on 1 September 2026 and help people regain confidence and independence at home.
We are looking for caring, motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our new countywide Home First service as Bank Home First Assistants. Working directly with people in their own homes following hospital discharge, you will play a key role in supporting recovery, promoting independence and helping people achieve what matters most to them.
As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalised care and reablement, undertake assessments, review progress and support individuals to regain everyday skills and confidence. You will work closely with therapists, nurses, social care colleagues, families and carers to ensure people receive the right support at the right time.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives while being part of an innovative service designed to help more people remain safely and independently at home.
There is a wide range of shift patterns available between the hours of 7am-10pm. Roles are available at multiple sites across Gloucestershire, including Gloucester, Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Stroud and the Cotswolds.
Main duties of the job

- Work alongside experienced nursing and multidisciplinary teams

Essential Requirements

Job summary
A great opportunity has arisen to join the Pharmacy Team at Barts Health as our Pharmacy Medicines Purchasing for Safety Lead, based at The Royal London Hospital with cross-site working. This role is central to ensuring safe, compliant and resilient medicines procurement across the Trust.

The Vaccination Assistant will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering a safe and effective service for the mass delivery of vaccinations.

Main duties of the job
The Vaccination Assistant will undertake both routine and specially identified tasks for which the post holder has been trained and assessed ascompetent.
The post holder:
- Will play a proactive role in collecting, investigating, verifying and recording a high standard of patient demographic data.
- Accurately record the vaccination record on the relevant IM&T system in real time to ensure that patient records are accurate and to avoid potential clinical risks inherent with inaccurate patient records.
- Will undertake effective forward planning to ensure the administrative needs of the service are met and must carry out a range of effective administrative processes to support the delivery of high quality patient care.
- Will be responsible for prioritising and managing their own workload with minimal supervision.

We are delighted to be able to provide an opportunity to an ambitious and motivated colorectal clinical nurse specialist to focus on patients whom have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer.
The successful applicant will be the key professional supporting a caseload of patients and their families throughout their colorectal cancer journey and specifically at diagnosis, surgery and subsequent treatments. The CNS will often be the first professional to inform the patient of the cancer diagnosis so excellent knowledge of the disease, colorectal pathway and advanced communication skills are essential.
The role also demands excellent leadership, clinical, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to collaborate closely with all members of the multidisciplinary team both in and outside the Trust.
You will manage your own nurse led clinics and provide a high standard of care to all patients who attend your practice.
You will be joining a highly collaborative and well established colorectal nursing team and a proactive, solution orientated approach is essential.
Main duties of the job
Work cross site to support patients who have been diagnosed with colorectal cancer or are suspected to have colorectal cancer.
Requesting appropriate investigations in line with current guidelines
Develop the service to become more streamlined and efficient in a modern NHS
Collaborate with management, finance and IT to ensure clinics are set up efficiently and appropriately to align with other services
Formulate written information to provide to the patient groups

Main duties of the job
While this role is predominantly office-based and following the completion of the induction training, we operate a structured rota that includes planned opportunities to work from home, where service needs allow.
The postholders will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to clinicians from a range of professional backgrounds. Key duties include audio typing clinical reports, managing appointment bookings, and maintaining accurate records using electronic systems.
You will also be a vital first point of contact for service users and professionals, both by phone and in person. A calm, friendly, and professional manner is essential, along with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively.
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

This static Band 5 Physiotherapy opportunity is to work across the Stroke Wards at East Kent Hospitals University Foundation NHS Trust.
Currently the role is based at the Kent & Canterbury Hospital but is expected to relocate to the William Harvey Hospital in the coming years
The successful applicant will be expected to work across the stroke hyperacute and acute stroke wards which consists of 50 stroke beds but increasing to 54 bed once moved to the William Harvey Hospital. It is an opportunity to develop your clinical skills in this specialist area with the support of an experienced and passionate colleagues.
We offer CPD support and learning opportunities across our wider stroke and neurology workforce. We also encourage all staff to be research active and offer opportunities to be involved in clinical audit, service improvement and innovation.

