We are looking for a Domestic Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for patients, visitors and staff. Working as part of our team, you will carry out cleaning duties across clinical and non-clinical areas, follow infection prevention and control standards, use cleaning equipment safely, maintain cleaning records and support the delivery of a high-quality domestic service.
You will be self-motivated and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining the current high standards to provide an excellent service for patient care and provision of meals, for a 7-day service.

Main duties of the job
To perform domestic duties e.g. mopping, dusting, hovering in all parts of the hospital or other Trust establishments and surrounding areas as required.
To maintain the required standard of cleaning service using the correct procedures and frequencies.
Clean some non-medical electrical equipment i.e. televisions.
Flush all water outlets on a daily basis and record when completed.
Ensure the correct use of mechanical cleaning equipment including floor polisher.
Ensure own cleaning stock is maintained.
Complete cleaning schedules on a daily basis.

We are recruiting for Bank Catering Assistants at Ludlow Community Hospital. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are reliable, flexible, well organised, self-motivated, have good interpersonal communication skills and are able to work effectively alone and as part of a team. You will help prepare and serve meals, maintain high food hygiene standards and support the smooth running of the catering service, ensuring patients receive a high-quality dining experience. Main duties of the job
- Ensuring a good standard of quality control during preparations, cooking and despatch of food. This will include documentation of the process in accordance with a safe food system.
- To prepare special diets.

- Responsible for practising good hygiene in regard to all aspects of the working of a catering department and including the maintenance of a good standard of personal hygiene
- Assisting with the washing/drying up at lunch time.

Main duties of the job
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives and visitors to the Ward and must demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Working as part of the Ward Team the post holder will be required to give efficient clerical support to the nursing staff on the Ward. Their responsibility will include filing notes, requesting notes, admitting patient on our system, and arranging follow ups.
Applicants must also have a good standard of education, be adaptable and have good organisational skills. A professional telephone manner is essential to receive and respond courteously to all telephone enquiries regarding patient care.
Previous Ward Clerk experience and knowledge of the Patient Administration System (WPAS) is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Intravenous Administration Service (CIVAS) in Leeds as a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse. This rewarding role involves delivering IV therapies, including antimicrobials, diuretics and antivirals, to patients in their own homes and clinic settings, supporting early discharge and reducing hospital admissions. You will work as part of a small, experienced and supportive team, managing your own caseload while maintaining regular communication with colleagues. Your day-to-day work will include travelling across Leeds, carrying out patient assessments and administering treatments safely in community environments. The service operates 7 days a week between 8am and 7pm, with shifts of 8am4pm and 11am7pm. This is a 37.5-hour permanent post requiring flexibility, independence and strong organisational skills. Main duties of the job
As a Community Staff Nurse within CIVAS, you will deliver specialist IV therapy care to patients across Leeds in both home and clinic settings. You will undertake comprehensive, holistic patient assessments to ensure care is safe, effective and tailored to individual needs. Your responsibilities will include the safe administration of intravenous medications, insertion and management of peripheral venous cannulas, and monitoring and maintenance of vascular access devices. You will also carry out blood sampling and observe patients for therapeutic response and potential complications, taking appropriate action where required. Working autonomously for much of the day, you will manage a defined caseload, planning visits efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to clinical standards and protocols. You will liaise closely with hospital teams, specialist services and colleagues within CIVAS to ensure continuity of care. The Catering Department at Bronglais Hospital is currently looking to recruit a Cook to join a large team of individuals within the department, to provide an effective and efficient cooking service.

Main duties of the job

Your role may involve providing overnight care in a child's home, enabling families to rest and recharge, or supporting a child within their educational setting, helping them access learning and reach their full potential.

Following a comprehensive competency-based training programme, you will be confident working independently as a lone practitioner within the community, while remaining fully supported by our experienced and friendly team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate children's nurse to join ourChildren's Outreach Nursing Service in providing safe and effective care for children and young people within home and community,
In this role, the post holder will provide clinical guidance and expert knowledge in assessing, implementing and evaluating the needs of this patient group. They will provide specialist clinical skills, teaching, education and support to enable families, carers and other professionals, to engage in managing the needs of children and young person.
Although the role is predominantly day time hours, participation is required in a 24/7 on call service, for those children who are requiring end of life care when required.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be based within the Children's Outreach Nursing Service working within the Community Children's Nursing (CCN) Team.
The post holder will assist the Lead Nurse in developing and maintaining a quality service for children and their families in accordance with the philosophy and standards of care within the Children's Outreach Nursing Service and Children's Unit.
The post holder will assess, implement and evaluate the nursing care and needs of children and their families on the CCN caseload, at home and in the community.
The post holder will promote and assist in delivery of high-quality nursing care to children and young people, educating, empowering and supporting them to manage their own health needs in the community and attend educational settings, while reducing hospital admissions and facilitating discharge.
The post holder will support supervision, training and competency assessment for families, support workers, education staff and healthcare professionals, to enable safe and effective care provision.