Main duties of the job
Upon joining us we will support you through your probation and your preceptorship year and will we guide you through your onward development as a Physiotherapist. You will receive regular clinical supervision and training opportunities as well as the opportunity for band 5 peer support sessions.

- To assess and treat patients, providing holistic Physiotherapy intervention as an autonomous practitioner within Scope of Practice

To provide a comprehensive, highly specialist clinical and forensic psychology service within the National High Secure Healthcare Service for Women (NHSHSW). To provide highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention as well as offering advice and consultation regarding service users' psychological care to other members of the clinical team. To utilise research skills for audit, policy and service development and research within Rampton Hospital.
The post-holder will provide a highly specialist psychological assessment and therapy service to female service users within the NHSHSW. The post-holder will offer advice and consultation on psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues, working autonomously within professional guidelines and the Hospital's policies, procedures and service priorities.
The post-holder will participate fully in multidisciplinary clinical teams, at times leading them. They will develop knowledge and skills in general aspects of forensic clinical psychology and the assessment and treatment of service users who are legally detained as 'mentally disordered' and experience a range of complex mental health difficulties. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Barnsley Facilities Services (BFS) at Barnsley Hospital as a Technician within the Decontamination Services Team. The role includes collecting equipment from theatres and departments, and carrying out disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, packing, and sterilisation of reusable medical devices, including flexible endoscopes. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training and support will be provided to complete a Level 2 Apprenticeship, including the IDSc Technical Certificate, leading to progression into a qualified Technician role.
The shift will do 14:0022:00 Mon to Fri, with alternate Saturdays and possible on-call duties. A permanent contract may be offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship. Applicants invited to interview must bring Maths and English GCSE certificates.
Main duties of the job
In this role you will undertake decontamination science duties and assist (under supervision) the workforce of Decontamination Technician Supervisors, in providing a specialised decontamination of medical devices service contributing to the clinical care of the patient.
You will:
-Carry out the receipt, disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, packing and sterilization of reusable medical devices within the ISO 13485:2016 and UK MDR 2002. --Record all tasks in the Healthcare Science Information Systems (tracking and tracing) database.
-Ensure all instrument sets are assembled in accordance with the sets contents lists and sterilized to laid down procedures. To ensure sterile goods are provided to all users, both internal and external, as and when required.

Job summary
The Service Manager will manage a complex programme of interdependent projects across more than one Business Unit to ensure development of financially affordable solutions to capacity and quality constraints in Leeds Childrens Hospital, based at Leeds General Infirmary. Leeds Childrens Hospital covers 27 medical and surgical specialties and is one of the largest specialist childrens hospitals in the country. We have over 20 inpatient wards, employ over 800 nurses and last year held over 170,000 outpatient appointments and treated over 25,000 surgical patients both electively/non-electively. Leeds Teaching Hospitals is currently embarking on one of the largest and most high-profile investment, transformation and regeneration programmes in the City and the wider region. Its Building the Leeds Way Programme aims to transform healthcare for patients in Leeds and the wider region. The investment Programme include the construction of two new hospitals at the Leeds General Infirmary (LGI) site one for adults and the other a brand state of the art Childrens Hospital for Leeds and the surrounding region.

You will be working full time, an average of 42 hours per week (12.25 hour shifts - days and nights), making a positive difference at Cygnet St Augustine's.
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and SundayWeek 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Cygnet St Augustines is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Main duties of the job
To support the Oral Surgery and or Community Dental Service.
Oral Surgery:
- Set up for Oral surgery procedures including Biopsies, Botox injections and Wisdom tooth/teeth removals.
- Support patients and clinicians throughout.
- Provide post operative instructions to patients as directed.
Community Dental:
- To assist clinicians and patients with complex needs chairside.
- To book appointments, all aspects of support to patients and clinicians.
- To assist with General Anaesthetics at Hospital sites.
